I call Cesor early this week and ask if he could come by and look at my heating system as it wasn't working right, we set up a 2 hour window but he got a little behind and call to say he was running late, I said that would be ok. He showed up about 30 minutes late and look at the system and as usual it worked fine for him. He did not charge for the service call, I also ask him for a quote on replacing all the duct work under the house His quote was the lowest I've had.... I will do business with him again !! read more

The installatThe installation went very quickly and efficiently. The workmanship was exemplary. The crew was courteous and always answered my questions and apprehensions about the major installation with an understandable answer. Best of all they were clean. I and my wife appreciated the cleanliness and removal of the old system. They even took care of the city and county inspections and paperwork. When they were finished you would not have known they were there except for the shiny new heater and air conditioner. It even slashed my heating and cooling cost over the last few years as Cesar mentioned to me that it would probably do that, as it was a very efficient system Recently I Called CES-Tech to repair a piece of insulation that hat blown off in the storm. Lady contacted me and schedule my appointment. 5 minutes later she calls be back and she rescheduled my appointment with Cesar sooner and that he was able to squeeze me in. I was happy to get in quicker. My appointment was between 8am -10am. Ceasar NEVER SHOWED UP. I called 3 times, voicemail was full. Superb Service, Quality, and Knowledgeable. Had AC/new furnace/Zoning installed. First the summary for those who don't want more details. Prompt, Responsive, Respectful, more than competitive without giving up quality (confirmed by a good friend of mine who works for a large AC/Heating firm...he even went up in the attic to inspect). Friend said they take pride in their work, based on some of the finishing touches. He also was impressed there were no dinged walls (winding stairway to upstairs) or the inlet to the attic (which is in small entry into and up from the laundry room). I was at the home when the team was working and cannot say enough about how hard they worked. They also have a 5 year warranty on labor and I think it was 10 year on parts. Why I say knowledgeable is we asked for A/C. Ceaser shared that based on size of our home, the size of A/C we would need. To go with that size would require a more powerful furnace (sounds like an up sell, right?) but not. I confirmed this with friend. Ceaser did offer other solution, less A/C (3.0 instead of 3.5) and zoning with I think the idea is we may only be able to use one of the two zones at a time. Since we generally don't even need the A/C, that was something to consider. In end, we opted for the 3.5 and bigger furnace. Anyway, all that he was telling us did check out with our experienced friend. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend this team. If there was a choice for zero stars that's what CES Tech would receive. Last evening we got a call from CES Tech heating and cooling The gentleman identified himself as Cesar the owner and repair technician for CES TECH Heating & Cooling. I went into detail as to what problem we are experiencing and what we need to have done. While he was speaking I was looking him up on BBB and he actually has an A- rating so I felt kind of relieved that this may be a reputable person and company to deal with. He informed us to find a leak he would have to do a couple of steps of testing; and had just used up his nitrogen on a previous job today. He said let him call some friends to see if they have nitrogen that he could borrow until Monday then he could come tomorrow morning to repair the AC. He said he would call us back shortly to let us know if he located some nitrogen. Quite some time has passed and I did not hear from him so I sent him a text stating checking to see if you found the nitrogen and if you would be able to come in the morning. I received a reply right back from Cesar stating yes, I will be there at 9:00am my friend is going to let me have the nitrogen, text me your address. I told him that was good news then sent him our address. He said Okay; I ended it with we'll see you in the morning and he said thanks. We got up bright and early this morning to wait for Cesars arrival at 9:00am. He was not here at 9:00am we just figured he was running late. Its 9:10 AM he still had not arrived or called. At 9:18am I called him from my cell; he did not answer he let it go into voicemail the voicemail stated the mailbox is full then it said goodbye; we waited until 9:24am still not a word so I texted him "Good morning Cesar please confirm if your going to make it this morning. No response. At 9:30 I called from my home phone same thing voicemail. 9:44 I sent the second text still no reply as of yet it's now 9:40pm 12 hours later, not even an apology for today. I'm a firm believer that you do not get a second chance to make a first impression. Cesar did not make a great 1st impression for his this company. I'm not sure how his rating on BBB is an A- when BBB states he's only been in business since July 2018. One year! Regardless, I'm sure his A rating will not last since he thinks it's okay to stand up a prospective new customer. CES Tech Heating & Cooling is not a dependable company and does not value their customer's time; and won't hesitate to flat out lie to his prospective customer and then, to top It off he stands them up. Cesar was a No show, No call, and No text repairman today. His actions tells me a lot about his business standards and what type of service I would receive if I allowed to do the work and had an issue that needed him to come back. I guess he would be a no-show no call no text again technician. Cesar's unprofessional behavior today is totally unacceptable. This is the 3rd time we have had CES-Tech to our commercial kitchen to work on one of our commercial freezers and I can not say enough wonderful things about them. We have tried many commercial repair companies over the last several years with terrible results. They don't come as promised in an emergency situation so your product is ruined, they charge thousands of dollars for repairs, and your freezer still does not run well, and breaks down again and again. Called Cesar on a Saturday and he came out to look at our furnace on Sunday without an extra charge. He indicated that the control valve was a goner. We knew the furnace was old and needed to be replaced. His quote was very affordable and his crew could be out the next day. They arrived promptly at the indicated time and work diligently through the the day. In all, the crew was very tidy, removing the old furnace and installing the new. Albin tested the furnace several times and found it was not working properly so he took it apart and found that a battery had to be replaced. The other vendor who I will not name let's just say they could resolve the problem in "a day" said that I need a new furnace and it would cost me $5,300.00 well by chance I called CES-TECH and they came down (on a Sunday btw) and gave me a free estimate (the other vendor charged me $50.00 just to come down and look at it.) they evaluated the problem and said that I do not need a new furnace at all. They said the furnace is just fine and in good condition all that was needed was one part to get it up and running. They fixed the problem and it all it cost me was $295.00. Caesar (not sure if that's how you spell his name) is a great guy who was able to come out to my condo unit very quickly, within a day. He looked at what was wrong with my heater (controller was crap and needed replacement) and was able to get the part, and return THAT NIGHT to fix it.
