I am obsessed with this place and need it to stay open in order to feed my growing addiction to it. I got the Kale mix and rice, with tomatoes, roasted corn, roasted veggies (cauliflower and Brussels sprouts and sweet potato) and chicken, avocado, pickled onions, red pepper hummus, cucumbers, veggie slaw, tzitzke, classic hummus and greek vinaigrette. I am not a vegetarian but I'm a big proponent of "eating the rainbow" and aligning with the blue zone Mediterranean diet. This meal would check all the boxes of the rainbow with all the veggies it packs. But the crazy thing is it still TASTES GOOD. and that's not an easy thing to do for something that is like 70% veggies. Every bite tastes a little different thanks to the huge mix of veggies I put in it but that just made every bite a surprising delight for me. I didn't know what each forkful would taste like but it never disappointed me and kept my tastebuds engaged and interested the whole meal through. Also the bowl is HUGE. they definitely don't skimp on the servings and I was happy to see that my food was filled up in the bowl up to the lid. The food here is good and the give a good portion for the price. Although it might be a little pricey to some people, the portion is filling that it can possibly last you 2 meals. The only reason I took off a star is how they put the dressing on the side. Although they do package it on the side in a separate container, it gets a bit messy because of the oil on some protein, so the container is oily itself. Cava is the elite version of Chipotle in the Wall Street area. My food was warm, fresh and delicious! I ordered my own creation of a bowl --but I got everything veggie. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower were a hit ! I wasn't a big fan of the jasmine tea but would recommend for someone who prefers unsweetened tea with ice. We came here after work so it was quiet. Typically at lunch, Cava is packed ! Really enjoyed trying Cava out. The hummus and tahini are good. The garlic sauce is delicious! I really liked the cucumbers because it was sweet and refreshing. I would recommend Cava because it is quick, filling, and healthy, however, I enjoyed Naya better because I could get a pita for free as well as all of the toppings which is something that I would have to pay extra for at Cava. read more

Cava, please keep franchising and come to Oregon! Closest one to us is California or Arizona. This is basically a mediterranean version of Chipotle. We got the Harissa honey chicken salad. This place is criminally underrated! As a vegan, I love seeing so many options, and with so many complex flavors. There's everything from pickled onions to roasted sweet potatoes to red pepper hummus, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and so much more, that a dressing isn't even needed (though you can definitely add one).
