Worker refusing to allow entry even though sign says they're open.

They open at 10am. Got there at 10:30am and the door was locked. Someone finally opened the door and said they're not open. Even though the website and the sign on the door says they are open. The worker copped an attitude. Won't be back.

    Terrible.

We used to eat here all the time before a movie next door, but it has become cheap and dirty. The customer service is lacking as well. My daughter's chicken buffalo sub was nearly all bread. The loaded fries tasted old and the ranch tasted bad. I asked for well done onions on my sandwich and the order taker gave me a look as if to say "Whatever", then never relayed my request to the sandwich maker. I asked again and he rolled his eyes. My steak and cheese was nothing more than a cheap steak-um covered in mayo. The fountain drink machine was down. A man ahead of me asked for water from the tap and was refused. The new giant TV was on a bloody fight. Not family viewing nor something you should see while attempting to eat. Never going back.

    Dirty

This place is so dirty and disgusting outside I don't want to think how the coolers look and the prep kitchen I bet they look worst. And is not busy 2 tables.

More like #1 world's worst cheesesteak sub.

Absolutely delicious! Their chicken philly was so freaking good! Delivers way more than you would expect for a small strip mall restaurant.

My friend treated me to a birthday lunch this week and when we got to the table, the staff had a birthday card waiting for me! How thoughtful! We came during happy hour and decided to try a few small plates and drinks. The Egg Rolls are a must! They were packed with flavor and a variety of ingredients. My friend especially loved the shrimp. We also tried the quesadillas and sliders on the happy hour menu. Both dishes tasted incredible! Sadly, though the happy hour has half priced apps, the plates are also half sized. They were absolutely delicious, but the dishes felt overpriced for the portion size. As for drinks, I tried the sangria flight. I wasn't expecting such a full portion size and was pleasantly surprised with that. I did, however, only find 2 of the 4 drinks to be especially tasty. I wouldn't order that flight again, but would be interested in their wine offerings. I loved the low lighting in the space as it set such a calm and laid back mood. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and especially loved the food! Totally recommend.

The birria arancini was amazing and the churrasco made me want to wine with joy. The kitchen completely crushed every single dish. The Atmosphere. The noise level was out of a different barrel entirely. Calling the dining room "lively" is a stretch--it was downright deaf-ening. You really have to strain to hold a conversation, and we left feeling completely vocal-cord drained. It's a pour-fect spot for your tastebuds, even if your ears feel a bit decanted by the end. Go for the incredible food, but bring earplugs if you want to chat!

We ordered a appetizer (the goat cheese croquettes ) very good Our entrees were the Mahi and the Braised short ribs . We love to share . They both did not disappoint. The restaurant also helped to celebrate our anniversary with complimentary champagne and a decadent dessert ( the cookies and cream cheesecake ) worth every calorie Dustin the manager came by to see how things were going and also shared some of the history behind the restaurant. Love this extra touch . After dinner we went upstairs to have a drink at the bar . The atmosphere and ambiance of the place was amazing . You saw young and old some families . This location is cute with an open floor plan, black and white photos, many tvs, and an open kitchen. I started the evening off with an espresso martini. For the bar only having about 3 people and the restaurant not full, I was surprised at how long it took to get the drink. It was a pretty good martini. Our server was very nice. Let's get to the food. For an appetizer, we started with the grilled cheese brisket sliders. The brisket wss juicy and I enjoyed the dipping sauce that was paired with it. For entrees we got the 6oz bistro steak and the classic tavern burger. The steak was cooked great and the sauce on top was delicious. The meal comes with veggies and potatos. I asked for the chickpea fries instead of the potatos. I was shocked to see the bill at the end that I was charged the full amount for a side item of chickpea fries. I get an upcharge for a more premium side but I did not get the potatoes that come with the meal to have the chickpea fries instead. Also the chickpea fries have a much mushy texture now than they used to in the past. The burger was decent with no complaints there.

A perk of going early was we were able to participate in happy hour! We got some discounted old-fashioned, which were lovely. I think he ate more than I did! For dinner, I got the ribs, with mac & cheese. The ribs were flavorful, and the mac & cheese was seasoned very well! To be honest, I don't remember what I got for dessert, I think it was toffee cake or bread, pudding or something? It was very good though, my husband got the Keylime and he was jealous of my dessert. The manager and the chef both came out and said hello and checked on us, which we both appreciated. It was a great experience overall, we want to come back and try their brunch!

I will say I didn't really care for the beers I tried on the happy hour menu, though. Just personal preference. Plenty of great options on tap, however. One of the garage-style walls/windows has always been fully opened up when I've been there, creating a more expansive feeling and letting in fresh air. Outdoor seating is available. I have yet to win Singo Bingo, but singing along with the songs is satisfying enough for me. The host does tell you the title of each tune, which is helpful. This is a delivery review. The Kobe Burger uses Australian Wagyu which is definitely beefier than standard ground beef and a bit different flavor than Angus. This burger was topped with Swiss, lettuce, sautéed onions, tomato, and I think sautéed mushrooms. The "problem" I have with so many topics is that it masks the higher end beef flavor. To me, if you're serving really good beef, go easy on the toppings. But I digress. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Overall a very tasty burger and I will definitely come back just for that. The side of fries seem to be twice fried and maybe a touch over done. But still fine. The Chicken Parm was top quality and executed perfectly. The pasta was overcooked but that could be from the extra time for delivery continuing to cook and steam the pasta. So, maybe it would have been perfect in the bistro. Overall, a pretty good experience and I definitely want to head back. One detractor for dine in, for us at least, is this is a very lively place and the music is typically loud. So if you want a quiet meal, this isn't the place for you! And that has kept us away a couple times while walking around AP looking for lunch.

To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.
