I come here for the queso, margaritas and fast service! It's always great, I do think that they are a little pricy for the quality of food. Not saying it's bad in any way, just think prices are a little steep that's why I gave 4 stars. Queso dip is a must try and the enchiladas are delicious! The servers are alway great and attentive

Wow! The service here is incredible. Right when I was sat down there was two servers waiting to take our drink order and deliver chips and salsa. They also gave bean dip which to me is a personal favorite. I feel like this is a family owned restaurant with a professional standards. I love the ambience.

We had such a great experience! Everything was really delicious and full of flavor. The fajitas were amazing, and the frozen pineapple margarita was honestly my favorite. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

Came in for Happy Hour in the lounge. Was greeted by our friendly bartender Carlos. I ordered the 5 Al Pastor tacos and a beer. The tacos were delicious and I had 2 left for the next day!! Beware of that habanero salsa that it is served with....hot stuff right there!

Fun spot, nice bar and ambience Right off sunset and Pescos. For all the white queso cheese dip fans this place has it but it's not cheap. It's white cheese dip with jalapeños but not sure I would spend the "market price" ~$12 as quoted on the menu. I mean it's decent and hits the spot but it's the price of a full meal. You get chips, salsa, and beans dip which are all perfect. The salsa has good flavor and it's just liquid. Pair that with the Al Pasor tacos and some spicy salsa - this is fire! The taco comes with grilled onions, pineapple, pico and guacamole. One of the best...out of carne asada and chicken. Hard pass on the chicken, comes with lettuce and yellow cheese - not a fan. Pair any of it with a good marg. The bar area is decent size with full TV perfect for drinks and the games. The servers were all nice and very approachable.

I am having difficulty posting an update review (for some reason, it deletes the original review and doe not post an updated one), so I am doing it this way...... We came here for lunch on a Sunday 09/21, and made reservations this time to be safe. My boyfriend ordered the Chile Colorado (beef) plate and thought it was absolutely delicious--tender meat with rich flavor. I went with the two-taco plate, both al pastor, and the pork was juicy, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. The ambiance was the same warm and inviting atmosphere we remembered, but this time I got to watch one of the ladies making fresh tortillas by hand, which made the experience feel even more authentic. We'll definitely be coming back! ---------------- Our first visit was on Sunday 08/17 and we stopped by for lunch. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded, and we were seated right away. Complimentary chips and salsa is always a plus. I ordered the #17 carne asada, which was flavorful and very tender. My boyfriend had the #11 three enchiladas. He especially enjoyed the cheese, followed by the chicken, and said overall it was very good. For dessert, we shared the flan, which was delicious, and not overly sweet. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. Our server was friendly and attentive The ambiance is festive and well-lit, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and would definitely return.

We had such an amazing experience here. The food is always incredible, and the staff is consistently so kind and welcoming. The whole place just has the best energy and vibes every time we come in. We were celebrating my father-in-law's 80th birthday, and Chanel truly made the night extra special. She came over and offered to take photos for us, and I'm so glad she did because they turned out absolutely beautiful. She was so sweet, professional, and really captured such meaningful moments for our family. We ended up purchasing all of the photos and will cherish them forever. Our server, Darwin, was also amazing--attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us the entire time. And the strawberry margarita is SO good... highly recommend. To top it all off, the staff came out and sang, which made the whole experience feel so fun and magical. It truly meant a lot to our family. We can't wait to come back again soon!

So as we were enjoying yet another great meal here last Sunday at Lunchtime we realized we have been coming here for 30 years. Now the Name on the front has changed a couple times over the years but maybe the same family runs it? I mean the service is Always Tops! And the food, while things have been tweaked a bit over the years is superb! It's getting harder to find full service Mexican Restaurants ( lots of just Taco Shops) and since the food here is authentic and consistent I see why the doors have been open so long. 3 locations, Summerlin, Arts District and Henderson on Sunset, the Best one in my opinion! Gotta have a Margarita and pretty much anything you order will be great! Musics is festive and not too loud and they can easily handle very large groups!

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The vibe is great, servers are attentive and food is delicious! The seating area is large and often busy with a good number of customers. Their Micheladas are so good, a must try! For food, I usually go for fajitas, burrito or enchiladas and all three are great.

This menu is posted on every single table In the dining room. I ordered the queso fundido thinking it was 9.99, because that's clearly what it says. It was 430pm on a Monday btw. Upon receiving the bill, the queso fondido read $18.40. I asked the server and he mentioned that the happy hour menu is only for the bar area. I found that odd since no where on the menu does it say that it's bar area specific. And again, why the fuck would you put these on every single table in the DINING area if they are obsolete there. Kind of a shame, I would have made this my local Mexican spot but This establishment is clearly being scummy and ripping people off.

This has become our go to place for Mexican food and margaritas in the area. The restaurant is big with a separate bar area and has a traditional Mexican restaurant vibe. The wait staff is attentive and there is also a resident photographer if you're into that. They have an extensive list of margaritas to chose from I tried the cucumber and house and both were great although the cucumber one don't taste very strong. The tasted home cooked and we liked everything we ordered. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try!

Are the refried beans and rice vegetarian?

They cook them both in animal fat

Does anyone know if they use lard in their refried beans and tamales, or do they have vegetarian bean option?

I believe they do. My boyfriend got veggie fajitas and they brought him beans that were supposed to be vegetarian. They looked different than other beans

I really like the interior decor which is like a very contemporary and upscale Mexican. They have a variety of table and booth seating and a large bar. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!

However, it was $20, and I still felt like I needed another burrito afterward. The carne asada nachos looked were made with a mix of ground beef and carne asada instead of just carne asada. The most disappointing item was the $15 bean and cheese burrito. I included a photo in this review because it was mostly tortilla, and the cheese wasn't even melted. As for the churros, we originally ordered regular churros, but they told us they didn't have plain churros available on a Friday night, so we were pushed into getting the strawberry ones instead.
