The vibe was great here - nice decor, good music, friendly and attentive service, and it didn't take very long for our order to come out. Tried the mozzarella sticks, white pizza primavera, chicken parmigiana, and the stromboli. Everything was nice and hot and tasted fresh. The stromboli wasn't too heavy on the dough and had lots of meat inside. The chicken parm had a good amount of cheese and was delicious. We're on the hunt for the best Pizza in town, so we decided to stop on in at Carmine's Pizza Kitchen. We ordered the Chopped Salad which had iceberg lettuce, marinated roasted vegetables, ham, salami, mozzarella, tomatoes tossed in a balsamic dressing. It was refreshing and a perfect starter before devouring some pizza. We also ordered a large Lasagna Pizza which had sausage, meatballs, ricotta, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce. The crust was crispy and held the toppings on, it wasn't over sauced, it was seasoned just right, the cheese was great. I was impressed. Our server was Noah, it was his first day. He was very friendly and provided us with fantastic service. Thank you for making our experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is small and very clean. Review #20 of 2023 Stopped by around 5 P.M. on April 4th This is normally a great spot for a family meal. Todays visit, (the 5th time for us,) not so much. In the past I have been able to order a Large half and half pizza, this time around, no. They wouldn't accommodate despite having it in the past, they would accommodate a half and half with only one topping. For being the only customers at this time, (the other two were getting ready to leave as we sat down,) I'm surprised that the Hawaiian Pizza wasn't thoroughly cooked. The cheese looked like curds from not being melted enough, which I noticed when I picked up a slice and about half of my cheese and toppings fell off. Didn't think much of it until I went to scoop a second slice and saw it on the rest of the pizza. I brought it to the servers attention, and she offered to correct it, but I never send food back. Two of my children had kids pizza, one cheese, one pepperoni, those were on point. Same with the bucket of wings. The food was brought out really fast compared to other times. Overall ok for the vibe and background noise, but it was a big turn off to have a nice crispy pizza with an undercooked and soggy center. Unsure if we'll come back. We thank you all for the previous experiences, but time to find a new business to frequent. read more

Not good poorly made food. There are much better Italian restaurants in the area I would not go back. Eggplant parmigiana said to be their specialty but it was not good could not even cut through it with a knife. Sauce wasn't good. Didn't come with cheese. Great back east New York style pizzeria. I remember them from their Villa Pizza days and this is just as good. Love the garlic knots. A solid test as Portnoy would say is the traditional cheese pizza. It had good crisp undercarriage and flavor of dough was spot on. As of last November my wife I unknowingly started, what can only be discribed as a ritual, going to Carmines every Friday night. Some may call it a date night, but for us it seems to have become a neccesary part of our week. So much so, that we even somewhat have our own table. The food is obviously the reason we come, but it is also the great group of young, ladies that serve us every week. We have gotten to learn about them, and they have learned about us. Dennise is a complete riot, her hi energy, and goofy laugh is probably amongst the top of the list of reasons we continue to go. Claudia is a sweetheart, and is always so kind to meet our every request. They have recently started doing daily specials, and I have been trying them every time we go. My wife stays faithful to the chicken fingers mild, with a side of frys. (Which she never seems to finish them, and Dennise always insist on ordering them for her.) If your in the mood for pizza or a deliciouse pasta dish, consider stopping over and saying hi to these lovely ladies. The homemade Marinara sauce is amazing. Immediately we received our water upon being seated. Like two rational people we halfway unwrapped our straws and had a duel. As the wrappers hit the floor, Denise came over insisting to clean after us. After refusing to let her, she came over and declared my daughter the victor over the dual. This was the begging of a great dinner experience. After asking her advise for recommendations on a pizza she began to tell us how she likes the BBQ and started to say add... so I now know that Carmine's has a secret menu. First time here, and we can't wait to come back! It's in a great location, but when you walk inside, you can either sit and enjoy dine in or order and go. Having these two options is awesome! We have been looking for a close pizza kitchen to one in Colorado that we love, and this is the closest we've found! We tried the large pepperoni, the fries with the toppings, a Stromboli, and, of course, the Canoli. The pizza was very yummy. Thin crust just enough toppins, including the sauce and cheese. The Stromboli was good. It wasn't my favorite as I am also very picky when it comes to Strombolis. It had too much ham for me and not a good balance of the other ingredients it should have. The fries were very good. Also, their ranch is house made, and that was perfection. Now, the canoli! So those are on danger zone of delicious. So if you grew up with canoli, you would know you have to eat them once they are piped so it is fresh, and if they are piped and sitting there, they aren't fresh. Well, these were fresh, and my goodness, I would have so many more if I could. The flavor was there, and I can't wait to have more! The staff are very friendly and nice. Keep in mind that if you go after 430pm, they are busy and get packed fast. We went around 3, and it was a lovely time and quiet. We got to check out the place before the crowd. It was awesome to see the crowds rolling in and also hearing their orders keep printing out in the kitchen. I love this little pizza shop! We come often as it's located near our job. The staff are always so friendly, and they are super fast with getting orders out. We love coming for the daily specials they offer. The wings and tenders are LEGIT and the by the slice pizza is always super fresh. Carmine's honesty has the best ranch that I've ever had in my entire life. Blows Wing Stop ranch out the water for sure. Service was EXTRAORDINARY! Food was great, we had the pep pizza and antipasto salad. I love their pizza dough! It was nice and thin, not too thin, and crusty (in a good way, of course!) It was our first time so they gave us garlic knots on the house AS WELL AS cannolis after our meal. Top notch service, can't wait to come back and try more!!! The cheese & peperoni pizza is amazing! The lunch specials are a good deal & come with a drink. The pizza is that good small shop taste with a yummy thin crust. The ranch is good for dipping! I took my wife & she tried the chopped salad. It is hands down the best one we have ever had. The dressing has gluten but if you get it on the side still the best! I visited with my family at my daughter's request for her birthday. Throughout our time there, I noticed that the owners or managers were greeting, conversing with, and visiting every table--except ours.
