We got sat right away by our server Sylvia. This place is huge and decorated like the inside of a boat. We ordered the number one combo which was $54 I think. One pound of crawfish, shrimp, and mussels. So three pounds total of seafood. It also included two corn, two potatoes, and four sausages. In the house made special mild. We also got Cajun fries and garlic fries. Everything was delicious. They give you a tray to pour the food out. And a bucket for all the shells. More than adequate serving sizes of Cajun inspired seafood. We elected to go with appetizers because they sounded so good. We were not disappointed! Sweet potato fries and onion rings were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. Someone in the kitchen really understands fried food. Two crab cake sliders don't leave you hungry. The soft shell crab basket is a generous two nice sized crabs, again fried to perfection. Market prices listed for whole lobster, King crab legs, and Dungeness crab seemed reasonable. The combo choices sound excellent and we will be back to try them. The best part for me is the seasoning was done with a careful hand. I am picky and dislike when Cajun is used to describe overly spiced dishes cooked indifferently. To wrap this up, do have the gumbo--delicious! Wow! We arrived around 5pm on Saturday, just before the dinner rush. Seating is indoors, but it's every other table being seated, so very safe. All of the staff are masked and tables are sanitized between guests. We ordered combo #2 which was 1 Dungeness crab, crawfish, headless shrimp, potatoes, corn on the cob, and sausage. This is a new restaurant that is in the former Rock and Brew building. So glad we have a new awesome seafood place in Vacaville. Surprised they opened during the pandemic but God bless this gem. My son took me here yesterday for my birthday and I absolutely loved it. We had a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their food. 2 of us had the Combo #2 with is 3 proteins. We selected Lobster, Head on shrimp, and crayfish. I got the spicy. It wasn't that spicy to me. I think next time I will order burn your face off spicy. It also comes with a couple of corn on the cobs and sausage too. My son ordered the catfish po-boy and he liked it as well. My son's wife, and my daughter and grandson don't like seafood so they opted for Chicken Strips and fries. Seriously? Yup lol. Apps ordered were fried oysters, garlic bread and Cajun fries. Food came out fast. They deliver the combo in a big plastic bag and just plop that bad boy down in front of you. They provide a mallet and wooden plank so you can smash the shells. They also give you crab plyers and a skinny fork thing you can use to pick the meet out. Bibs and plastic gloves are also provided. It is really a fun interactive dining experience. The oysters were melt in your mouth delicious. I'd definitely order again. Cajun fries were good and a huge proportion. I didn't try any of the garlic bread but there were 3 orders on the table and only 1 piece left over. I did like that she mention it was going to take a while for a few dishes so we know what are options are. The interior was beautiful. All nautical themed and filled with nice woodwork. It feels like stepping into a pirate ship. The ambience really made up part of the experience. Didn't feel like cooking and hubby and I wanted to grab a quick bite while watching the LSU vs Iowa game so decided to go where big screens were. When we walked in we were the only 2 in the restaurant besides the workers-which were only 2. We sat at the bar area. The waitress at the bar was very polite and attentive. We ordered fried pickles and shrimp with heads-off, links and corn (0 stars for me for not taking pics). The fried pickles tasted like the oil they were cooked in and we tried the spicy sauce but wasn't big on that either. I didn't really eat much and the shrimp meal was just ok. The things that turned me off and most likely will be my reasons for not returning: 1. One of the workers who was cleaning the tables talked on her phone through her AirPod the entire time we were there. Regardless if you're on a hands free device, there's no way an employee should be allowed to hold a conversation while work. I can understand emergencies but there is no reason I should be able to hear you talking on the phone during my entire meal. 2. Cleanliness- if I would have noticed this prior to entering, I would have turned around and not entered. All restaurants should be required to ensure their windows entering their establishment are cleaned!! There should not be a million dirty looking fingerprints on allllll doors/glass. I didn't notice it going in as I was looking at my phone or something and hubby had opened the door for my entrance. The bathrooms were also dirty. In addition to the overall appearance, Same thing with the fingerprints-smudges all over the door. If you have to worry about if these areas aren't clean how is the kitchen??? ... The owners need to look into doing an overhaul and cleaning this place. Until then I will refrain returning. read more

The guy at the counter was totally unfriendly, the chicken tenders were hard as a brick or rubbery, the chicken wings were old and smelly plus undercooked, the catfish was raw on the inside, the French fries were old and even the air fryer couldn't revive those, the gumbo was just nasty hot water with no flavor at all. Just food in a bag of oil that upset my stomach and had me rushing home. I've been here a few times but this was definitely the worst.
