Wouldn't Recommend Do not sign the document authorizing them to move your car to their other facility. I seriously regret it. When I picked up my car, it had rock chips all across the hood--from right to left--which were not there before. Ryan Thompson initially told me the damage came from their lot and offered to do a touch-up. But when I called him later because the car still didn't look good, he denied ever saying that and changed his story, claiming the rock chips were from the accident. That is absolutely false. Not only that, but they dragged out the repair process so long that I ran out of my rental coverage, and I had to return the car still needing more work. Even after all that, when I went to pick it up again, the rock chips were still there. Ryan couldn't keep his story straight, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Great experience today at Caliper Collision on Gude Drive, Rockville. Had my car in for a claim on my GEICO insurance policy (backed into a parked truck in a parking lot and smashed my tailgate door). They fixed perfectly, but as I drove off down the road a few miles I felt a subtle vibration. Thought a tire was going flat. But stopped to look at and saw no tire problems. Vibration continued so I took back to Caliper. The nice mechanic, Mr. Poulya offered to take me on a test drive. He agreed the vibration was subtle but there. A half mile later he said "oh, your parking brake is halfway on". Problem diagnosed and of course fixed. I never use the parking brake so didn't notice it was on when I initially drove away. Anyway I appreciate Poulya's very friendly service in test driving with me and diagnosing the problem! read more

I spoke with Jonathan Oden initially to have my car brought in due to an accident I was in. The entire drivers side of the car had been damaged and in most cases would have been totaled. Jonathan assured me that they could fix the car back to its original state. I was amazed when it was finished! The car was in beautiful condition and electric mirror and door were working as they should. I was in a bind heading out of town on Dec.23rd for the holiday weekend, having just barreled down I-270 from Frederick with my kids when I discovered my windshield wiper fluid wasn't working! I was going to have to make an unexpected stop in the Gaithersburg/Rockville area to buy some. So I did, filled it, but the fluid still wasn't coming out! I had to find a garage to look at this because the spray from the rain/sleet/road salt, etc. was making it almost impossible to see. Next thing I know, I see a Caliber Collision garage. Caliber Collision on Gude Drive was recommended to me by my coworker and my father. I was nervous to go to a repair shop because of all of the horror stories you hear. All of the employees that helped with my claim were super decent and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had an accident at very beginning of the Covid outbreak here in Maryland.
