The 1 star is for repairing the body damage on my truck. The -4 stars is for the NEW issues THEY inflicted on my vehicle. I brought my truck in with no lights on my dashboard. They returned it to me with the airbag light on and say that it's not their fault. Seriously? I literally have a video and photos of my vehicle inside and out that I took the day of dropping it off just in case I encounter a problem. And here we are. I've already contacted their corporate office who is supposed to be conducting an investigation. I really hope they can make this right. I now have to take my truck to the dealership to run a diagnostic. That's more money I need to come up with out of pocket that I don't have. And the manager claims to be a Christian man, playing his Christian music, yet what they did was not "Christ-like". You guys know what you did to my vehicle and don't want to take accountability for it. You've reach out to my insurance to see if they would cover this to put more money in your guy's pocket and they said no. Stay far away from this place! They are a SCAM. Their communication also sucks when they told me my truck was ready when it was not making me waste time, gas, and late to work. Do better. read more

They seemed good when I went to get the estimate. I was even told that they would order parts and I could bring the car in after the parts got in once the insurance company paid out. When I called to let them know that the insurance company had cut a check for them and that I would drop the check off for them to order parts, the general Manager Jason Sullivan said they wouldn't order parts until we could leave the car with them in case they found other things they needed to order. He wouldn't tell me how long it would take for the parts to be ordered. He outright refused to honor what the other guy George originally told me. He even told me they fired him because "that's a reason why he's no longer with us". I really don't care that George is no longer with them, he was still an employee at that time and spoke for the company. They should honor their commitment. Jason Sullivan even told me that the estimate George did "was not very thorough". So what does that mean? Is he telling me that the estimate is not going to honored? By the way, Jason Sullivan was in the office when George was telling me I could drop it off, even sometimes answering a question that I asked George. Why didn't he say something then? If this is the way they do business BEFORE I'm even a customer, it certainly doesn't bode well. read more

I have a serious problem with lack of professionalism and quality of work. I had to go back numerous times and still have issues. Communication seemed good, they seemed on the level. I was not rushing them. I just wanted it fixed, check in hand from insurance. Went in to pick truck up late in day and spoke to writer jayson. Truck was dirty as you can imagine, you would think i bring in damaged truck. You should clean and inspect for damage, correct and clean so customer can appreciate it. Not here! Even so being late in the day i still noted that reworked door had numerous paint flaws, the aftermarket door handle was junk and looked horrible and barely opened the door. Door moldings on the tail end peeling up since they reused. Got a genertic aftermarket used driver mirror. The rear door was sticking up 1/4 to 1/2 inch on rear top side clear as day. Granted late in the day and i am a mechanic by trade and see what overs might not but i am no way a body guy, so why do i have to tell the body shop the errors of their work and HOW DO THEY NOT INSPECT THEIR OWN WORK. The second time i went to pick it up, rear door is lined up wvwn though jayson argued with me door wasnt removed, pictures to be included to witness marks on bolts, plus 1 bolt on door " that wasnt removed" also has bolt sticking out. But had rubber shavings from removal tool that he swore was dirt. I gave up arguing with him. Found aome more paint issues and left truck which i went back later that day for the 3rd time I told them I was over it and since I still have to repair front right side bumper my buddy that does body work will take care of what your shop can't. All I have to do is pay for parts/materials. BUT I STILL HAVE TO BRING IT BACK. Door bolts are sticking half out, massive wind leak from replaced door. They got something all over window on replacement door that will not come off, replacement door wiring sleeve into body not fully secure and has a clear issue as that door speaker goes in and out when harness touched. This is absolutely ridiculous and your writer jayson was starting to become combative. Truck wasn't cleaned and had this white rubber debris all over it and he claimed it was dirt. I said no it's from the eraser wheel you use to get adhesive off and he didn't like that, skuffed and said i dont know what to tell you its dirt and windy as he scrubs like crazy to get "dirt" off. Plus tell me that door didn't come off when their is clear witness marks on the bolts and door was sticking up 1/4 to 1/2 inch on the back side. I DONT WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AND NEED SOMEONE TO REACH OUT. I DOUBT INSURANCE WILL GIVE ME A RENTAL DUE TO BODY SHOP INCOMPETENCE, i have pictures for some of issues CANT TAKE A PICTURE OF WIND NOISE BUT YOU KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO HAVE A WINDOW OPEN GOING DOWN THE HIGHWAY. Made a schedule online to take my car for a fender bender. Didn't have to wait long for my appointment Magenta their receptionist was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. She also called Enterprise for me so i can get my rental car. Scott was the one that did the inspection on the damage. He was also very patient and answered all my questions,. It took about a week to get my car fixed but I love that they kept me updated every single time during the whole process and repairs and parts needed etc. And they even cleaned my car, she was shiny when I got her back. They kept me updated through phone calls and mostly text which I referred because can't always answer my phone. (This was one of the most important piece, I like getting status updates). I hope I wont need them again anytime soon, but if something happens I will definitely go back to Caliber in Ricky Rd. Thank you guys for making the journey less stressful. read more

Caliber took great care of us when repairing our vehicle. My daughter got rear ended by someone and they had Geico insurance. In order to receive the fastest repair we took it to their Geico repair facility. At first I was somewhat hesitant to have the work completed by a shop we've not used before but I was pleasantly surprised at the communication, follow up and repair work completed by this facility. Scott was super friendly and explained the whole process to me when I dropped off my Jeep. Then, he sent me updates on my vehicle via text daily. If the expected completion date changed, they were upfront about it in the daily text. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. The level of incompetency and dishonesty of this place is unbelievably ridiculous! Every time I've called to check on the status of my car, I seem to get different conflicting information from Jamal, Kimberly and Matt. For some reason, none of them cannot get their stories straight. Apparently, the "hold up" with my car is the calibration which really shouldn't take that long to stick those two plastic things on the sensors. They've attempted to do this three times but for some reason there was always an issue whether it was missing parts or some other bs. They always had an excuse which to be frank, I'm sick and tired of hearing after two weeks! You'd think my car was in a total wreck but no this is for a minor fender bender. I've literally had to call this pos place nearly everyday to get a status update. Every time I've called I've gotten different information. They fed me different lies every time. They even managed to misplace my car at one point. First it was at their sister location on n rancho even though I dropped it off at Ricky Rd. Then it was at the dealership which I called and was informed there was no record of my car being dropped off there. Then it was back at Ricky rd. I was so close to calling the police and filing a stolen report on my vehicle. That s how unsettling and frustrating the whole experience has been! To give you an idea of the level of incompetence, I've called today to check on the status of my car and spoke with Kimberly. I was informed at noon that my car is not ready because it needs to be washed and has to pass a quality assurance test. Supposedly they'll be giving me a call once it's ready. After waiting all day for a phone call, I decided to call them around 4pm. I spoke with Kimberly and was told that the car has been ready all day! I asked why I didn't get a phone call and why she gave me different information earlier that day. She tried to deny that she didn't speak with me that it must've been Magenta who I spoke with which is not true. After confronting her and catching her lying to me she apologized for giving me the wrong information. This time her excuse was she must've gotten it confused with another car. I don't understand how she got it mixed up when I provided her with my last name and vehicle info. I've had to rearrange my plans all day so I can pick up my vehicle. This has been such a huge inconvenience. Either this place is really incompetent or something shady is going on at this establishment. Either way, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've already spoken with Progressive Insurance and have advised them to work with a different repair shop in the future. read more

I DIDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE IT AS THEY WERE PULLING UP WITH IT.. it looked just as new as when I drove it off the lot when I bought it. My insurance company sent me here and I'll be very surprised if they use this place again. Long story short, fairly minor fender bender ended up with me having to go back a total of 4 times. One time they only had one thing to fix and still didn't fix it right! I had already complained about it, did they think I wouldn't be checking? Don't get me wrong, they "fixed" it - about halfway!
