We came in on a Tuesday evening as a group of four and had a really nice experience from the moment we arrived. The host welcomed us warmly and seated us at a great table. He had actually served us during our last visit as well, and once again, he was very attentive and made a great impression. Our orders were taken quickly, but we never felt rushed, which made the whole evening feel comfortable and enjoyable. We have visited this location multiple times, and we will definitely be back. Food: The food was great. We especially loved the chicken piccata and the guacamole with chips. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and came out nicely. Service: Our server, Mike, was wonderful. My girlfriend and I did a little shopping and stumbled upon this place. Haven't been to one in years and we were happy we did! Unfortunately they didn't have the sound on for the World Cup but that's ok because the staff made our night! Our server John was great and very attentive! And the manager, I think her name was Michelle was so helpful and kind. I actually rarely see a manager help out not only bring out food but also help the other staff cleaning tables and checking in with other customers. Walking in, the restaurant is very nicely decorated and clean. When we checked in at the desk we were quoted 25 minutes, which is fine, they were busy, but my mom told them it was three people, including my one year old and that we would need a high chair. About 30 minutes later, we got the text saying that our table was ready. When we were taken to a booth, the hostess tried to take us to a booth and seemed surprised when my mom reminded her that we needed a high chair. We were told we would have to wait another 15 minutes. When a table was finally ready, she sat us down, but didn't give us any menus or silverware. We had a menu we had ask for earlier, so at least we could use that. We had to ask for silverware a few times before we finally got some. Once seated our waiter was great. He took our order quickly and made sure we got my daughter's food quickly so she could eat. The food was good, my mom got the chicken piccata, I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and I got my daughter the kids pasta Alfredo. All of it was pretty good. Absolutely incredible from start to finish! We were originally just trying to find a good burger in the mall. This was literally the only place that had one on the menu. We just had 2 people and were instantly seated. The staff were very attentive. Nice mellow atmosphere, not too loud or brightly lit. (I like the lower lighting settings.) Drink order was instant- and since we already knew why we were there we ordered food. The wait was very minimal. So delicious! the burger was cooked perfect. So full of flavor and the bun was a perfect fluffy light bite! The smashed potatoes were a great addition. Check out was super easy, and we didn't have to call anyone over to say we were done. She then announced breathlessly that she had mistakenly used our credit card to pay the tab for another table but had reversed the charge, upon which she attempted to hurriedly flee before we could ask any questions. Went there this Friday evening. Cranky kids. All we wanted was a table. We always thought CPK was family friendly -- turns out it's just good marketing. Mary at the host stand added us to a waitlist -- fair enough. Except tables were open. We watched her walk group after group to those tables while we stood there, kids getting crankier by the minute. When I finally asked what was going on, she said tables that support high chairs weren't available. Safety reasons, apparently. Here's the punchline. Right at the entrance, in front of us the entire time -- stacks of high chairs. Just sitting there. Which made me wonder. Then it struck me. Put families with young kids on a list, seat everyone else, cite a safety policy, and wait for them to leave. If that's the playbook, it's clever. It's also the kind of thing that deserves to be said out loud. Manager Michelle Miller was fully aware and did nothing. When I asked why my family didn't get a table, she gave me an excuse that didn't hold up and made no attempt to help. The way Mary and Michelle handled this felt less like a bad evening and more like a rehearsed routine. A restaurant that stacks high chairs at the entrance but won't seat a family with young kids isn't just poorly run -- it has no values. Calling yourself family-friendly while running this play is the kind of hypocrisy I can't stand. After this experience I feel disgusted. Every parent I know will hear exactly why. Have an egg allergy, made it known to server. I asked for a cauliflower crust because they told me that it DIDN'T have egg. Then the pizza was brought out, and it wasn't even a cauliflower crust. Then we asked to replace it and make it again, but when I searched it up, the cauliflower crust does have egg. So the server was wrong about the ingredients, almost made me have an allergic reaction, brought out the wrong crust which also could have made me sick. Then I told her and she responded with attitude. When asking for another menu to order another meal, they forgot about it so I had to call out for a menu across the restaurant. Went to CPK for the first time on a Sunday evening for dinner around 8:15pm. I had only ever heard of CPK frozen pizza so I was surprised when I heard it's also a chain restaurant! We went as a group of 3 and were seated immediately. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, Tostada pizza, and the Neapolitan Burrata pizza with a side of ranch. We also asked if we could use the kid's menu to color while waiting and the staff accommodated our request :) We waited about 15-20 minutes for our food and we got the appetizer and pizza all at the same time. I am not a huge fan of spinach and artichoke dip in general but my friends liked this one! We all enjoyed the pizza. I liked beans and the crunch from the tostada strips on the tostada pizza and the Neapolitan pizza was straightforward but delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by CPK! Service was great and pizza was pretty good. I would have preferred we got our appetizer before the pizza as we were fairly hungry but this was a minor issue. Went for dinner on a weekday. Lot of empty seating. It took around 5-6 min to get the attention of someone to seat us. Another 5 min for someone to take our order. Menu has quite a few vegetarian options. We ordered couple pizzas, and shishito peppers. Tortilla soup was not available at the time. The order took forever to come. We were waiting for almost 15 min and when asked for more bread in the meantime (which I would say is delicious), it was not brought to table. Went with our 2 boys who were extremely hungry. So I was disappointed that they did not give more bread when requested. Order was taking too long. Pizzas were good. Peppers were very salty. The only taste in them was of soy sauce. We enjoyed a good lunch here this last Sunday afternoon. My wife was insistent that we make a visit since they have temporarily brought back one of her favorite dishes, the chicken Milanese, that had been discontinued several years ago. She was very happy to get to enjoy it again, if only this one time. Now if they would bring back her all time favorite, the fish tacos, she would be so happy! My sweetie and I went there yesterday as I had a coupon for a free entree. I chose a delicious pasta that I loved. But somehow, it was my sweetie's entree that was free, not mine. Mine was priced higher than his and if I knew, I would have got a cheaper entree. Also, like always, it was difficult to get access to my rewards. I get emails from CPK often but for some reason, those emails are not properly linked to my phone number. I have written to CPK headquarters before about this in an email and no response. The restaurant staff was superb and they did accept the coupon in spite of this issue. It has been about the fourth time that my phone number on my rewards has not been recognized and it gets frustrating. But also, there was no mention on the coupon that the the lowest price item if two entrees are purchased, is free. Shouldn't have been my entree that was free? I think so. Unless, the coupon stated that the the lowest priced entree would be free. However, the coupon if I recall was for one free entree only. No other purchases needed. CPK is a consistently solid restaurant for lunch and dinner. I recently went for their happy hour, which includes all appetizers at 50% off. We got the dynamite shrimp as well as the street corn. The street corn was ok, but I'd much rather have a real elote. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't serve their lettuce wraps just because they were out of the sauce for it. The drinks were not well made except for the cocktail I ordered. The girls ordered lime margaritas that ended up being too strong. I ordered the mango strawberry mocktail that was very good, I would get it again. We all ordered pasta. I got the braised beef Ragu which was pretty flavorless and dry. We like this restaurant because the of salad selection and of course the pizza. Our favorite pizza is TaiChicken and favorite salad is Chopped Italian. They always bring us fresh bread and spicy olive oil dipping sauce. They also have flavored ice teas and offer free refills---very refreshing especially after shopping on a warm day. This time we tried a different pizza called a tostada pizza. We had chicken added. It was tasty but still think the Tai chicken Pizza is still our favorite.
