So wonderful! The Turkish ice cream has a unique and lovely texture from a slight thickener that helps it stand up to the heat without melting quickly. I've never been to Dubai, but this is what I imagine it would look and feel like. They have beautiful displays, elegant decor, and an impressive selection of desserts. They also offer dine in seating, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a treat. Most importantly, the desserts are excellent. Despite the huge variety of pastries and sweets, I've never had anything that tasted old or stale. Everything I've tried has been fresh and delicious. If you're a fan of Turkish desserts like I am, you'll love this place. They offer many different types of baklava, and long before the Dubai chocolate trend became popular, I was already a fan of pistachio desserts. This bakery has plenty of pistachio filled options to choose from. Every time I visit, I try to order something different, and so far I haven't been disappointed. It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for high quality desserts and a unique bakery experience that is not over priced.

06/11/2026 Always love coming here…read more Came with wife and SIL and once again, Zeugma delivered. Pretty much the same meal as last time, with one exception. We tried the Antakya Hummus (Pine nuts, cucumber pickles, tomatoes, brown chili butter) and will be adding this to our list of favorite appetizers... So very good! The sea bass my wife and SIL were again, beautifully prepared and delicious as always, as were my lamb chops (Kuzu). While the lamb hummus was excellent, the miso calamari was.... not as tasty as I remember it. Different chef, different day... won't keep us from coming back soon.

The floors are sticky and the area around the garbage has pieces of food because no one has cleaned it. I saw the hand sanitizer, but the bottle looked dirtier than the floor. A gentleman screamed from the back. How can I help you while he's on the phone and doing God knows what. After he put his phone down and decided to take my order it was insane how three mixed platters and six falafel's came out to $50. Of course I've been to other Halal places one very famous in Fairlawn and I never experienced like this. Mind you I still haven't ordered my food. Why my order was being prepared. The gentleman had his body and neck at a 90° angle chitchatting on the phone over the food. I was wondering if I should've brought an umbrella for this event. Their platter looks nothing like the picture mind you the chicken was kind of yellowish, but in the right light it looks like human flesh. The chicken was cold so was the beef. The beef tasted just like every other Halal place you've ever been to matter fact the meat used is from a larger chunk of meat that was brought to the store in a bag later thawed out and cut into little cubes. What is in it? Who knows? The chicken tastes nothing that you would buy in an Arabian country. Maybe that's why it was called Halal. And the guy who prepared my food did bless it with his mouth open. Do I recommend this place? I recommend for someone to come and clean it and teach these gentlemen how to be a little bit more sanitary. I don't wish this place harmed. They've been around for a long time, but they need to be a little bit more sanitary. Someone needs to grab a mop and a rag and wipe things down. I gave them three stars cause they could do a lot a lot better. Well, I returned to this place maybe when they clean up. Let me tell you about the enthusiasm in that place., practically zero. Oh and before I forget their white sauce couldn't get any watery. Someone is seriously being cheap over there. AND WHY THE HELL DOES THE CHICKEN TAIST LIKE TUNA WITH HOT SAUCE?! This ain't it!!

The deal never applied, so I called the restaurant to get it corrected. Instead of helping, they insisted they were not offering any such promo--even after I explained that it was clearly shown on Uber Eats and confirmed by Uber support. On top of that, my wife was standing outside in the pouring rain trying to pick up the order while I was stuck on the phone arguing with an employee who clearly could not care less about customer service. He then called a manager who ultimately doubled down and said they had no responsibility to honor the promo. If you're going to partner with delivery platforms, maybe learn how to advertise correctly so you don't deceive and mislead your customers. Completely unacceptable experience. I will never be ordering or visiting this place again. If you'd like, I can tailor this version to sound more aggressive, more professional, shorter, or include more specific details like location and date.
