I dont leave reviews often but I ordered from here off doordash and got a chicken & rice bowl and they completely left out the chicken and gave me some hard burt rice that can break a tooth. Yall are foul for that. Just nasty. read more

Tried the Balsamic chicken bowl and the downside is the grilled chicken is on the salty side. Not sure I'd get this bowl again because overall too salty. Friendly service in this newly opened space that reminds me of Sweetgreen. Very limited street parking. read more

So I just introduced my aunt recently to cava she loved it food is good and so today we decided to come here again and we were ordering and came to the meat and we wanted steak and they said we had to wait 5 mins okay sure why not !!! So this lady had the nerves shes cutting her steak and my aunt was just looking at the grill of meats behind her and her cutting her meat and she literally goes WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT ? Like seriously ? Excuse me ? Were not allowed to look at her cutting our steak and look at the preps then why not put a wall in front of you then ? Whats with the attitude and my aunt nicely said shes looking and just waiting for the steak and she goes im cutting it ? All she could of done is smiled and said can I help you ? Okay why dont you get busier cutting the meat instead of trying to give us attitude . Why are you even in the service industry you want us to look at the wall ? Horrible horrible service who does that. Ruined our appetite . She needs to get her attitude straight if she wants to work in this kinda industry . So I tried cava for the first time and I'm still unsure about my experience. I guess I was expecting this to be a mind blowing bowl the way people have been ranting and raving about it. To me it was good nothing overly great about it. They do give you a healthy portion of food I was only able to get through a little less than half of the bowl. I'm actually looking forward to coming back to it once the flavors marry together a little bit more. read more

Always a fan of Cava! I like their self serve bowls because they give you a good selection of veggies. Chicken and falafel are included but everything else is an additional charge minus one star for that. The server I got was patient enough to walk me through choices so that was nice of her! I like how spacious the restaurant is, there's a lot of seating and I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Ordered a power grain bowl from here 2 days ago and was in so much pain from that same bowl the next day. Never had this issue eating Mediterranean food. Also they didn't put all sauces on side as requested. After googling my pain all day, I found this post warning of faulty food handling practices that is prominent across CAVA brand. with this location being so close to my work, I've frequent it many many times this year unfortunately this is the third time that I have purchased the same bowl that I always do and gotten something completely different. This time the order that was put into my bag for Uber delivery were two separate items and I'm not allowed to have either one of them due to allergies. Not sure if this is a malicious weaponized incompetence situation or if the closing team genuinely hates their paying customers so much that they would sabotage a delivery order. But for paying almost 40$ in food you would think the supervisors would check each order for delivery or pickup to prevent issues. Regardless avoid this location at all cost . read more

Bought 2 plates and a kids meal. Steak and harissa honey chicken were delicious. Cookies were also delicious and had the right amount of sweetness. Quite literally the worst place. Food is good, but speed and service is absolutely awful. I have been here six times and not a single time have I had a good experience. Always lying about food being ready, constantly running out of food, and mixing up ingredients from different orders. Navigating a busy day with demanding customers can be a daunting task, but the Hollywood branch of Cava turned it into a breeze with their exceptional fast food and outstanding service. This place truly stands out as a customer first mentality. I was in need of feeding a crew for the evening, and as I've always been a fan of Cava's bowls, I thought it would be a great idea to introduce it to the crew. I naturally had a HUGE order with specific allergy and dietary restrictions, and needed to work with the staff to get through it. Despite the high volume of orders and the challenging nature of our customer base, the staff managed to prepare and serve our meals swiftly. The efficiency of the service attempted to reduce wait times for other customers attempting to pick up their meals. This is is crucial when dealing with tough customers (AKA Me). The staff at Cava were nothing short of heroes. They handled the demanding crowd with grace and professionalism, maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout. Their ability to stay calm and composed while ensuring every order was correct and delivered promptly is truly commendable. This attention to detail was greatly appreciated, especially given the circumstances. Overall, Cava provided an exceptional experience on a challenging day. Every time I stroll past, I can't miss the line snaking around the counter. And man, the buzz about this place being better than Chipotle? It's everywhere. Nothing groundbreaking about the setup, pretty standard stuff. The staff? Yeah, they're nice enough. But let's talk about the real deal: the food. And let me tell you, it lived up to the hype. I went for the braised lamb bowl, and hey, they let me throw in some olives for free. Cool! But seriously, this bowl blew Chipotle out of the water. I couldn't even explain how much I enjoyed it. This was my first time trying cava and it won't be last! I stopped by last night. The portions are very generous you get to pick as many toppings as you want there was a long line but it didn't take too long to get through the food was very delicious I didn't have room to finish my bowl it is very filling. Their yogurt dill dressing is delicious! Service was very friendly. Michael was very kind and welcoming and helpful as it was my first time here he did a great job explaining everything and had some great recommendations! This Cava location is definitely one to try! They give it their all to fulfill your quality of taste. I went before closing time and they barely had anything but George made it possible for me to still be fulfilled with my order. while the service might not be the best, unfortunately at most cava's its pretty bad but the food is great and the prices are very fair. Doesnt matter if I go this one or the one in pasadena by my family I can rely on quality consistent mediterranean food. Highly recommend for those who have not tried cava just be prepared to encounter below par service. Luckily its just for them to make your food and you can enjoy the rest. read more

Literally have the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Woman with the black long hair, bandana, and nose ring. I hope you genuinely get fired. That was some of the craziest attitude I have ever witnessed. Definitely don't deserve to be employed with that type of behavior. 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Plenty of unique options on their menu with lots of flavor combinations to keep your tastebuds guessing. My favorite is the harvest bowl: the goat cheese, sweet potatoes, and rice go so well with one another. This is one of those places where I want to keep trying other things on the menu, but I can't help but get the same thing every single time. It tasted like they made the sandwich like an hour ago, and it was just sitting on the counter. It was very, very dry. I've ordered this sandwich MANY times, and this is the first time I bit into it and actually didn't want it anymore. But, I was hungry so I ended up eating it but there was barely any meat in the sandwich, which is crazy because this whole sandwich is supposed to be mostly meat. It was mostly bread, and there wasn't even that much sauce in the sandwich. We were both in South Los Angeles, and I remember thinking his idea of making prepared, healthy food affordable was absolutely brilliant. I remember being able to get a huge, healthy salad for $7, and I loved the concept then and I love it now. There are so many options at EVERYTABLE. I took a few snapshots from the website because it's easier to see just how much they offer. I got the Vegan Bowl with peanut sauce, and WOW. I could not believe it was vegan. It was so good! I love that you can just walk in, grab something healthy, and go. I also got 10% off my first order, which was a nice bonus, and it looks like you can have EVERYTABLE delivered as well. I'm very specific about eating organic whenever possible, so I would love to see healthy, organic food become readily available and affordable for everyone--not something reserved for people who can afford to pay a premium. It's kind of crazy that we have two separate food categories: food people can afford and food that is actually good for them. Thank goodness Los Angeles has EVERYTABLE. Please navigate back and pick a different date/time." But they don't tell you what dates and times are available -- you have to select a date and time and hope that it's available. Except they're never available. I tried many, many different dates and times and all were unavailable. If there are days and times that are unavailable, THEY SHOULD NOT BE SELECTABLE. You should only be offering times that are available. Otherwise, the user has to keep going back and selecting different days and times and hoping that they show as available once they check out. Truly the dumbest setup you could possibly have. Since I was unable to set up a subscription online, I went into Everytable's location near my apartment to set it up in person. I opened the door, walked up to the counter, and stood there as the Everytable employee sat a few feet away, playing on his phone. No one else in the store. He never looks up from his phone to acknowledges me, so I left. I contacted Everytable through their website to ask for help to resolve the matter, and they did absolutely nothing to help, just the usual outsourced helpdesk who refused to connect me to anyone in management. Any company that has this much disdain for customers can not and should not be trusted.

We just wanted to be able to eat the meal we had spent our last money on. At that point I started crying. Then the employee told my husband they would only charge us an extra $5 to remake the bowl. Based on that, my husband agreed. The complete lack of compassion and the dishonest communication made an already difficult day even worse. Please clearly label spicy items on your menu.
