2/5 Chicken Enchiladas
Poco P.

Hostess want too happy to be there. Service from Casey was great however. We say in a booth in bar area. Nice to grab a quick bite after Xmas shopping at Best Buy next door. I'd see alot of people who work in this area eating lunch here. Variety of food from ribs, burgers, salad, sandwiches to Mexican. I heard their chicken enchiladas were good so ordered them & they came out real quick!! The chicken was seasoned well & the avocado sauce went well as I ordered a side of it, however the tortillas were a bit chewy so I mainly ate the chicken. Not much chicken in it either so the tortillas would've been overwhelming. It was a lite meal for me. Nothing special just something to get me through the Xmas shopping long day. I'd come back to try something else if in the same type of situation, but not going out of my way to.

GRILLED CHICKEN & AVOCADO CLUB

I Finally joined my coworkers for lunch at Charleston's on Dodge and I totally get why they always want to go here now. This was my first time, and it was a great experience. I went with the **Grilled Chicken & Avocado Club** (pretty sure that's the chicken club I ordered), and wow - the portions are massive! It came loaded with blackened chicken, avocado, bacon, tomato, sprouts, Swiss cheese, and honey-mustard on a toasted bun, plus a generous side of fries. The sandwich was so big and filling that I could only eat half - perfect for leftovers later. The food was solid and tasty, everything felt fresh, and the fries were crispy. Service stood out too: our server was super friendly, checked in regularly without hovering, and kept things moving smoothly during a busy lunch rush. Nice atmosphere for a work lunch - casual but polished. No wonder my coworkers come here all the time. Definitely coming back! Recommended for anyone looking for hearty American classics in Omaha.

This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. Our server, Curtis, was great -- he was timely with taking our order and refilling water glasses while also giving helpful information about the menu. Most importantly, the food was totally delicious. My wife had the Prime Rib Special which included a fully-loaded baked potato and Caesar salad. All were prepared perfectly! I had the Chicken Fried Chicken which came with smashed potatoes and sweet glazed carrots. Each of the flavors as well as the presentation were top notch! Both of us would definitely order those same items again. I highly recommend Charleston's -- it was a special night out.

We had lunch here today as we waited for our power to come back on! Charleston's has been on point our past few times here, today was no different. Our waitress, Megan/Meghan was extremely personable and patient. She answered all of our questions and provided excellent service. Our food was fresh and delicious! The restaurant was quiet; however, a group of 3 ladies were seated directly behind outr table and theu were loud. I asked if we could move and they accommodated our request without it being an issue. We will be back...soon!

Another great meal here today. First time trying the dynamite shrimp salad. I'll get again. Service was great too. Big fan of this place.

Charleston's is a semi-fancy eatery, that is pretty upscale feeling, but can still be a place you can stop in for dinner (usually without a reservation). The interior is classy, with black and white art, and black booths with mahogany wood. It has a vaguely nautical theme, with a little penguin statue in the corner and a model of the RMS Titanic, etc. The service has always been excellent - our server last time we went was Alexis, and she was great with refills, recommendations, and checking on us just enough throughout the meal. We started with the Caesar Salad and it's gigantic (my husband and I shared it). It was perfectly dressed with the Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese to create amazing combinations with each bite. We also had their dinner rolls, which are semi-sweet. Not the level of sweetness as the Texas Roadhouse rolls, but a touch under that. They were served warm with really creamy butter. I almost always get the Fish and Chips, which are extra flaky, and they pair amazingly with the tartar sauce. Another thing I love to get once in a while is the Chicken Piccata - so tasty and tangy. My favorite side to get is the creamed corn. It's not super creamy like other creamed corns I've had but it has a nice little cream at the bottom, so you just need to mix up to get it all creamed together. Always check out their daly specials too. We had the steak tips special last time we went, that came in a wine reduction that was so rich and delicious. With the upscale ambiance, amazing service, and enjoyable food, Charleston's is great place for a date night, business lunch, or just a good dinner option any time.

I've been to Charleston's out west dozens of times, but this was my first time at their dodge location. Overall, my friend and I had a great experience, coming at 7:30 on a weeknight. It was pretty slow. Our server was good, mentioned a couple times that he was bored and that's why he was checking on us. Not in a bad way, he was just having fun, and provided great service! I got the salad that I get every single time, and it tasted amazing! I do feel it was a bit smaller than the ones I have had out west. Unfortunately, there were no dates on my salad, so this must have been forgotten in the kitchen. All in all, I would go to the West location over this one again. The staff was very friendly, and overall it was a good experience, but I have always gotten a very consistent result in the size and taste of the salad I get every time out West.

The food is always great here. I've never had a bad meal. Their house vinaigrette is to die for. And those flaky honey croissants... I always order extra! I tried a margarita for the first time here and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The addition of a green olive to the margarita it was a game changer.

Valentine's Day lunch was baby back ribs and blackened grilled pork chops. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.

Sirloin, creamed, corn, and mashed potatoes

Love Charlestons so much. Good taste fresh and delicious. I got the steak, mashed potatoes and creamed corn. My husband says the corn could have more cream but I thought it was good. It's also freshly cut from the cob and bought from Nebraska so you know it's good corn. Our waitress was also really great! The atmosphere in this new location was perfect. Obviously people are loud at restaurants but the space feels more spacious then their location they had before. It feel similar but new and fresh.

Nothing fancy ! Comfortable, I liked sitting by the windows. Only one toilet in each bathroom. So you may have to wait awhile there. Just writing this makes me hungry for those wings again.

My wife and I both ordered the Everett's #2 with pulled chicken, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce. Everything just worked together perfectly. The chicken was tender, the slaw added the right crunch, and the bun tied it all together. It was one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you just look at each other and know you made the right choice. We also ordered the Saucy Rossy wings and they were the perfect heat level for both of us. Not so mild that they're boring and not so hot that you're suffering. Pro tip: get them fried and grilled. The extra texture and flavor are absolutely worth it. My wife is a total Brussels sprouts snob and she was absolutely in love with theirs. The funny part is that I'm usually not much of a Brussels sprouts person, but I kept asking for more off her plate. That alone should tell you how good they were. The fries were okay. Nothing that stole the show, but nothing to complain about either. The service wasn't the best during our visit, but they also had a 30-person table they were dealing with, so it was completely understandable. Even with that, the food was so good that it's already a top 3 meal for my wife. We'll definitely be thinking about those sandwiches, wings, and Brussels sprouts until we're back, and I don't think that'll take very long.

We didnt know what to expect as we have never been to a Charleston's. It was nice, clean, and fancier than I thought it would be. The bartender was friendly and attentive and we were served right away. They have really good happy hour drink deals. 8 diff cocktails all $8 each. I got the crisp martini and my husband got the old fashioned. Both were good but the old fashioned was a little too sweet. For our appetizer we got the shrimp carrot which was super buttery and cheesy. We also split the flat iron steak special. We ordered it medium rare and it was more of a medium well. It was on the salty side and the steak had the same texture as ham or like a school lunch meat....something about it reminded me of a jerky too. It was interesting and didnt taste bad but unlike any steak texture I've ever had. It cost $29 so wasn't expensive for a steak but I guess we should've gone next door to Mahogany Prime if we wanted good steak or even Texas Roadhouse up the way. Even though we were disappointed with the steak we still had a great time. Will def come back and try a salad or the chicken piccata. Based on the steak, I would give the review a 3 but bc everything else was great, leaving it at a 4 bc I think we just ordered the wrong thing.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this restaurant. I ordered a margarita with…read moreno salt, but it was brought out with a salted rim, and I can see that salt dripped into the drink. I asked for it to be remade. What happened next was unacceptable. I watched the waitress take the drink back to the bar, where the bartender (with his hair parted in the middle) poured the margarita out of and over the salted rim, into a different glass instead of making a new one. That same drink was then brought back to me. This isn't just poor service, it's a serious health and safety concern for me. There is a reason I asked for no salt. Rather than admitting a mistake and correcting it properly, they chose to cut corners and hope I wouldn't notice. If I hadn't seen it happen, I would have unknowingly consumed something I specifically asked to avoid. There were other issues during the visit, but this alone is enough to ensure I won't be returning. Trust is critical when dining out, and unfortunately, this experience showed that it's lacking here.

To drink, I ordered the Açaí Cosmopolitan, which was refreshing and well-balanced. For dinner, we shared the crab and sweet corn croquettes, braised short ribs, and scallops. It's always nice to find a restaurant that delivers both great food and a meaningful purpose. Unfortunately after driving to the Ooh De Lally we were immediately turned away citing the no pet policy. I politely showed the hostess their listing and was directed to speak with a manager and I politely declined stating it was not needed. It's unfortunate that a business has full control over the information contained there and would be appropriate to update the information to prevent future patrons from being misled. After the rejection, there isn't a need for a future return. It would have only been decent customer service since the information was misleading to accommodate us, keeping in mind the pet was a 5.2lb 16 year old chihuahua that has cataracts, calm and making a stir while checking in and the patio only had one other table. The hostess felt the only recourse was to point me to a sign which I wasn't sure where it was because it didn't matter at this point, she stated her policy. I kindly referred her to the online info, and pulled the info up for her. We drove to dine and again, to create a future customer the choice was to instead decline and send us away. She did ask if he was a service animal but was not gonna take that away from a true service animal. Hopefully this place makes the needed corrections and unfortunately our experience will be how this was handled. Yes, I see the follow up from the restaurant and our decision to not return seems fit based on the "Owner" response. Good customer service would have been reflected in the response acknowledging more than just how "Frustrating" it was for us. No, being truly sincere would have been we appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience. Please here is 10% off your next meal or dessert is on us, please come back. We certainly don't care about the 10% but it's about the true understanding and apparently this is not the goal of the "owner". The effort as such would have prompted us to give another try. With the lack of effort to even bring a customer back speaks volumes. 2026 Omaha made changes for restaurants regarding pets and the disregard to an error and the drive we made apparently holds little to this establishment.

Most of the highlight was the various types of burgers and fries they had, so my partner and I got two kinds, and we both enjoyed our respective meals. I had the block burger, which was as good as I imagined it to be, with juicy patty cooked to medium and every ingredient needed to make a good burger. The poutine had a lot of beef gravy and cheese curds, which made the dish a comprehensive experience to consume, rather than just fries. The duck duck goose fries were amazing! The duck confit, cheese curds, mayo, gravy, and gooseberry gastrique combination worked super well on top of the fries, because they altogether basically made it a gourmet dish that I had to eat with a fork. Finally, the sloppy nick was seasoned very well, even if we got the vegan version, which used impossible meat instead of ground beef. It was still really great! Hope everyone who visits Omaha gets to try this spot! Their wall has quite a few articles that recognized them as a locally renowned burger joint, and I could see why. Since they can be busy, I would recommend people getting there earlier to secure a good table spot, if dining in.
