When I showed up for the appointment, they told me they don't do estimates at all -- only straight repairs. No one mentioned this when I booked, so I wasted time setting aside for an appointment that shouldn't have been scheduled in the first place. What made it worse is that the shop was clearly not busy -- the garage and lot only had about 5 cars total and no other clients in sight, so there was no real excuse for turning me away. On top of that, the front desk clerk was rude and unwelcoming when I brought it up. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Would not recommend if you're looking to get a quote before committing to repairs.

I took my 2021 Audi Q5 to Caliber Collision for body work after a hit and run. The damage was to the driver-side door, mirror, and wheel fender. I dropped the car off on September 29th and was notified on October 17th that it was ready for pickup. Upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed the replacement fender was the wrong part and did not fit correctly (visible overlap), paint bubbles on the driver door, scratches on the newly painted door, the interior was still dirty and had soap residue left on the leather seats, despite being told the car was washed, and scratches on the mirror. Shortly after, I received a customer survey from Caliber that I answered honestly based on the repairs. My adjuster, Josue, then contacted me and asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could reevaluate the work. When I arrived, both the adjuster and manager were waiting and apart from acknowledging the quality issues, my adjuster expressed that he was upset with my survey responses in front of his manager. He told me I should have let him "handle it," essentially gaslighting me for giving truthful feedback instead of addressing the poor repairs. I left the vehicle again and was told repairs couldn't be completed because the correct part was back-ordered. It is now January 9th, I have called multiple times and have received no updates, no timeline, and no returned calls. The same adjuster who was upset about the survey has now ignored my calls twice. At this point, I was forced to involve my insurance again and have been reassigned to a new body shop to fix the mistakes Caliber Collision made. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had dealing with an auto body repair facility and I would not recommend this location to anyone especially if you expect your vehicle returned in pre-loss condition.

Don't go here!!!…read more Especially if you are going through your insurance!! It took months, at least 3, to repair simple damage to my car. When I first took it for an estimate they said 1 week 2 max for it to be ready. Then said 2 months to receive parts.. But then they keep upping the price and going back and forth with my insurance to get more money from them which took additional weeks for my car to be repaired. One example, they tried to charge my insurance an extra $300 for my car to be towed 1 mile to get a calibration done. When first of all my car was driving fine, only a small dent on my side. Second, they are also a towing company that owns their own tow trucks.. Now listen, I don't care at all about saving my insurance company money cause y'all know how much we pay them. What I do care about is them keeping my car for weeks while they go back and forth trying to squeeze them for every penny... I do understand the insurance company to refuse to pay the tow though... Another example, they said I needed a new rim ( cause it was scratched) and they are waiting for the dealer to send it.. I asked if they can just buff it out so I don't have to wait. And I don't care about little scratches on my rim.. But they told my they already charged the insurance for the new rim.. so i said fine I'll just get the new one but I will like to keep my old one anyway... they said ok.. when I finally went to pick up my car and asked where the old rim was they said they were able to just buff out the scratches... smh... I was so done with them at this point I was like whatever. That's not even all folks, when I finally picked up my car in January after dropping it off in October, the guy said "you are lucky the customer before you had his car here for 6 months and insurance didn't pay for everything he still had to pay thousands plus his deductible they really did him wrong"... I was just thinking no y'all did him wrong.. then I said "I wish I still had Geico cause then I can just drop my car off to one of their designated shops, given a rental in the same location and pick it up a week or 2 later".., he said "yeah well those shops don't do quality work like we do"... ok so my car was detailed and spotless but the rear door didn't line up with the frame so I'm like this doesn't look like quality work it's not even.. he's like let me have them fix it really quick.. I'm like really after all this time .. 30 mins later was better then it was but still not perfect and definitely not quality.. at this point I'm just going take it and be done cause I def didn't want to wait another month for it to be perfect.. I just said it's fine I need to go .. then he told me don't forget to give us a review on yelp that's how we get all our customers..smh... that's how I found this place in the first place.. but I'm like don't worry I will!!! I told the man who did the estimate that I was not using insurance. He claimed I needed a new back door "for safety reasons." The door works perfectly, no problems with the opening, closing, locking, and window operation. I emailed him to ask what made him determine that I needed a new door. He never responded. I just had repairs done elsewhere for a very modest price. The door did not need replacing.
