Our most recent project was the installation of a Moen Flo water leak detection device, a requirement of our new homeowner's insurance policy. The project required both electrical and plumbing work. The electrical work was completed by Alfredo Tovar. He was cheerful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the electrical part of the project and to discuss options for where and how to place the new electrical service. His work was clean and tight. The plumbing part was completed by Richard Mettler. Likewise very upbeat and knowledgeable. He also clearly explained the install and reviewed all the work he performed for us at its completion. And when I called Bellows with a follow-up question later that same day, Richard promptly returned my call and answered my question. We will continue to use Bellows for our home infrastructure projects and ongoing maintenance/inspections (via their BAM program). We recommend you consider them for any of your own project needs.

    This is ridiculous. Bellows is throwing a new employee under the bus, but as my review says, there…read morewere multiple employees involved with myself and others. Not cool. Bellows had a valid signed contract with a deposit. The contract didn't involve me at all. In fact the contract they unilaterally canceled was with someone else who had never criticized nor complained in any way, yet they vindictively took this action and haven't returned her deposit. There will be a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau and civil action if they refuse to return the deposit in full. They didn't bother to notify the customer that they were abrogating their contract until after contacting the contractor as he was on his way to meet with them. This is a horrible petty outfit willing to illegally cancel valid contracts just because they couldn't handle valid criticism due to their own mistakes. In fairness the actual workers there seem responsive and capable. The front office and management is a complete disaster.

    About a year ago my Rheem water softener died so I decided to up my game and purchase one from the…read moreClean Water Systems because I thought they would carry a better product and I would get better service if needed than from a big box store---NOPE! First-I paid almost 3 times as much for the system than if I would have purchased one from Home Depot or Lowes. Second-The installation I had done on this new product was done by a pro and the programming of the unit went well. Third-Soon after the system was installed it began doing erratic things like regenerating at different times than the one that was set. The regeneration time was cleared and reset multiple times only to have the softener revert. Fourth-I called and Emailed the customer service rep. and he tried to correct the regeneration problem by walking me through the steps but none of those fixes worked. He then contacted the manufacturer and they responded with a new fix but that did not work either. Fourth-The owners manual is THE WORST!!! It is just a cobbled selection of random instructions, almost like you walked into the middle of a conversation and then try to understand what is the gist of that conversation. Early on when I commented on this I received a call from someone at the Clean Water Store and she wanted to know and understand how they could improve the manual. I suggested she look at how Rheem or Whirlpool or GE does it. Their instruction/owners manuals whether printed or online are clear and concise. Doing so would probably eliminate many questions and Emails to the service reps. Fifth-Here I am a year later with an outstanding service ticket. A few days ago the rep. contacted me and said he was going to close out that open ticket. I replied the manufacturer never helped us correct the regeneration problem. He stated, they never got back to him. Sixth-My impression and experience shows that once you purchase from the Clean Water Store you are on your own. The service rep. tried his best but like me he was left in the lurch. The warranty on the product from the manufacturer is worthless, it means nothing. The owners of the Clean Water Store should take heed, they can not ignore ongoing product problems that affect their customers. If they continue to not serve their customers, their customers will find a company that does. STAY WAY! You would be better off throwing your hard earned money in the street.

Did not approve it and now we have to wait for a week . Called said they can't change it now that's its in route. If would of sent overnight or 2 days because of the inconvenience would of been nice being it's not our fault their system went back so quickly . Wish I just got my money back as it's cheaply made . I looked into getting water delivered in jugs from Costco, but I didn't like the idea of being locked into a subscription plan for the water AND paying them a monthly fee to rent the water dispenser. I found Paradise Water and they've been great. I just send a text message when I'm running low, and they deliver exactly the jugs I need to my house. There's no subscription, so if we need more or less it's no problem. I ordered a Bottle Buddy water bottle stand from Amazon, which has been a great solution. It's cheaper, the water tastes good, AND it's more environmentally friendly.

We've had Jose delivering our water since the beginning and he cares about his customers and delivers good quality water. Scheduling is a breeze with same day turnaround. This is hard to come by. We had one of the big corporations before and had to schedule weeks in advance, with zero communication, we had to go online to download the invoice, if we forgot then they'd mail the invoice with an automatic $20 charge for late payment, this is a crazy way of doing business. I'm so glad we found Paradise Water, they are exceptional both in service & their product.
