This will no longer be my go to place. I got raw uncooked chicken and a horrible side salad. They threw on a whole bunch of nonsense. The lettuce was not fresh at all and im allergic to olives. When you offer a side salad you expect simple greens, this was disgusting with everything but the kitchen sink thrown in. Whole meal was tossed.

I usually come here for their lunch special after catching a matinee movie at the Regal across the street. I get the rigatoni since it's the only vegetarian dish I can eat from that menu, and the side Sunday salad. The cannoli dessert is very filling and I usually take the rest home. It's pretty empty and quiet during early Sunday afternoons which is preferred. The waiter who usually works at that time is very nice! They always plays 50's music which gives it that nice oldies vibe.

normally don't like red sauce. But the red sauce lives up to the hype for sure. It was spicy just enough and the taste was something I haven't tried personally. 100 percent makes me want to try carbone if a rez is available now.

Parm only received the 3 stars because of how nice the staff was and the wine was pretty good but the food really was below average. This could and should hardly be considered Italian :( I really need the chef to do a better job. My sister liked the spot and recommended it but I'm not sure why. The garlic bread was so hard and had a weird after taste and my chicken parm and pasta was oddly spicy and chicken didn't have enough flavor. Definitely way more authentic options around.

Literally the best garlic bread I've ever had!!!!!!! I love how it came with a side of fresh mozz to put on top. I still dream about it I've had the rigatoni carbone for takeout and thought it was delicious but dining in the restaurant solidified my feelings for this pasta and how it is EXTREMELY DELICIOUS :) the chicken parm was really good too

Ordered: Parm Sangria (~$15): red wine, rum, and orange Meatball Parm Platter (~$25): 3 meatballs served with homemade sauce and mozzarella with spicy rigatoni Carbone (substituted the spicy rotini pasta) Aya's take: Maybe being chaotic and lackluster is part of the Parm "experience" because this is the second Parm location I visit and the vibe is just off. Despite this location being more spacious and not as busy, we waited a while before our server came by to give us water or take our orders. We started with the Parm Sangria which we sadly had to send back. It was watery and didn't taste like the ingredients listed. It was sweet but there was something off-putting about it. The Meatball Parm Platter was solid. One thing about Parm is they will redeem themselves with the food. The meatballs were tender and well-seasoned and the spicy rigatoni Carbone was better than the last time! Their spicy sauce recipe is perfect and I highly recommend substituting the rotini for the rigatoni. Good food but mediocre service & ambiance.

I love the chicken parm with spicy rigatoni from Parm! The restaurant is owned by the same owner of Carbone, so you can get the same spicy rigatoni without the long wait! The area is very much an after work spot and has an old school Italian restaurant vibe. Parm can be busy in the lobby area after work hours, but otherwise pretty empty.

If you're looking for a nice friendly Italian restaurant, then come here. It was a reasonable priced. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and the spaghetti was perfectly cooked al dente. It was delicious. I would definitely come back.

As soon as we walked in it was a bit chaotic - empty chairs everywhere and not tucked under the tables, and the host was not present so we were standing around waiting for a couple mins for a table. No big deal but not the best first impression, it seems to always be chaotic at Parm, even the upper west side location was disorganized. The food is tremendous and worth it, the spicy rigatoni is perfectly cooked and the vodka cause is delectable. That's what keeps me coming back. The meatballs were ok, not as good as Carbone but that's to be expected at a much lower price point. They were a bit dry and not as juicy/flavorful as I would have liked. I'd get the chicken next time. The drinks were not good - I got the Parm Sangria and it tasted very watered down so I complained and the waiter brought me a Moscow mule instead. That was also terrible, it tasted heavy of lime juice and salt and there wasn't even a hint of ginger beer. I did finish it and felt ripped off. How do you mess up such a simple drink? Food: 5/5 Experience: 3/5 Drinks: 1/5

Had dinner at this place with family & friends. Reservations were easy with wait time less than 10 minutes. It was a quiet not so busy restaurant. Food was good but nothing extra ordinary. Prices were not bad either!

We were seated quickly for dinner on a Friday night and our server was very friendly but all of our food was pretty mediocre at best. I'd say the calamari was the best of our appetizers. The pizza knots were fine too, the buffalo cucumbers were not that great though. I had the eggplant parm on a hero and it left a lot to be desired. Not very flavorful and didn't taste that fresh either. The spaghetti and meatballs was also just ok.

Maybe like three stars. Parm has various locations around the city. They serve Italian American comfort food in a spacious, and fun environment. Enjoy sandwiches, pasta, salads, in a cozy setting. The spaghetti and meatballs were for sure hearty. Portion sizes are larger than average. I was eyeing the Rigatoni Carbone with the pink vodka sauce - next time I 'll try this dish. The Crispy Zucchini was delightful but a tad greasy. The sauces accompanying this appetizer, however, were delicious. I'll definitely try them again.

I have tried Parm in soho multiple times prior. This was my first time trying Parm at this location. I ordered their chicken parm sandwich ($12.95). The chicken parm was okay, the sandwich could have used a little bit more sauce and chicken could have been less dry. Service was good. Will come back again to try their other sandwiches.

The menu has plenty of variety across pastas, seafood, and cocktails, with some unique dishes that made the experience memorable. The drinks were a highlight, and the seafood options stood out the most for me. My Tipsy Tayke: The Fragola Fizz was juicy, fruity, and refreshing. The Forever Summer was another standout, with the smokiness of the mezcal blending really well with the fruit flavors without overpowering them. Both are easy recommendations depending on whether you want something fruity or a little more complex. My Taysty Tayke: Get Down & Dirty, Expeditiously: Seafood Ravioli Unique, flavorful, and packed with different seafood flavors. The ravioli itself was delicate and had a tendency to fall apart, but the flavor made up for it. Standout: Calamari Crispy, seasoned, and enjoyable. It had a slightly chewy texture, but I still found myself going back for more. The Carpaccio wasn't necessarily for me texture-wise, but I really enjoyed the greens and dressing that accompanied it. The garnish felt intentional and helped bring the dish together. The Pappardelle came with plenty of sauce but could have used more flavor overall. The complimentary bread was also tougher and chewier than I prefer. Desserts: The Lemon Sorbet was easily my favorite dessert. Bright, refreshing, and packed with real lemon flavor. The Mango Sorbet was another refreshing option with a smooth tropical sweetness. The Panna Cotta Cheesecake leaned closer to a mousse in texture and was definitely on the sweeter side. I especially enjoyed it with the cherry, which helped balance everything out. Service: Warm and attentive throughout the meal, fitting the inviting atmosphere. Plates From My Visit: Calamari Carpaccio Seafood Ravioli Pappardelle Lemon Sorbet Mango Sorbet Panna Cotta Cheesecake Fragola Fizz Forever Summer In Conclusion: A warm Chelsea Italian spot with strong cocktails, unique seafood dishes, and refreshing desserts. The Seafood Ravioli was the highlight of the savory side, but whatever you do, save room for that Lemon Sorbet. Stamped by Elajas

Reviews were promising so I was excited to try the food. I ordered the fusilli pesto pasta with a side of the garlic broccoli rabe. My pasta dish came with a small burrata on top. Instinctively I took a piece of that in to my mouth first and was met with the most rancid tasting cheese ever. The cheese was definitely not fresh and had a terrible smell on the outside. I moved this to the side to try the pasta which was honestly forgettable. There simply was not enough basil pesto in the dish, the sauce fell flat on taste and seasoning was nearly absent. The side of broccoli rabe was also so bad and forgettable. The stems were tough to chew, there was no salt and not a single speck of garlic in this dish. This is one of the priciest, grossest plates of pasta and vegetables I have ever had in the city. My friend ordered the eggs Florentine and said it was A-okay. Service was good and food came out on time but honestly I would not dine here again. They really need to step up their food quality if they want to continue doing business in the city.

I acknowledged that the server doesn't write the menu, but absolutely zero customer service skills. The service overall was lacking. The interior was completely packed, and the noise level was high enough for my smart watch to complain. To sample a bit of everything, we shared two orders of focaccia, four pastas, and one dessert. HOUSE-MADE FOCACCIA - 10 Super bouncy with a bit of chew, this was probably the best focaccia I've ever eaten. It came generously drizzled with olive oil and alongside chopped peppers drenched in even more olive oil, which added a nice little kick. We highly recommend starting with this. TAGLIATELLE - 27 Out of the four pastas, this was my absolute favorite. I love the thin yet chewy texture of the tagliatelle, and the bolognese sauce was rich and hearty. Finished with just the right amount of Parmigiano, both the pasta texture and sauce were sheer perfection. PICI 'CACIO E PEPE' - 23 This was such a simple pasta, yet so delicious. It was incredibly creamy and cheesy, with hints of fresh black pepper flavor that blew standard at-home black pepper grinders out of the water. Despite it being the simplest pasta of the night, I enjoyed it immensely. RIGATONI - 32 This pasta was simple yet slightly innovative, featuring sausage paired with a broccoli-based pesto. There was a slight bitterness that was polarizing among our group. While this wasn't my favorite pasta, I appreciated the creativity. PERCIATELLI NERO - 35 This dish packed in more components than just pasta and sauce: plenty of crab, tomatoes, and crispy breadcrumbs on top. However, the combination wasn't very memorable. None of the flavors really stood out, and it was my least favorite pasta of the night. OLIVE OIL CAKE - 14 Served with a pile of golden raisins and fancy whipped cream, this ended up being a bit of a miss. The raisins were a bit too sweet, and the cake's texture was uneven -- some bites were soft and moist, while others felt dry. A couple of others in my group also felt the same way. Overall, I'd give L'Artusi a 4.5/5; it was mostly hits with a couple of misses. The pasta portions are quite small. Since each dish is primarily carbs and sauce, I'd imagine you'll likely need an appetizer or a pasta and a half to leave full. Still, I'd definitely come back for the focaccia, tagliatelle, and the cacio e pepe.
