I've know the owner of All Car LLC Mr. Singh for over 10 years and have found him to be one of the most genuine and fair people I know. I'm an electrical engineer, Mr. Singh is actually a university mechanical engineer with a long history of working on all types of propulsion systems from small to huge (ship engines). When I have time, I often work on my own cars, this enables me to understand the challenges of computer controlled cars. They can have very tricky issues. I have a project van right now where I'm having to use a multi channel recording oscilloscope to understand to miss-timing of the injectors. When I discuss any technical details, electrical or mechanical I find Mr. Singh has an accurate and excellent understanding of these matters. I get All Car LLC to do the work on my cars that I can't get to, or are unequipped to do. I find their work to be excellent and very fair. Worst experience of my life. My car broke down, and I had the towing company replace my battery. After doing so, they informed me my alternator needed to be replaced and referred me to Mr. Singh at All Car LLC. Upon going there, I was very upset and stressed out about how much the ordeal was going to cost me, but Mr. Singh was very nice and was only going to charge me about $300. I dropped off my car the next day, it was ready in a few hours, and I was very pleased. This was a Saturday. Monday came around, and I was driving to work and my battery light started flickering before completely dying when I pulled over. After missing work, dealing with AAA (which my family and I can only use a handful of times per year), and having it towed back to Mr. Singh at All Car LLC, Mr. Singh informed me that "oops, they replaced the starter instead of the alternator." I was completely enraged. I don't know a great deal about cars, but I DO know those are two very different things and there was no mistaking what I was asking for when I brought my car in and explained the situation. It was so clear, in fact, that the only thing that had been written on my receipt was "replace alternator!" Mr. Singh apologized for the error and told me that he would replace the alternator, that I would not be charged any further, and that I would be receiving the replacement starter for free. After a horrible day, missing work, and spending a ton of money as it was, this was only slightly reassuring after the BIG mistake on his part, but I accepted his offer. However, when I went in to pick up my car after the alternator was FINALLY replaced, Mr. Singh told me he put "my original starter back in" because starters are expensive and he couldn't just give me a brand new starter for free. I had no clue whether this starter was even mine to begin with or an old faulty one he had lying around. Regardless, the whole ordeal was a nightmare and resulted in me spending a great deal of money and having a mechanic that I was supposed to trust with my vehicle to perform a simple task that I paid hundreds of dollars for make a careless error. I live in SF and I was having the worst day when my car died on me in San Jose. AAA came and recommended I go with All Car. I'm so glad I did!!! Not only are they super honest and nice they got my car running within an hour. Don't be turned away by the appearance of the shop. There is no fancy waiting area with someone serving you refreshments but it's worth bringing your car. They explain things well (even to a clueless person like me) and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They addressed the problem and got me out of there ASAP. Highly recommend them!! I wanted to wait until after Mr. Singh fixed my gears on my old beat up Rio, but I don't! I think he is excellent and does a great job. Best of all, he will NOT rip you off. He is very fair with pricing. I have compared his prices with others online and he is very competitive. He has done service for me before and I was very satisfied with his work. Worst service. Incompetent mechanic. Do not go to this place. I had a pre-purchase inspection at this place, and this guy did a terrible job. He basically, did not inspect the car as it should be. I bought the car, and after one month I did a second inspection at another place, and they found a lot of problems that is costing me a lot of money. read more

I have been going to ALL CAR LLC since 1994. I own three vehicles they've been servicing. Always on time courteous and always fixed it right the first time. They can P/U your car from work for service which has been very convenient, having my car fixed while I worked. They go out of their way to serve you. On one repair they saved me over $570.00 I am very satisfied with them and strongly recommend them. They also work on German car's and Japanese cars as well. read more

Peligro! Danger! Do not waste your money! I have seen Singh about 10 times for my car, and let me say at first i thought his shop was great, and reasonably priced..but that has ALL changed since my last experience. At the end of December 2015, i had taken my suv to get my brakes changed, and in so i found out my rotors needed to be changed too. So i figured i'll pay for it all to be done at once since Signh had the time, everything was fine until NYE..around 9 pm on NYE i was driving on the freeway exiting on the alum rock down ramp when boom, all of a sudden my brakes go out! Complete death scare for me, especially going down a down ramp with no brakes! Thank god my bf was driving and he knew to use the emergency brakes..the next day i came to realize my brake line was out, the mechanic who did my brakes did not do his job right! I had to get my car towed back to Singh's shop, and i explained to him what had happened and he kept brushing it off as if it was not his mechanics fault. So i had to repay to get everythinf fixed again..and a couple weeks after that my rotors started going out.. how can they be going out if he made me pay for "new" rotors to be installed when my brakes were done? I swear this place is such a RIPOFF! They seem to care more about making money, rather than the safety of their clients! If you fon't want to go through the scare i went through than please stray away from this deadly shop! Find a mechanic you can trust your car with, because if you don't it can cost your life like it almost did mine! Never coming back to this shop, waste of money and time! read more

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience here... Singh is very nice but I seriously question the reliability of the mechanics here. Had the timing belt done with the whole works spent over $1300 at this shop. I was getting ready to move into a new state thinking it would be smart taking care of all my car troubles before heading off. Well a month and a half later guess what my timing belt slips forward and breaks through the front of the engine while I am driving, now only 2 cylinders fire! I towed it to a local shop here and they told me the person who did the work most likely did not use the right timing belt kit because when they started the engine the timing belt was still slipping forward!!!! Now I am so screwed without a car at my new job. If I had done nothing I would have extra $$$ and the car would be running still guaranteed! I am sorry to everyone who loves this shop but this has been a nightmare. I say spend a little extra money for trusted service! P.S. I asked them to fix the rear washer sprayer because there was a loose connection and it was spraying inside the car simple fix right??!!! The next day I tried it and it was still spraying in the car.
