I am not a complainer, and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this company does the bait & switch game, and charges too much for too little. I received a postcard that advertised "Clean Any 2 rooms. Only $29." I was asked for a non-refundable $100 depoist for them to come out and asses my needs, Kevin, the owner would not quote me any specific prices over the phone, so I figured I would find other area's for them to clean to add up to the $100 minimum charge. When Dante arrived he said my one standard sized bedroom would need "deep" cleanning, and it would cost $200! When I questioned how the price could go from (half of) $29 to $200, he then said he would lower the price to $150. At this point I didn't have much choice, or I would have lost my $100 "deposit". He was at my home a total of 30 min., and he asked for a tip, which is very unprofessional and puts someone on the spot. Also, I was told the room would be dry enough to walk on in 4-6 hours, it was soaking wet when he left, and took 36 hours to dry with both my windows open and a ceiling fan on. I don't believe he took the time to suction out the water properly. read more

This company is operated by the owner Kevin. Kevin seems like a nice enough guy! Got an estimate prior to cleaning that was comparable to other small business companies through out the bay area. We take good care of our carpet. (Professionally cleaned once to twice a year, we spot clean as needed, we do NOT wear shoes in the house) After the prior to cleaning walk through Kevin stated our carpet was in good shape. Day of cleaning- Kevin & young son came & did their thing. They were on time within their window given. My husband coordinated/was home during the cleaning. We purposely stayed out all day with our kids to prevent traffic on wet carpet. Carpets fully dried at 24hrs MAJOR ISSUES -They did not use foam blocks under ANY furniture. Which makes me really angry. Our kitchen table legs were wet and I had to clean wood stain from the carpet. RIDICULOUS -I did not see any significant changes in traffic areas - They had my husband do a positive yelp review before they left our house & before he could actually see the carpet dry in order to receive a 25$ gift card. (Hence all the 5star reviews on yelp) I called them back and asked if they would come back and revisit at least 4 areas I was dissatisfied with. Kevin proceeded to give me this long speech about how the pattern in our carpet is difficult and that we should just replace our carpet because dirt gets trapped in the pattern. The gentleman introduced themselves, completed a walk through of our home an gave us a quote for work to be done. In addition to our area rugs we also had our headboard cleaned. I inquired to have my mattress cleaned by them and they came the same day to give me a quote. I was told that he could clean my mattress for $100 and he began working right away. After about 10 minutes he informed me that my stains may be permanent and that they would finish sanitizing my mattress for free. Let me tell you...I have a dog and 2 young kids...it's been raining and they were tracking mud in and out of our home.
