So this was our first time ordering from here, and we were really looking forward to a good meal. Unfortunately, the takeout experience was very disappointing. We ordered two pasta dishes the ravioli and the bolognese and both were extremely oily. It was so excessive that we had to blot them with napkins to try and soak up the oil, which is something I've never had to do for pasta before. Went there yesterday will never go back ! Waited 45 minutes before we got some of the food. This is not an authentic Italian restaurant at all . Pasta portions very small made with minced garlic not fresh, not homemade sauce either . The Calamari was a joke just super small looked like popcorn chicken over fried . The owner kept going outside instead of getting our order out . Very inexperienced restaurant don't waste your time or money . Right in Todos Santos Plaza so great location. Bruschetta was good and the two dudes cooking and running the place were super nice. If you order wine just be aware that they own bottles willy nilly and let them sit there. I counted 17 bottles of wine open with corks sticking out. No system there and you may get a class from an old open bottle like I did. They did then open me a fresh one and all was good. I love the inside. Plenty of TVs and nice atmosphere with plenty of outdoor seating as well. Will come back to try the pizza etc next time. Oh and prices are very reasonable. Check it out! read more

Hands down the BEST place around! We've celebrated both of our son's birthdays here in the past month, and we seriously can't stop going back. The hospitality is incredible DJ and his wife make you feel so welcomed, like you're right at home from the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything is homemade, authentic and you can truly taste the love in every dish. We've ordered almost everything on the menu, and every single item has been a 10 out of 10. The service is warm, genuine, and always attentive they really care about their guests. We're pretty picky eaters, and this is one of the only places where every single one of us (all 5 of us) leaves completely happy. It's officially become our go-to place for birthdays and celebrations and honestly, any excuse we can find to come back. If you haven't been yet, you absolutely need to visit. The fries were ok, but not standard fries, rather a sliced baked potato that had been deep fried then dressed with oil. It was ok, not great. The pizza was good. The dough, fresh made, resulted in a tasty pie. While I have had better, it wasn't bad. So just average overall for me. The ambiance in the room is filled with music and right across the street from the downtown concord park area giving you that metropolis city feeling. But thats all second to the food! The service was honestly really nice. I don't want to be mean to anyone. My friends and I went to this restaurant before a gig in Todo Santos plaza to grab a bite before the show. We walked in and noticed an off smell. We stayed because the people were super nice and accommodating. We ordered ravioli, house salad, avocado salad, Ceasar wrap, margarita pizza, and the bruschetta. Every fruit or veggie was under ripe in every dish unfortunately. Not a lot of flavor due to this. I wish they would put things in their menu with ingredients that are ripe and in season. I don't eat out much but I would hope most restaurants do this. This is my second time at Cafe Napolina. I will say the food is pretty amazing. Has great flavor. The first time we visited (husband and I) we ordered some pasta. It was flavorful and creamy, and the serving size was enough to share for two. This time I went on my lunch, ordered their avocado chicken wrap. If I'm not mistaken it said it was $9.95. I placed my order, somehow it came out to $14.10, when I asked why the attendant just smiled. I don't know if he understood me. Anyway, I proceeded to ask for a canned drink. Honestly couldn't have been more than $17 bucks. Have the attendant a 20 dollar bill. As I waited for my change, he again just smiled and said thank you. I'm sorry, but tipping should be my choice, not just assumed I will be giving a tip for a to go order. I'm a generous tipper, but when did having the choice to tip become a thing of the past? I'll be paying with my card from now on, and hesitant to leave a tip. read more

To start, I have no idea how this place has 4.4 stars. Not trying to be mean, just genuinely surprised. Last night my husband and I went here craving some good Italian food. Not sure how long they've been at todos santos but according to him it was a new spot. We walk in and the set up they have is pretty nice. A beautiful bar area, tv entertainment, and a good amount of seating. As soon as we walk in we are welcomed with a stench that resembles a port-a-potty or a public restroom that hasn't been cleaned in weeks. It was so bad I had only been sitting at the table for ~10 minutes and it gave me a terrible headache. We still decide to eat here since we had no back up plan and went ahead ordering a pizza and a pesto ravioli. I did not try the ravioli myself but hubby said it was pretty good. The Pizza was mediocre. It looked AND tasted like it had been made and reheated. The pizza itself was very thin and toppings were light imo. I'm not sure if we'll ever eat here again but if we did I'd order it to-go! On staff, I only saw three people and we were the only ones in there- I can't say how well they are during a busy hour but they were very kind! Bad day at work so decided to take the family for some comfort food. As we were heading to one of our regular spots, something new caught our eye. A friendly looking guy came out like we were old friends, asked if I would like to see a menu. He said it's Italian food... you got me. He was the owner, DeeJay, the cool guy from Brooklyn New York, the guy that has a story about meeting Anthony Bourdain, the guy that worked with great Italian chefs in his career. So we order a couple of pizzas, a pasta dish and a magical appetizer Piatto Di Freddo. I've been to New York and Chicago; dude, this place had one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. Order the Napolina pizza! Drive through some red lights and go get some now! Everyone at the table said the made from scratch Alfredo Chicken was better than mine (sad face). The pizza had great flavor and the thin crust was perfectly baked--light, crisp, and just sturdy enough to hold the toppings.
