Popped in for dinner last Friday. What are awesome happy hour in the bar area. $3 Peronis, how can you go wrong?! to start with we enjoyed some of the half price bites. Calamari, meatball sliders and shrimp dish. I can't remember the name. All three were delicious. We split the Chicken Bryan for our entrée and it was delicious. Ben, the bartender/our server, was on point the whole meal. So much so, we will request him when we come back. The 2 person booths in the bar were perfect for my wife and I. Very cozy. Extremely disappointed with this order. We spent over $500 on catering for a large group, and the food arrived with no serving utensils, plates, or napkins. Since the meal was primarily pasta, there was literally no way to serve or eat it. After contacting customer service, a driver returned nearly an hour later with store-bought serving utensils still in retail packaging that were clearly not ready for food service use. By the time we went out and bought our own utensils, the food was cold. On top of that, the portions were inadequate, the food quality was poor, and we ultimately had to order pizza from another restaurant to feed everyone. I was also told someone from EZCater would call me back, and I never received a call. This was a complete failure of a catering experience and incredibly frustrating for our group. read more

I've done this review before. I love Carrabbas. Food was delicious. The service was superb. The decor was the same as always. Only critique on decor was that the restaurant was getting a painting facelift on the outside so that was a bit off putting. Plenty of parking and the prices are reasonable. I posted the following on a different Yelp account site by accident 6 days ago, so in all fairness I'm letting everyone know. Nothing has been changed. Made order in person for takeout, made sure the takeout waiter had the order correct in the restaurant computer. Stupidly I gave the takeout person a 15% tip because I figured few people give a tip for takeout orders. After waiting for 25 minutes because they were busy, I received the order boxed and bagged up. Upon opening the bag at my destination, I learned the two cannolis I ordered and paid $10.75 for, and was looking forward to for dessert was missing. The meatball and ricotta appetizer was okay but the meatballs were very firm, yet tasty. They were also very overpriced as it costs $7.49 for just 2 meatballs. The lasagna was fair, it was very firm, not at all like homemade or like the Olive Garden version. It was almost not edible. It was also very overpriced at $18.99 plus tax. I contacted the manager and received a refund for the missing item. I threw out the rest of the food. I didn't ask for a refund for those because I thought it was just my taste, not the food, so I didn't feel it appropriate. Three months later, a friend was visiting me and badly wanted to go to Carrabba's, so I gave in and went and dined in. I ordered the fettuccini alfredo and a side of meatballs. She ordered the lasagna. Neither of us enjoyed the food at all! It seemed like everything is mass produced and frozen elsewhere then just heated up locally. It's Horrible! We both asked for a refund. Interestingly, the waiter told us he doesn't eat the "food" there either - now that is telling! Being from NYC, I ate mostly Italian food and make my own as well. But I also dine out (a lot), so I've been to Carrabba's and other chain food places often. So it's very disappointing that Carrabba's has gone so far downhill. I will never eat at it again and do not suggest you do either, if you want good tasting food. Carside order. Ordered the Classics three trio Parmesan, lasagna, and fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken was dry and hard, the fettuccine was dry i don't think it really had Alfredo sauce on it at al! The lasagna was so good that was five stars by it's self! I wish I had just ordered that. My order was ready in the 20mins like it had said. I gave a 5 because of service. I'm a particular eater and rarely is it perfect. Calamari was perfect! Golden brown and crispy. The kitchen couldn't get my salmon right but Ben C. the bartender was a 5 star server. Apologetic, I mean sincerely. The service was awesome. We sat at the bar. He a cocktail. Had their amazing Cesar salad !! So good ! And the trio bread dipping sauce app is amazing with their hot bread ! What happened to my favorite place? This is not the food I came to love for YEARS. We rarely get to visit and today was a SLAP in the face. I don't know why the Chicken Bryan changed. New chef? What? The sauce was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the same. Zero fresh basil in it and it tasted so weird, not the lemon butter sauce I loved so much that I would order extra for my mashed potatoes. Todays version also had an odd pinkish/red tint to it and I'm chalking that up to the large amount of sun dried tomatoes that were in it. My mashed potatoes were not right either. Barely seasoned and a lot of large chunks of potato in it. We always order extra goat cheese on our dish and it was served to us cold and on the side, why? We wanted extra cheese on our chicken. The chicken had large sections (quarter sized) burnt pieces on it that gave that bite a very bitter taste that just didn't leave your palate. Chicken was a little on the dry side as well. The waitress was great but seemed to be the only one working, as she acted as the hostess too. WHAT has happened to my favorite place? This is not it anymore. Our calamari was spot in, except that over powering lemony sauce served with it. We just stuck to the marinara that we love so much. At least that was as we expected and loved. We got extra so we could sop up with the bread. This chain has been my go to for Italian for so many years, today was such a let down. We both left with a literal bad taste in our mouths. I may give this location another shot if I'm down in the area. But I'm so hesitant. read more

Carrabba's is always a very reliable choice. Both the food and the service are always good. Definitely one of our favorite chain restaurants. If you're into wine, the house made red sangria is amazing! Surprisingly it's some of, if not the best sangria I've had. They serve complimentary fresh made bread along with herbs & olive oil. They will also give you butter upon request. One of the best appetizers is the Scotty Thompson. It's goat cheese and marinara sauce served with crostinis. Highly recommend the pollo rosa maria. It's chicken stuffed with cheese. It comes with mushrooms on top but you can substitute for the Bryan topping which is goat cheese and it's awesome! If you're looking for dessert, give the chocolate dream a try. It's like no other. Simply delicious. Carrabba's is a part of the Bloomin' Brands family and accepts gift cards from Outback, Bonefish, and Flemings. Carrabba's is so much more than you may think.. Yes, they are a chain. But I have learned that they make EVERYTHING in house. Including the croutons. And the salad dressings. Not many other chains can say that. And it shows in the quality of the food. I also HIGHLY recommend the wine pairing dinners. We attended one last night. Fantastic!! 4 courses, 4 pairings. Tracey is such a pro. Entertaining AND knowledgeable about all of the wines. The shrimp Scampi, Pasta w Spicy Sausage, Chicken Bryan and Chicken Marsala are among my favorite dishes. Yet, as we enjoyed our meal - seems we ended being neglected from simple things as making sure our drinks were staying full. In his defense, it did seem that he was getting overwhelmed as people were sitting back to back in his section. Comparing it to other chain restaurants, the food was definitely pricer than what I was expecting. I had the Lasagna and it wasn't really memorable and not really to my liking due to the abundance of cheese on it. We ended up going here instead of Cheesecake Factory due to their long wait time and let me just tell you I am SO glad we did! We were seated immediately and both of the hosts were VERY welcoming! Our server Abby was the pinnacle of customer service. Our apps and salads came at record speed and were amazing! Our glasses were never empty and her timing on it was perfect!
