Looking out the door at Armstrong park.

Glad we discovered this little pizza bar across from Armstrong park in N.O. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a large "tree" in the center of the bar with bright lanterns hanging in the branches. Fun & funky decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Music was loud but fun, and some animated films were playing on a screen hanging on the wall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]We ordered two drinks, the Bryce and the Travis. The drinks were $14 each. Very tasty and they didn't skimp on the alcohol. We also ordered a large supreme pizza. It appeared to be served by the cook. The toppings were plentiful and evenly distributed. The crust was thin and crispy. After reading some reviews suggesting the ranch sauce, we asked for some. It was dill-icious! We had the leftovers the next morning and it was amazing the 2nd time around COLD.

Love. Love. Love. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Rampart Treehouse is such a unique space. I love the decor and the tree in the middle gives it a whimsical vibe that is unmatched.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We stopped in after watching the Fourth of July fireworks and even though it was close to 11PM, we were still able to get some delicious pizza. I opted for the pepperoni and my date did the supreme. I tried them both and they were SO GOOD. The perfect slice! The slice comes at $6 but it is worth it for the hot and ready deliciousness. The bartender was so nice and had the brightest smile. She made us feel very welcome and we had our drinks and pizza in no time. Great service and a wonderful vibe. We will definitely be back!!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is gorgeous inside and they were able to accommodate me with a gluten-free pizza.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was quiet during lunchtime, but I have a feeling that it's really crowded later in the day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Super nice staff/owners.

Came here as part of a ghost tour stop. I was afraid it would be like so many other tour stops. Overrated, under done and a tourist trap stop. Boy was I wrong. This place is !Friendly eclectic delish! Just what you want from a place that serves great drinks along with some good pizza. The vibe is cool, casual and fun. The pizza is served whole or by the slice. I thought when I first saw it that it just didn't look great. My friend ordered any way. The pizza is warmed to order and satisfies. It tasted so much better than it looked. It gets better here. They offer vegetarian options too. Did I mention? The ranch dressing is fire! The drinks are tasty good. They have regular drinks, frozen drinks and craft beers. Despite getting busy every one is tended to and there is no feeling of neglect. In fact the guy tending bar that night was amazing. Downright sweet and attentive. There is a bar area some booths and a couple of tables. So much to see. There is art everywhere. Even in the bathroom where there are flowers? On the wall? Yes. Every where there is something to see and enjoy. Loved the vibe here. Sad we couldn't go back on this trip. Next time we will make time to visit again.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It's very busy here![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The first time my group attempted to come here they had to stop pizza orders because something was going on with the oven. I was nearby for the haunted tours and went to get a to go cheese pizza which was so good! It was the perfect flat crust pizza and was not too greasy

Rampart first caught my eye while planning my trip to NOLA as a vegetarian. They have really great veg/vegan options! Plus, we lucked out because our hotel was only a few blocks away. The tree in the middle of the restaurant is beautiful! The ambiance is chill and lowkey with the bar located right in the middle. Our server was super friendly and helpful. We ordered a Caesar salad with vegan chicken and a Margherita pizza. The salad was so good!! It's always a good sign when a place can make a great Caesar salad. And the vegan chicken was a great add on. Now the pizza, omg. It's a NY style thin crust but their crust had a kick of spice to it! I wish I asked what it was. But that just made it like anything we've ever had before! My fiancé and I only left one piece behind. I think that says it all. They also sell by the slice but if you want the full experience and can share with others, I would order a fresh pie. We regret not visiting sooner because we probably would have stopped by multiple times during our vacation. But there's always next time! :)

What a funky cool pit stop, we grabbed a few cocktails and some pizza/salad for dinner here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love these giant magnolia tree and firefly jars, such a vibe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service, good people watching, the ghost tour meet up starts at this location so fun to watch![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A quintessential NOLA experience for sure!

I came here after another nearby bar because I was hungry. Rampart Treehouse was the closet place that had food and drinks. I went for the pizza by the slice. I ordered a pepperoni slice and The Anna as my cocktail. The pizza was soooooo good! Hot and melty. It's just what I needed because I was very hungry. The Anna cocktail was also really good. Not too sweet, not too tart. I'm keeping this place in mind for sure for future pizza by the slice!

    Slices or whole pies available.

This place has been on my radar for quite some time. I was initially intrigued by the flaming pizza. (It's no longer on the menu.) I finally had the opportunity to check it out. The décor is very charming with festive artwork lining the walls. The bar is built around a "Magnolia" tree, which is covered with over 500 hand painted flowers. The drink menu offers $14 craft cocktails and specials such as Vodka Lemonade (2 for $10) or premium Hurricanes (2 for $15). Today I was here for one thing and one thing only - PIZZA! Unfortunately, I couldn't stay so I asked for a slice of cheese pizza to go ($6). (Whole pies are available including gluten free & vegan.) The bartender told me it would be a few minutes because a fresh one was just coming out of the oven. Thankfully, I was only a few blocks from home because I couldn't wait to take a bite. When I finally did, this NY style slice was pure bliss! The top crust was slightly chewy & the bottom was foldable. The sauce had a good flavor. I could tell they used quality cheese by the way it melted. The addition of herbs and parmesan made it extra tasty. Whenever I'm in town, a stop at Rampart Treehouse will be on the agenda. Their pizza is by far the best in the French Quarter! *Happy Hour 2 slices for the price of 1 *Happy Hour M-F 11am - 5 pm

    Late dinner & brewskis- cheers!

We are doing a tour that starts there. Was thinking of eating there before. Can a 13 year go in or is it 21 or older?

It's a bar. Children wouldn't feel comfortable there. It was only adults when I was there.

Can I bring my older teenager?

Yes, we went in with my one year old niece. Sometimes people smoke by the doors so you smell it but I think management shoos them off.

I have a small Winnie dog she is very calm. We are coming from Medvet and I was wondering if we could bring her inside?

Yes we are dog friendly and would love to meet her, we are closed until 730pm today for a film shoot however but after that or any other day you are both welcome!

I'm not sure about parking as I walked to the brewery on my recent visit. This brewery has a great feel that hearkens back to a cozy neighborhood pub - eclectic seating divided between a couple of rooms with a small bar and a simple setup including around 9-10 taps. I felt right at home. Flights included four 5 ounce pours for $19. Food is mostly supplied by Shift Kitchen but you're basically invited to bring in anything you want. I tried the following: * 90s Women's Power Ballads - IPA - New England / Hazy 6.6% ABV - Pretty decent hazy NEIPA, Guiyang body with notes of citrus, finishes hoppy and a touch floral. 4/5 * Tenant - Bitter/Best 4.1% ABV - Very nice sweet malty bitter, notes of toasted bread, slightly toasted peanut, finishes appropriately dry and somewhat mildly bitter. 4/5 * Mr. Words Is A Monster - Pilsner/Other 5.5% - Interesting XPA, crisp body, hint of orange peel finishing hoppy, hint of pine and black pepper. 4/5 * I Am A Donut - Sour - Berliner Weisse 4.2% - Light bodied sour, fruity body with notes of sweet mango. 4/5 * Notice Me Senpai - Porter - Imperial / Double 8.1% - Tasty porter with notes of dark chocolate, English toffee and roasty coffee, almost creamy body finishing dry. 4/5 In general all the beer I indulged in were good, I think this is probably the best brewery I tried in my recent trip to New Orleans. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions. I could tell this was a local spot - I engage in conversation with a few of the patrons and they mostly lived nearby. This is a top-notch hangout with a great local vibe.

Unlike most breweries, I don't think Courtyard has a signature beer, there are no standards Jucifer or Paradise Park. They just make new stuff all the time, then run out of it, and brew something else. I think I have seen Sonic Youth in 1983 there more than once so maybe that's the closest thing. Regardless I am saying this as a good thing because every time I go, there is something knew. Courtyard is like the ultimate dive bar of breweries. There is a pop-up style kitchen that has held a variety of eateries over the years that used to include Burger Nerds and now has a taco place. There is mismatch furniture throughout the indoors and front courtyard. Most of the seating looks like they robbed a daycare. There is a couple of tv's, a piano, bullfighting art, an eclectic record collection and tons of plants outside. All of this gives Courtyard it's charm. The walk there was pretty easy...I was concerned it might get a little dicey by the interstate underpass but it really didn't. My bar is usually pretty low for breweries because they are usually run on a shoestring by a group of guys that really love beer but don't always know how to run a business. This place is a weird, eclectic vibe. The furniture and overall vibe is pretty dumpy. The bar is even super wobbly. The beer list they have online indicating it is their current list was in no way related to the beer selection they actually had available. It was super limited with a lot of IPAs and sours.
