First timer here! Every worker was very welcoming and attentive! There are two separate bars, lots of seating area, a photo booth which is always fun! The small appetizers were good. Overall, this was a pretty cool lounge! Thank you all for the hospitality :)

Love this perk for chase customers while at MSG! We all know just how expensive stadium food can be and while watching Monday night raw with my kids recently it was nice to grab a bite and a drink before the show. Tip your servers! Everyone was so nice and the space is lovely.

Food was a bit greasy, but did appreciate the friendly service and large amount of seating. Unfortunately, you do have to pay for alcohol at this lounge. Not my favorite lounge experience of all time but was nice to have a spot to hang out before the show!

Chase Lounge at Madison Square Garden, New York Date of Visit: April 4 & April 5 As a loyal Chase Bank customer, I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Chase Lounge inside Madison Square Garden. Whether you have a Chase checking or savings account--or any financial product with them--you are more than welcome to register for this exclusive perk through their website. Once you arrive, VIP entry is located on W. 33rd St. between 7th and 8th Avenue, where the security and staff are incredibly welcoming. After scanning your pass and going through metal detectors and an x-ray, you're greeted with a stylish check-in stand where you must present a reservation QR code. Each registered customer can bring up to three guests. Inside the Chase Lounge, you'll find a beautifully designed space complete with: * A private bartender * Private restrooms * A 360° central bar with seating * Comfortable lounge tables * A photo wall/screen for fun snapshots * Complimentary snacks and appetizers (served between 7-9 PM or two hours after the main entrance opens) * Free soft drinks including bottled water and sodas The alcohol is available for purchase, but everything else is complimentary--a generous benefit for Chase customers. Special shoutout to the Chase Sapphire Reserve team for hosting us with class. The staff were phenomenal--security, servers, and bartenders all provided five-star service. A big thank you to Raymond (our bartender), and the woman server whose warmth and hospitality made the experience even more memorable. One comment I'd like to share: Chase Sapphire Reserve guests used to receive two complimentary drink tickets as part of their benefits when signing up for the card. Unfortunately, the bar staff informed me this is no longer offered and asked me to contact Chase Bank corporate directly, which was disappointing and unexpected. Additionally, while most of the experience was outstanding, there was an issue on April 4 and 5 involving a staff member inside the lounge, which I won't detail here--but I hope Chase management looks into it to ensure consistently excellent service. Overall, the Chase Lounge at MSG is a fantastic benefit that makes Chase customers feel like VIPs. Thank you, Chase, for continuing to support your customers and the hardworking staff in the service industry--especially in these challenging economic times. My friends and I truly appreciate it and look forward to returning again soon.

Great experience !! I would definitely try and reserve a spot here at my next MSG event! *VIP Entrance. *Did not have to wait on the huge security line. They have their own security here. *Escalator right up to the lounge. *Free snacks and non alcoholic drinks. *Private bar if you want a drink. *Private bathrooms The snacks offered to us when I went were: *BBQ chicken wings *Wagyu chili dogs *Veggie dumplings *Veggies and hummus Definitely reserve a spot if you can!

If you are going to an event at MSG and have a chase credit card, this lounge is a MUST! I have been here a handful of times and every time has been amazing. The space is huge, it's quick to get a drink, and there are no bathroom lines! This space usually opens up an hour before the opener, so if you can get here early they usually have four free food items and the selection is always good. Last night they had brisket tacos, tuna tacos, warm pretzel with queso, and a chicken quesadilla. Plus they provide free soft drinks and water which you can bring into the venue! Also in the back left corner of the lounge, they have a photo booth! Photos below are from my past two lounge visits, please ignore the poor quality of the pics!

Such a great amenity for cardholders. Doors open when the Garden opens. VIP entrance for express entry. Free food and non-alcoholic drinks. Cash bar. Much better than hanging around in the seats for the concert. It stays open for an hour after concert start time.

Came by to relax before the game the other day and it was a world class experience. Made a reservation after booking tickets to the game for the lounge and validated my reservation based upon the phone number on the back of my Chase card. The entrance is located at the bottom of the 102/103 section. There is a host that checks for the Chase Lounge reservation before a MSG employee checks for a game ticket before entering the lounge. The lounge featured a full service buffet featuring chicken wings, steak over creamed spinach, mini hot dog with cheese along with vegetable sticks. There was an open bar. For those with the Sapphire card, there was a separate seating area along with a drink coupon for an alcoholic beverage at the bar along with staff waiting on Sapphire clients. The food itself was decent by rink standards and the best part was that it was complimentary!

Ambiance: This place has a nice ambiance, definitely very "New York" -- dark (you can't see how dirty the floor is) and loud music (maybe too loud). We sat upstairs (we had a reservation) and of all the people on the top there was a party of 4 (us), a party of 8 (all dudes celebrating something) and the rest of the tables were on a DATE - which I thought was funny. Service: We were served by Ann-Marie who was so delightful. She was kind, super nice, and took the time to speak to us (which is basically how we figured out she wasn't a native New York City person). She gave us good food suggestions and we were very happy with our selection. Food: Here is what we ordered * Steak Frites: My two boys got the steak frites and I have to say the steak was awesome! I had a bite of each of theirs and they each ordered it differently (one Medium Rare/Medium and one Medium) and they both were prepared PERFECTLY. The fries were overflowing. * Caeser Salad with Salmon: My wife got the salad with Salmon (they only have a few salad options) and she enjoyed it. * Prawn and Crab Risotto: I got this and I have to say it was VERY bland. I wouldn't get this if you are looking for taste. I had to put salt and pepper on it to make it have any semblance of taste. Value/Price: I would say this is not over priced but it is not cheap either...bill is attached. I would recommend it to folks who are looking for a good place to either go out on a date or a family type meal.

Service was good. We had the fried chicken Benedict and the crab cake Benedict. I was a bit confused when I saw that each Benedict dish only had one poached egg - shouldn't it always be two? I guess that's shrinkflation (plus inflation) for you. That bent said, the crab cake was actually really big and filling. The side of potatoes were really delicious. Would I come back for brunch again? Very unlikely. But, it does seem like a pretty "safe choice" if you need a last minute reservation for a group.

We jumped over to the bar right beside and drank some girly drinks before getting the notification our table was ready. As with nearly every establishment in NYC, it is very close quarters in paradise lost. We stood at a table while waiting for seats at the bar to become available. Which, we didn't mind. I could see how this might be a little harder to get a seat for a bigger group if you aren't there before 6. It seemed that once a group got a big table, they camped out. The drinks were strong and creative. Friendly bartenders, good music, and yummy options for bar snacks. Also, the bathroom is a nice touch. Given the hell theming for the bar, the bathroom is a 180 and while using the Lou, you can listen to the bible being recited. Theres also a spooky surprise if you press the button in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it is at the bottom of some decently narrow stairs. So, try and stay sober enough for stairs or you may fall. Go to this bar. You will have fun.

It was on a weekday, the day of NBA Finals Game 3 when everyone else were at bars & lounges getting ready for the game to start. This afforded us a beautiful and tranquil experience at Osamil Upstairs. Hidden behind a locked door inside Osamil, it's a spot you have to seek out to get in. After we shared we were going to Osamil Upstairs, the hostess from Osamil promptly unlocked the unmarked door for us to head upstairs to Osamil Upstairs. Had other customers not come out as we were walking up the stairs, we might have passed the entrance to Osamil Upstairs and continued upward! Much like what you might expect of a speakeasy, it's well-hidden, and the interior just blows the mind. It's elegant, beautiful, and comfortable. The drinks were good. My cheese in the trap was smokey (as promised!) and alcohol forward. My hubby had the Jung cocktail and it had the most magical, delicious combination of flavors! We also ordered a foie gras with toast appetizer as a pre-dinner snack; it was OK. All in all, a really pleasant experience and we'd return if we were in the area again!

Due to some unforseen circumstances (on our part being First time visitors not understanding NY traffic) we were short on time and they were still able to accommodate us! We were looking forward to do one their prix fix menus but had to cut our time shorter. We had the shrimp cocktail, would recommend and also really loved the serving coupe it came in! Fried artichokes that were mid at best and saved by the sauce it comes with. To save time we split the steak frites, I would recommend, though bot as tender as I normally like, I appreciate the serving and flavorful bites. The drinks are amazing and we love how they're all accompanied by a story! I had the heir to empire and our lovely waitress asked for my favorite color and when the drink arrives, it came with a little coaster in purple! And it was strong without it being overwhelming. For the remaining of dinner, I had a red wine and it was a perfect choice for the meal. Our trip to New York was too short because we wished we had been able to go back and check out their live performances. The vibe if the place was moody and inviting and we wished we could have gone back! We loved the Broadway homage throughout without being tacky.

My only two gripes with the spot were - they didn't acknowledge my birthday, even with a happy birthday from my server or the hostess. The second issue is it got sickeningly loud inside. This was a sunday night, and I ended up having to shout just to be heard by the girl right next to me. Everything else was good! Though there wasn't a dish that just blew my mind, everything was consistently really good and enjoyable. I recommended ordering a handful of dishes and sharing with a group. The cornstar martini was fun (and the popcorn was great!), the vodka pasta, caesar salad, and truff fries were enjoyable as well. The cute matchboxes were a cherry on top as we were leaving!
