Sadly my dish was a bit of a disappointment. My two large chops were extremely fatty. It's the kind you simply can't cut through on a slippery plate. Trying to separate what little meat there was from the fat was impossible so I had to give up and bring it home to a cutting board and an extremely sharp knife. I haven't tried to eat it yet but it looks as fatty as the first. Both had been totally covered by a condiment that I think should have been served in a separate container to allow the diner to regulate the amount desired. The base was a pilf which made trying to cut the chops even more difficult because every time the meat or the knife slipped, the table was showered with grains....all a bit slapstick....! As I previously said, my wife loved her meal and the previous visit was epic so I hate to criticise but I'm just trying to be honest and fair. Several minutes later when I went to the sandwich counter to get my drinks I asked for my cookie and they informed me that they were out of them; I informed them that 10 minutes prior when I ordered my cookie the case was full. I walked back to the pastry area and showed two servers behind the counter they still indeed had cookies. I was waiting at the counter for 15 minutes for my drinks, the manager came out and asked if I was all set, I informed Sam the manager that I was not, they refused to give me the cookie and drinks I ordered. I had to go back to my table to get my receipt, where my family was waiting for me; we all traveled 5 hours to meet up at this location. I walked back to the counter and showed the girl at the sandwich counter my receipt and finally received my drinks and cookie. We also tried to find a table where my family could sit inside because it was 85° outside; all of the tables were filthy and sticky, had trash on the floor and the garbage area was overflowing with plates and trash. The lack of customer service and cleanliness at this location is insane and appalling; I'd never come back here even though it has been very convenient to meet here. The service, food, and dining area are all repulsive. I've spent over $300 here over the last week and will not be returning.
