I went to the concert to see Ricardo Arjona and was so excited to get a reservation for the Chase Lounge, even though I only got to enjoy it for 20 minutes. The lounge was really great! I went with a friend; we took pictures in the photo booth and grabbed a bite to eat. The cheeseburger sliders, flatbread, and shrimp were delicious, and the salad on the kebab was great too. We just had Coke and water. Next time, I'll be sure to arrive early since it's definitely a 'must-do' if you have a Chase card. What a great pre show spot. Hard to get on the list, but worth it. The place is beautiful, tons of seating and sports memorabilia. They have a big bar and small bites. But without a doubt the best thing is the service. They aren't all heroes, but a handful of the staff really knew how to make a guest experience memorable. I've been fortunate enough to visit the Chase Lounge a handful of times at Madison Square Garden. I've attended before NY Ranger games, and last night I attend before seeing comedian Matt Rife. You need to be a Chase cardholder to get in. You have to reserve your spot (and guest spots) 24 hours prior. You can go up as many times as you'd like, and it's also open throughout the event so you can leave and return at your leisure. They serve little bites to eat, which are unlimited. I've had a handful of different bites throughout my visits. There's normally about 3-4 different things to snack on. Soft drinks are free and Aquafina water bottles are also free. Alcoholic beverages are not, unless you have a Chase Sapphire card and there's a separate bar and seating area if you do. There's also a photo booth that you can take pictures in for free. During one visit here before a NY Ranger game guests were able to make a customized hat for free. There also used to be unlimited candy and chips available, but that has stopped. It's a great way to spend some time before an event and grab some grub! Service is always great too, and there's private restrooms which are clean. Highly recommended if you're eligible to visit ! read more

Once you arrive, VIP entry is located on W. 33rd St. between 7th and 8th Avenue, where the security and staff are incredibly welcoming. After scanning your pass and going through metal detectors and an x-ray, you're greeted with a stylish check-in stand where you must present a reservation QR code. Each registered customer can bring up to three guests. If you are going to an event at MSG and have a chase credit card, this lounge is a MUST! I have been here a handful of times and every time has been amazing. The space is huge, it's quick to get a drink, and there are no bathroom lines! This space usually opens up an hour before the opener, so if you can get here early they usually have four free food items and the selection is always good. Last night they had brisket tacos, tuna tacos, warm pretzel with queso, and a chicken quesadilla. Plus they provide free soft drinks and water which you can bring into the venue! Came by to relax before the game the other day and it was a world class experience. Made a reservation after booking tickets to the game for the lounge and validated my reservation based upon the phone number on the back of my Chase card. The entrance is located at the bottom of the 102/103 section. There is a host that checks for the Chase Lounge reservation before a MSG employee checks for a game ticket before entering the lounge. The lounge featured a full service buffet featuring chicken wings, steak over creamed spinach, mini hot dog with cheese along with vegetable sticks. There was an open bar. For those with the Sapphire card, there was a separate seating area along with a drink coupon for an alcoholic beverage at the bar along with staff waiting on Sapphire clients. The food itself was decent by rink standards and the best part was that it was complimentary! read more

This is a great lounge for Chase Cardholders. I'm glad that we have this benefit at msg. I've been there twice already, and both times have been a nice experience. The first time, they had snacks and junk food in different areas, but the second time, there were none. They do have a good amount of staff which was nice. The people serving the food weren't so nice, though. They give you an attitude that's the only thing I didn't like. Food wise, both times have been different. They have options for vegetarians, which is nice. Everything is complimentary except for the alcoholic drinks. read more

No longer worth it. Chase has seen fit to remove the junk food snacks (despite still being shown as available on the website) and "unbundled" the lounge so that Sapphire cardholders now have cordoned off areas and the rest of the cardholders have to fight over entirely inadequate seating for the amount of people booked for the lounge. So you can show up early and stand in a Chase lounge with venue priced drinks or show up on time and stand in the concourse bars and so the same thing. I guess cost savings and pushing people towards sapphire has dumbed down another perk. read more

The overall experience in the Chase Lounge is great! The food options are always good and the atmosphere is great. My wife and I have been there many times and never had a complaint about the food. The seating can be an issue if you are not there early, and now with the roped off areas for Chase Sapphire it is even more challenging. My biggest complaint is that the website is rarely updated in a timely manner. We are going to an event on 9/23/25 and the site has been stuck on the 21st for three weeks now. It has become very frustrating to check every day only to see the same dates. read more

I have not been able to get a reservation to the Chase Lounge. The last hockey game I went up to pick up a NY Ranger season holder book and was going to approach the person in charge of the Lounge to ask about reservations. He was very nasty to another customer who asked the same question stating that you have to go to the website and it is updated sporaticly. I have been checking the website today and went on at 1:00, 1:05, 1:10 & 1:20 obsessed with looking for updates. At 1;26 it was updated and only waitlist for Nov. 8 NYR game. Waitlist means nothing. I believe the reservations must be given in advance. As a longtime Chase customer and season ticketholder, I am totally disgusted with the whole system! read more

I was at Madison Square Garden for the Olivia Rodrigo Guts Tour concert. I booked the Chase Lounge reservation on the Chase Lounges website (https://chasegetsyoucloser.com/). They usually open the reservations a month in advance. You can have up to 4 people on the reservation. You can only go 10 times a year for sports games but there's no limit for concerts or other events. You need to have a ticket to the event as well as the Chase Lounge reservation to get in. It's a bit difficult to find the Chase lounge (they really want to keep this lounge secret haha) but it's worth going. The lounge was quite large with a lot of seating. There was a complimentary buffet and non-alcoholic beverages. Surprisingly, the buffet had a lot of food and was pretty filling. They had focaccia caprese bites, meatballs, chicken parmesan sliders, tortellini pasta. The food was pretty good for free. They had soft drinks and bottles of water at the bar. There was also a photobooth in the back as well. The staff were really nice. I would definitely come back if I'm ever back at MSG! read more

We arrived an hour before show time (and had been in the lounge several times previously). This time, instead of checking us off of the list, we were asked to pull up our QR code from the "chasegetsyouthere" website, but to please step aside while they processed other customers. Found the website, tapped "update" to get an email, then opened the email for the QR codes for my husband, two kids, and myself. So entry was a 5-minute aggravation instead of a 30-second check-off. Once inside, we started looking for a place to sit. No luck. Two sections which had previously been available were now cordoned off specifically for Chase Sapphire cardholders, and those areas had two or three people in them along with plush looking empty seating. After being turned away, we finally found one small, round bar table without chairs up against a wall opposite the main bar. While I waited there , husband and kids went looking for the self-serve candy bar to pick up something to snack on during the show. They came back empty-handed, having walked around the entire club without finding the bar. We asked a waiter about it, and she explained that they no longer have a self-serve bar. However, the website was still advertising it online less than a month prior. We ended up leaving at that point. I had made sure to make our reservation the first day it was open for bookings, and we left disappointed and irritated - not a nice way to get ready for a fun show. We will probably skip it entirely next time, it's just not worth the aggravation. I will say that the staff were all pleasant, and you could tell they were trying to help but were having to enforce policy changes (QR code, Sapphire access) they had no control over. read more

Loved the fact that anyone with a chase card can go- credit card or debit card, which I was not used to. The chase lounge is located on the second floor of MSG and you have to make reservations ahead of time to get in- they have a 250 person capacity. If reservations are all taken, you have the option of being put on the wait list- but I'm not sure how often the host lets those on the waitlist in. The chase lounge offers complimentary soft drinks, water and snacks- we got steak and spinach dip, two wings and a small slice of a hot dog. They also offered a humus veg cup. We went up for seconds, no one is keeping tabs on how many plates of food you are getting as long as you wait in line for your food and you are respectful. There's a bar for us "commoners" as well and it is a couple dollars cheaper than the bars in the rest of the arena. There is also a separate section for individuals with the chase sapphire card- and they have their own bar.
