As we went to photograph the couple cutting their cake, everyone noticed that the 3-tier cake was tilting and sliding...... and someone needed to act fast. Keri calmly rushed in and literally held the cake up with her hands with just seconds to spare before it toppled. We successfully got our photos, and Keri quietly and confidently communicated with her staff exactly what was needed to move the cake and save it so it could be cut and enjoyed by the guests. Not only that, but the entire meal service was delicious and savored by all. The butternut squash ravioli with maple cream sauce and candied pecans was especially a favorite!

Kristen answered my call at 7pm on Tuesday. I apologized for being mid-mental breakdown and for the screaming baby. She actually made him stop crying! After 5 minutes with talking to Kristen, it was clear that she gives her work and her customers her all. I'm so glad my random Google search led me to this business.
