Where do I start ? Came here about 30 minutes ago through the drive thru. Girl taking my order was having a difficult time as I could tell... No customer service. Takes my order, 15 minutes in line. Pull up reviews my order and takes my card. I get my order with no fries and burger with onion rings after I said, no sauce or pinion rings. Come back inside to ask for my fries and ask for her name. Alexis. Young girl felt bad for her. Inside floors looked a mess and windows dirty. I ask for a manager and she tell me I don't work here... Stopped by and ordered the 4.00 real deal advertised on TV it comes with a small drink, fries, cheeseburger and spicy chicken sandwich. However this location gives you a kids drink instead of a small, when I asked if it was a mistake I was told by employee that because they are a franchise they substitute the kids drink for the small drink. The drink was not the worse part though, the fries where soggy and old, and the bread on the chicken sandwich was stale. Needless to say never coming back to this location again. read more

The drive thru messed my order up gave me a cheese quesadilla when I asked and paid for a chicken quesadilla, so I walked in and asked for my correct order. They literally kept the same quesadilla which was already dismantled because I was in search of the chicken and pico de Gallo, and the lady in the back just started tossing everything in there like she didnt care. Sucks. I asked for my money back, I feel you guys messed the order up and the least you could do is give me a fresh quesadilla. Guess not all chains think this way. read more

This is the second time I've had a problem with the Carjs Jr at Montebello. I tried to order a breakfast burrito, waited 20 minutes, was told there's no tortilla once I got to the window? Maybe McDonald's ran out of buns or the pharmacy ran out of medication. Sell me what you're advertising. No one has 20 minutes to waste in the morning before work. read more

I had some coupons I bought for a fundraiser and my son was hungry so we went inside for food since we had time to kill. I walked inside and thought it was very clean and well ventilated. Usually fast food places are not as enticing but this one was clean and the girl who took my order was polite despite using coupons. She also cleaned the tables and windows since there weren't any other customers. Once a customer came inside, she went ahead and washed her hands and went straight to the register! I've seen people handle cash in NICE restaurants and continue to handle dishes and flatware without heading to the back kitchen to WASH THEIR HANDS. anyways.. Came in to try the $4 for 4 deal, which comes with a spicy chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger, small fry, and 16oz drink---I even asked the cashier if they had the deal and she agreed. After I paid she handed me a kid size (8oz cup). I let her know that the deal offered a 16oz drink, but she insisted that this location is "only a franchise" and their deals are "adjusted". I don't understand why she couldn't have let me know prior to paying instead of cowering in the back -_- Not only was the meal "adjusted", the fries were not fresh. Got ripped off, went to drive thru on 01/13/2019 to get two california burgers for $2.49 each. Used my credit card to charge and did not check since the worker stated the total is $5.82. Today I found out they charged me for a bynd burger combo for $10.12. Make sure to check your receipt after order. Will never go there anymore. read more

So put it simply this dude from drive thru just rushed most stuff giving attitude keep misunderstanding everything I say and had to repeat stuff. Got fed up and just said ok with veggie and had to take it out myself. He was this balding guy with mustache. I think his name tag said Jessie middle aged man. This place is hit and miss. The Montebello syndrome has kicked in here. I was there at 7am. All the chairs were still up on the table. Nobody was at the counter. The dude looked like he just woke up. Do not come here unless you want food poisoning . Just went Monday we waited 25 min for our food and we were the only customers there . It was a small order. When we got there half of the staff were all in the kitchen talking. The bathrooms are filthy. That same night me and my kids got food poisoning. The people who work at this location at night are very friendly. I will always be a fan of the Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Famous Star. I only wish that they'd make their shakes/malts thicker like Jack-in-the-Box. read more

This place was pretty good. The people who work here seemed to be on top of things and cared about their work. The food was as good as Carl's Jr gets. The best part, however, was the salsa bar. It was always well-tended and fresh. I say used to be because they took it out. I'll have to get my salsa and peppers fix somewhere else. Oh, the food and the people are still ok. my family and I stopped by to eat before going to the theater. When we walked in we noticed there was no customers. The employees didn't greet us and literally took nearly 5 mins. To take our order. Once the food was brought to the table my daughter opened the box of chicken tenders. I noticed there was a fry stuck on one of the tenders. My husbands burger was fine, but when I unwrapped my burger I noticed it looked very plain. My burger wasnt made as it should have and what makes it worst is that the manager on duty Noemi has the worst customer service along with the team of coworkers. Local here that's done with this particular stop. The food is ok WHEN they get it right. I dread coming here when I do because half the time they get my order wrong. And I'm not even asking for anything complex. I asked for a guacamole bacon combo, receipt shows I paid for one, yet I get home and find a regular charbroiled burger. Very poor customer service skills at this location. Was given a smaller cup when I ordered a 16 ounce drink. Customers should not be charged for something that is not provided. I was the only customer in line yet it took 10 minutes for 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Sandwich tasted hard and overcooked. Will not be returning. read more
