My husband decided to take me out to breakfast. It had been a couple of years since we had eaten here, so he chose this place. I should have looked at my review of this place before I ordered, because I ended up ordering the same thing by mistake. Ugh! I got The Works Skillet again and once again it was just okay. My husband got the skillet with chicken fried chicken. Both of us said the same thing about our meals; we wouldn't order them again. They weren't bad but we've had better skillet dishes! Next time I'll stick with Eggs Benedict.

Combo Special with side of hashbrowns

I tried this place for the first time for breakfast. I ordered the Combo Special and added a side of hashbrowns. I didn't care for the pancakes that much because I've had much better elsewhere. The eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon were good. I would order something else if I were to return. The service by Lisa was great. She was super nice, attentive, and made me feel welcome. It was a typical American diner. There was Beatles stuff everywhere and plenty to look at. There were more than a couple regulars that came in, so they much really like the place.

Such a cute diner! Went here for a date night and really enjoyed it. The servers were all friendly too. Everything tasted great. Not pictured: DRE Melt, Bacon Cheeseburger, Onion Rings and a Chocolate PB Shake

Chase's Diner came to my attention when I saw Yelp friend LaToya B's review. When she mentioned that this is where she takes her mother for breakfast...well I knew this diner had to be a keeper. The ambiance says 50s diner and the place is kept very clean. We were here on a Friday for a late morning breakfast. The place was doing a brisk business. Some of it was due to high school graduation that happened the previous day and some were still celebrating. While we were seated promptly and our drinks were brought to us quickly (I had lemonade while my husband had coffee and orange juice), it took a while for a server to come and take our order. I ordered the "combo breakfast" which consists of: "2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon". I got my eggs fried over easy. My husband ordered the "meat lovers sampler" which consists of: "2 pieces of bacon, a sausage patty and half a ham steak with 2 eggs, hash browns and toast". We both enjoyed our breakfasts. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the eggs were prepared properly. My husband enjoyed his rather filling meal. We will return for breakfast here next time we visit AZ.

Well, I haven't been here in a long time, but we decided to try it again this Wednesday we had their special pancakes and eggs bacon coffee delicious breakfast service was awesome. Pretty cool little 50s diner. It's been around for quite a while. Check it out you love it.

We went in for breakfast around 7am during the weekday. We were seated quickly and provided menus. It was quiet and only 1 other table had people eating. We were able to order coffee while we looked at the menu. There is a lot of different options to select from. Pancakes, waffles, omelettes, burritos, biscuits, skillets, platters, burgers and other types of sandwiches (fish, chicken pork and/or cheese). The Belgium waffles I ordered were warm, toasty and a very filling. I would recommend using fresh strawberries without the syrup since it comes with whip cream. That morning I was in the mood for some pancakes, french toast or waffles and this an excellent choice. The coffee was fresh and we enjoyed our service. The other food items were also enjoyed and we all said we would like to return to try other food items for breakfast. I would like to say thank you to the staff and the individual who helped my sister get her wallet back. She had forgotten her wallet in the morning and didn't notice until late in the afternoon. She was in the process of retracing her steps when she heard a knock on her door. The individual delivered the wallet to her home since she didn't return to the diner through out the day. She was very thankful and we appreciated the kind gesture.

I brought my family to Chase's Diner for Saturday nights desserts and they did not disappoint. The sundae and banana split are both big enough for two people and the ice cream is delicious. I love the 50s vibe and oldies playing in the background. I wish we didn't wait so long to come here!

Alright, my second review in one year. I can feel my Yelp elite coming back to me. So Chandler's grandmother actually recommended this place to me. She's a lovely young lady named Mary. The atmosphere is phenomenal. It's like walking into a Time Machine and you're in a 50s diner. It is perfectly decorated. With an inviting atmosphere. The service was prompt and the seating location was perfect. I would recommend sitting in the juke box side if you. A good jam session while you eat. The menu offers many American classic favorites for breakfast lunch and dinner. I started with a cinnamon roll and coffee before my meal and the icing on the cinnamon roll was the best I ever had! I don't even care what's in it next time I go give me 5 cinnamon rolls to go. Next I had the simple breakfast pancakes bacon and eggs. All perfectly cooked. The check was reasonable and the service was the best I've had. Thank you I look forward to returning for another savory dish.

The food is typically great, but I think it would be a good idea to invest in better takeout containers. I received my delivery this morning only to find the container had melted into the food.

Old school diner, with old school diner ambience. Most mornings, I just want a coffee - the food comes second. At Chase's Diner, you're getting that first cup of coffee with a side of delicious morning breakfast food. The service was great, too! I had the Belgian waffle with a pair of sausages on the side. All was perfectly cooked and satisfying. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend Chase's Diner for that morning coffee fix and a great breakfast! This review is my opinion about this business and you might find that your experience differs from mine. With that said, I highly recommend this business and highly recommend that people visit this business.

This place has a cute 50's diner theme and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was fast and friendly and this is a local, family-owned and operated place so if you want a diner meal, check this place out instead of going to Denny's. If you have a larger party, it may take a while to get seated during busy times. Most of the seating is booths and bar so there are only a couple tables they can put together to seat larger parties.

Is there Gluten Free items/meals for gluten sensitivity?

Hi Anna. Not trying to sound short, but they have an extensive menu. They definitely have GF options but I recommend reviewing the menu (many pictures posted on Yelp of it). Just to be sure it's what you're looking for. Lots of comfort food… Read more

Is there ample seating for weekday brunch-lunch groups of around 10-15 and do they accept reservations for groups of this size? Thanks for any input ?

It's mostly booths so I don't think a group that big would work? It's family owned and everyone is very personable. I'd give them a call and see if they have that ability and would reserve the spot.

If all avocado toasts were like this, I don't know why anyone would choose something else! The sourdough bread was lightly toasted but not so stiff that it scraped up my mouth. My server checked on me plenty but not more than was comfortable and the place itself was small, but it wasn't overwhelming in any way. I can't wait to come back and try more menu items! Be sure to stick around inside to get your coffee. They only bring your order to you if it's a pastry (at least that's what it seemed). It was pretty busy inside when my friend and I went, so we chose some chairs outside. They have a larger patio space outdoors, which I asked and discovered they are dog friendly so happy to find another venue we can bring the girls to. The patio was still shaded when we left about noon so it's a good spot for pups. Two of our group was already seated when we arrived so we joined them upon arrival. Lisa, our server, immediately came over for drink orders and confirm we were still waiting for others to join. Lisa, was so patient and friendly while the group gathered and decided what to order. I asked for a glass of O.J. which was sans pulp for those who don't like it in their O.J. I prefer some to jazz it up but it was a good glass of juice. They have a good sized menu with both breakfast and lunch offerings, and it took a bit to decide on what we were eating. I decided on the Corned Beef Hash with two eggs over-medium and a pancake. I asked for it on a separate plate and she said no worries, that's how it is served. The hash was sooo good! Cooked to a crispy crust and so flavorful and not salty at all, which I loved because sometimes hash can be salty. It also came with hash browns, which were cooked perfectly and not greasy in the least. I asked for my eggs over-medium and they too were cooked to perfection. It came with one pancake (I chose this in place of toast) and it was good size cake, with a nice malty flavor. It's sprinkled lightly with powder sugar and a dispense of warm syrup was provided as well. Really good breakfast! Wife went with the 2 egg breakfast with bacon and sourdough toast. They serve a wonderful homemade blackberry jam with the toast, which was really good and jammy. She also had her eggs done the same way as me and they were cooked to perfection. The bacon was perfect and she commented about the hash browns being cooked to a crunchy outer and tender on the inside. Always hoping a local recommendation turns out great. *Service: the service was fair. Our waitress spent most of the time sitting in the booth across from us on her phone and checked in occasionally. A few times we had to ask for things we needed. Nothing rude, just not especially attentive or engaged. Definitely didn't feel like her #1 priority. *Food: I ordered the tuna *melt*. It was alright, but nothing to write home about. The tuna itself was relatively cold (should have been warm on a melt) and lacked flavor, the cheese wasn't melted (it's a "melt", right?), and the bread was good. I dipped and drenched in salt, pepper, ranch and hot sauce to give it some flavor. The fries were good, hot and tasty. Overall, it felt like a mid-level café sandwich made by a basic "cook", not a well curated restaurant sandwich. My lunch buddy ordered a smothered omelette that looked great, and he said it was very good, so that was good. *Ambiance: the atmosphere was decent. Very basic, a bit cold feeling, café-like, casual, and reasonably comfortable. Nothing stood out strongly other than it seemed pretty clean and bright. *Value: my tuna melt and fries, with no drink, was $16. Not great, not terrible. It felt like an $8-$10 sandwich max for what I got, not a standout value. I posted a picture of their specials board so you can get a feel for the value. *Overall: everything here was fair, food, service, and ambiance while value was not great. Nothing bad, nothing memorable. A three-star experience for me. I wouldn't rush back, but wouldn't avoid it if I was in the area and others wanted to go. *Update: I have a strong reputation for detailed, honest, and trustworthy reviews.
