Originally what brought me to them was a busted windshield and damages on my hood and bumper from rocks. They took my car in and it was repaired pretty quickly within the time frame They told me it would be done. It was done sooner! It looked like a brand new car! They are Quick, reliable, and true to their word. I am very fortunate that to have found them. I was having issue being able to come up with my deductible and they worked with me Then when I had minor damages to my bumper about 8 months after my initial repairs I went back to them, I was devastated because I was stressing over the cost. She looked at it and she gave me options. One would be to replace the whole bumper which would cost over a grand and the second was to buff it out and repaint: of course after she mentioned that option to buff and repaint I chose it. Turns out she tells me it will be a courtesy repair because back when I got my car repaired, they had looked for a part that was discontinued and at no fault of their own, she tells me that since they looked for the part at no avail, which was just a rear view mirror cover they wanted to rectify the situation by doing the bumper work as a courtesy!!! WOW!! Is all I could say Thank you LUPE and her husband, they are doing things right and with dignity I love this place and they are doing things right. True mom and pop shop spot right here. Didn't know places like this still existed!! GENUINE PEOPLE. P.S. I've been scammed ALOT, so they are a breath of fresh air. I can't say enough about them.

But after taking it to this establishment for repairs, they assured me that it was 100% repairable. I just picked it up this morning after spending two weeks here at this "auto hospital "and my truck looks as good as new. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everybody at this establishment for treating me with respect, care and dignity. He was around 45, yet I wanted to help. He took the front of his car apart and left it outside, sent my 70 year old friend a text DEMANDING money from his insurance company. Not stating that Diamonds had already received a supplemental payment of $3737.56 and $153.00 my friend has never had online banking and had no clue the insurance company had sent him a payment. Eric wanted over $10,000 to fix a 2019 in which they could total out for the bumper damage. I told him no he hadn't received anything yet and Eric acted as if he hadn't received anything either. Eric's wife gets on the phone rude as ever! And stated come get the car and pay us $175 a day for storage. Then Eric says give me $350.00 for breakdown of the front end. We agreed as he is going through enough. When the 70 year old gets there all the guy employees come out like thugs for an old man it was disgraceful and disgusting. He later said the wife was rude and he was scared for his life. The insurance company told us they had paid him $3737.56 and $153.00 I called him and they told him to send the money back as he also charged our friend $350.00 he never sent all the money back. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The dishonesty to keep something you didn't work for is a never! Stay away is my opinion.     Top notch experience here. These guys are professionals and know their stuff. I had a fender bender…read moreon I-15, and they restored my 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV back to new. They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. Thanks Best Choice for giving me an amazing experience, and for helping turn an unfortunate situation into a pleasant one.

    On November 17th I got into a very minor fender bender, resulting in me needing a new fiberglass…read morehood, a new plastic bumper cover, and one headlight (according to them.) I have Geico, and they were fantastic and helped me schedule a day to see the adjustor; November 19th. That Monday, I brought the car in and the Geico rep (Mario) was absolutely wonderful. He promised that I could bring the car in on Monday the 26th, and I'd have it back by the 30th at the latest. He said they'd order the parts that day (the 19th) and off we went. I brought the car back I. The 26th and spoke to Valerie, she said that apparently Mario didn't schedule an appointment and they simply couldn't take my car. I was frustrated, but alas, stuff happens and I understand. She told me to come in Monday, December 3rd, and it'd be ready that Thursday. Wednesday Dec. 5th I called, excited to have my car back, and they said it'd be ready Thursday. I headed down there on the 6th, here's where there real trouble started. The grill on the car (an orange Jeep) didn't fit at all. The slots were absolutely horrific, and looked like at least four of them were broken by being forced into the hood. Not only this, but the paint they put on was horrible. There was an air bubble in the clear coat, and several impurities. It looked bad. So I talked to Valorie, who was absolutely terrible about the situation. She essentially said "Well, it's not our fault." I stated that I would not be accepting the car or paying until it was redone. The next week, I called, and was told I'd be called right back, Valorie wanted to speak to me personally. She assured me that it would be done by Monday Dec. 18th. Dec. 18th came around and once again, I had to deal with issues with the car. The paint hadn't been redone, and somehow they managed to warp the hood so the figment was tragic. It somehow looked WORSE than after I was in an accident. It was ridiculous. At this point, I was very upset and tried to express this to Valorie, who said, and I quote "It's not our problem. Your insurance won't cover an OEM hood so you should be happy with that." Now here's the thing, this is a brand new Jeep that's fully covered. The Geico agent was directly next to her. I told her that I would call Geico right now and have them take the car to another shop when Dion (the Geico guy) stepped in. He called his supervisor and was approved and ordered an OEM hood while we stood in front of my Jeep. Valorie promptly stormed off back inside. She was completely unprofessional. After this, it was a game of me calling, every. Single. Day. The girls at the front desk (who were wonderful, and very understanding) knew me by name, knew exactly what car I had (maybe because it's the only orange one there,) and knew exactly what I wanted. Finally, January 4th at 11:30 AM, when I called I was told "Valorie is in a meeting, but she will call you back in about 15 minutes." I was ECSTATIC. As much as I despised her attitude and work ethic, I couldn't wait to have my baby back. You'll never guess; she didn't call me back. How shocking. I called again at 4 o'clock before closing, was told she had gone out back, give her five minutes. Again, no call. Now I was livid. The amount of blatant disrespect that she had with this whole situation was absurd. I had tried SO hard to be understanding, because at the end of the day, it's not any one in specifics fault. Maybe they got a bad part, maybe someone didn't communicate well, lots of reasonable things could have happened, but she was so rude that I couldn't deal with her anymore. January 5th at 10 AM, I spoke to the manager and explained the situation. He was fairly nice about it, and that made me feel a bit better, but I just wanted my car back so I would never have to see them again at this point. He said that the car would be ready sunday the 6th. I said alright, and we hung up. Then I realized they're closed on Sundays. Seemed appropriate. Obviously it wasn't ready that Monday, either. January 9th I finally got my car back, after 7 HORRIFIC weeks of dealing with this absolute tragedy of a shop, with the absolute worst customer service rep in the world (cheers Valorie, you should celebrate that.) I requested the manager to be present while I looked over my car for a fourth time. Valorie had a huge attitude the whole time. It was terrible, but they finally got my car done. Moral of the story; the manager was a pretty good guy, the front desk associates were amazing, Valorie is my least favorite human being I've ever encountered, and their work is horrific. If you enjoy pain, this is the shop for you. You'll hate you're life the entire time they have your car. I did however get to see their remodel, almost from start to finish (because, you know, it took TWO MONTHS for me to get my car back.) The interior looks much better than it used to. They should be proud of those contractors for doing such a quality job, the first time.
