Although Cava usually slaps me to pieces, this was a bit of a disappointment. They skimped on the chicken, wasn't fresh and filled the bowls way less than other locations I've been to. The chicken ran out and did not have any ready for 15 minutes. Along side that, you have to walk into a dark crevice to get your drinks and forks. Unusual layout to say the least. Overall flavor was ok, their pita crisps are a bit weird and bendy. Not too bad! Just hope they get the portions a bit larger and get their ducks in a row. Ciao! read more

I was so looking forward to trying Cava for the first time after hearing many great things about this place. However, after my experience I don't think I will be back. I noticed they had opened this location down the street from my job and decided to give it a try. I placed an order on the app about 45 min ahead of time for 6:15 so it would be ready by the time I got to go on my lunch break and I could have plenty of time to eat. I arrive at 6:25 thinking it would be ready.. nope. So I wait another couple minutes before finally having to grab someone's attention to acknowledge me. He tells me it will be ready in another couple minutes. By the time I got my food (around 6:35) I had 2 minutes to quickly try and get a bite in my car before having to return inside to work. So disappointing honestly. Wasting my entire break and then on top of it all the 2 bites I got to eat were absolutely drenched in sauce when I had asked for light sauce. This whole experience literally put a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if they are understaffed or what's going on but they need to get it together. Also I witnessed someone who looked to be a manager really talk down to one of his male employees with such a condescending and disrespectful tone. It was hard to watch and I actually feel bad for the employees if this is how they are being treated. Looks like I will be sticking to Luna Grill. read more

I would highly NOT recommend this place, even though I love Cava Grill the staff was very rude and had a very bad attitude. I was very specific of what I wanted, but he put something else and when I told him that he didn't give me what I wanted he was very rude and made funny face. I wanted extra salad and he told me it would be extra charge, I said it's OK for extra charge then he repeated two times: are you sure it's OK for extra charge. Everytime I come in it's always teenagers not knowing what ways up and what ways down . And poor management because they are always out of something. Iv talked to a manager named Linda and she was super dismissive to me and didn't seem like she knew what's going on which is why im sure her team doesn't either. I've been here twice and the line is long and moves slow. I don't know if someone called off or if they are just trying to get by on fewer people, but they definitely need to figure out labor efficiency. The line helpers spend more time restocking than actually getting people through the line. I like the food, but doubt I'll come very often because service is too slow and no one's replenishing and cleaning in the dining room. read more

Super disappointed. I've been to another CAVA before and I really liked it. I came to this location on a Friday evening and ordered the steak bowl. Greens were wilted. Brown rice was burned so it was super hard. They seemed to be low on a lot of their food. Completely understandable since they were busy but you still shouldn't serve food that isn't ready. for your own sake DO NOT mobile order. unfortunately, very sloppy service and messed up our bowls. ordered lamb and payed extra for it- we received no meat in that bowl! messed up the veggies on the other bowl. found an olive in my food and i did not order them bc i hate olives. also ordered utensils to be in the bag for pickup, silly me i forgot to check if they actually put them in the bag and of course they did not. i was all set up for a picnic about to eat my bowl when i realized there were no utensils. had to drive to a gas station to get some. called the store manager just to let them know i payed extra for lamb and didn't get any + that they messed up my bowls and the manager offered a refund and said she would call back w more info. she did not call back. read more

Definitely would recommend coming after they work out the kinks associated with recently opening. Portioning of protein was inconsistent with their other locations and is stingier than other more established branches. Many of the items were not available/ran out way before closing time. Service has room for improvement, but not absolutely terrible. Food safety was also a concern, as conditions looked more unsanitary compared to other locations. At certain points of the bowl assembly, they would forgo the tongs and just use their hands to grab the toppings before placing into my bowl. Wished I looked at the other reviews before coming, I don't personally anticipate coming back to this location again. read more

Listen, I love Cava and I was glad that they opened this location which is about 5mins away from me. I decided to place a mobile order for dinner on the app and it said my order was going to be ready by 6:45. I arrived there on time and my order was clearly ready bc I could see my bowl that I ordered. No one acknowledged me at first and asked me if I had a mobile order. About 10mins after arriving, someone finally asked me if I had placed an order. They suddenly tell me that "they ran out of plastic lids for their bowls so they have to repackage every single mobile order now." At this point I couldn't have cared less if you ran out of lids. I could've just drove home without one. A manager told me that they were originally trying to get more lids in their back stock earlier, but apparently the lock jammed so they couldn't get it open. There was also only one person zoned in working on mobile orders so it took even longer to receive my order. The manager even knew that there was one person working there and didn't even ask anyone to jump in and help out with the orders. She didn't even care to help her colleague with the mobile orders at all. Just because of this stupid little incident it took over 30 minutes of me being there just to receive my order. It wasn't even just me waiting for my order. There was a multiple amount of customers waiting for their's as well. I get it and I understand that this is a brand new location that just recently opened so it's going to be crowded, but at least have some better customer service and decency. The customer service was clearly lacking off because how are you not going to at least acknowledge a customer and then not really explain to them what's going on? I come here pretty often and there's usually a line, but nothing too crazy--maybe 10 to 12 people ahead of me. Still, it ends up taking around 20 minutes to get my bowl, which feels excessive considering all the ingredients are right in front of them. The food is good, but the wait time is frustrating, especially when you're just trying to grab something quick. I would recommend going to a different location if you can. read more

after 8 hours of volleyball I didn't expect for my order to be missing half of the things from each of the meals. I ordered two kids meals one came with out rice and little sauce, the other forgot carrots and a topping inside of the pita.
