Great portions, great prices, they have a deal where you can get a free hurricane/ appetizer/ or dessert if you order an entree. Everything was absolutely perfectly seasoned/ cooked! Our waitress was so patient and kind with our questions. Probably one of the best meals we had in NOLA. We got seated immediately- no wait as a party of 8!

Corner restaurant that has a wonderful array of local food options. Staff was excellent and nice. The portions are impressive and I would recommend trying the place out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]1/3 of the wall if a bar and it is pretty family friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We went here following a steamboat cruise to grab lunch and a drink. - Sat at the bar -Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable - Wings - Amazing - Gluten Free options - yes - Nice view of the French Quarter on this corner lot I would recommend checking this place out for lunch. I'm sure dinner service is good as well.

Your typical restauraunt water. Served quickly with an amount of ice that I and my party appreciated. Classic coco cola plastic cup with a black straw to accompany it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only thing that was lacking was the atmosphere as there appeared to be several vents that were dripping condensation on my table and party members.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One can only hope none of the droplets contaminated our waters.

We spotted here on the way back to our hotel because it was friday and everywhere was packed. The host was definitely high, she smelled like marijuana and kept pacing around doing seemingly nothing while tables and places at the bar were left littered with dishes. The spicy spritzer is insanely spicy so just be warned if you order it, the service was slow & the atmosphere just screamed chaotic staff. For the price I expected more.

We stopped here last night after a long day in the city for Super Bowl festivities. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is an old huge house which you can see some original details like the fireplaces.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It looked packed but we were immediately seated upstairs by the hostess. The waitress wasted no time taking or drink & food order. Drinks not so good but the food was bussin'! We had the fried combo platter and Nola wings. Parts of the fried platter were cold yet good and I 'll be back when it's not as busy for more of those wings!!

Fried Chicken Club with everything on the side and a side of fries
    Erika M.

A great spot to get some solid authentic new orleans food! I had the fried chicken club and the chicken was sooooo moist and tender! The fries were pretty good too. Two friends had the jambalaya with mixed reviews and another had the fried shrimp po'boy which he thought was solid! The staff was sooo friendly. We only had to wait about 10 minutes to sit on the balcony, so we just waited at the bar! Just a note, if you have a bigger group, you will be split if you wanna sit on the balcony. They only seat two together. But it's since for a date night or just to get a nice view of the city! Also, Street performers were right under us, so we have food and a show.

    Crawfish Boil Wings
    Stephon M.

We only had time to grab beer and wings. The wings turned out to be really good!! We had a nice seat near the big open window and the place wasn't too busy so nothing special on the ambiance front. The service was terrible! The waitress was simply not good and would even return back with a mouth full of food in her mouth as us and other tables were looking for her. The beer pours were terrible so you had to wait for the foam to die down as well. Rating this low purely from the service and bad beer pours but overall the wings were on point!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Stopped here for an early dinner. Not busy at all due to the time (about 330pm).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was very pleasant and quickly took our orders. I had the Cajun nachos appetizer and they were spicy and plentiful. I especially enjoyed the red beans on top. I would stop by here again when in the area.

I'm not sure about parking as I walked to the brewery on my recent visit. This brewery has a great feel that hearkens back to a cozy neighborhood pub - eclectic seating divided between a couple of rooms with a small bar and a simple setup including around 9-10 taps. I felt right at home. Flights included four 5 ounce pours for $19. Food is mostly supplied by Shift Kitchen but you're basically invited to bring in anything you want. I tried the following: * 90s Women's Power Ballads - IPA - New England / Hazy 6.6% ABV - Pretty decent hazy NEIPA, Guiyang body with notes of citrus, finishes hoppy and a touch floral. 4/5 * Tenant - Bitter/Best 4.1% ABV - Very nice sweet malty bitter, notes of toasted bread, slightly toasted peanut, finishes appropriately dry and somewhat mildly bitter. 4/5 * Mr. Words Is A Monster - Pilsner/Other 5.5% - Interesting XPA, crisp body, hint of orange peel finishing hoppy, hint of pine and black pepper. 4/5 * I Am A Donut - Sour - Berliner Weisse 4.2% - Light bodied sour, fruity body with notes of sweet mango. 4/5 * Notice Me Senpai - Porter - Imperial / Double 8.1% - Tasty porter with notes of dark chocolate, English toffee and roasty coffee, almost creamy body finishing dry. 4/5 In general all the beer I indulged in were good, I think this is probably the best brewery I tried in my recent trip to New Orleans. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions. I could tell this was a local spot - I engage in conversation with a few of the patrons and they mostly lived nearby. This is a top-notch hangout with a great local vibe.

This brewery is right on Decatur with a couple of tables in front good for watching the traffic coming through. There's also a patio in the back with plenty more seating options. I, of course, had to have an IPA and I got in as a 0.5L (closest to a pint). The flavor was good with a good hoppy taste to it. This is a great place to chill with friends and enjoy some nice beers. Unlike most breweries, I don't think Courtyard has a signature beer, there are no standards Jucifer or Paradise Park. They just make new stuff all the time, then run out of it, and brew something else. I think I have seen Sonic Youth in 1983 there more than once so maybe that's the closest thing. Regardless I am saying this as a good thing because every time I go, there is something knew. Courtyard is like the ultimate dive bar of breweries. There is a pop-up style kitchen that has held a variety of eateries over the years that used to include Burger Nerds and now has a taco place. There is mismatch furniture throughout the indoors and front courtyard. Most of the seating looks like they robbed a daycare. There is a couple of tv's, a piano, bullfighting art, an eclectic record collection and tons of plants outside. All of this gives Courtyard it's charm. The walk there was pretty easy...I was concerned it might get a little dicey by the interstate underpass but it really didn't. My bar is usually pretty low for breweries because they are usually run on a shoestring by a group of guys that really love beer but don't always know how to run a business. This place is a weird, eclectic vibe. The furniture and overall vibe is pretty dumpy. The bar is even super wobbly. The beer list they have online indicating it is their current list was in no way related to the beer selection they actually had available. It was super limited with a lot of IPAs and sours. Not my jam. The is a food vendor on site as well; they have burritos, quesadillas, etc. it looked okay, but i wasn't in the mood for Mexican style food. Overall, it's fine. I like to try new places.
