Eventually, the better cuts made their way around, but after about one round of each, we barely saw the servers again. Even when we specifically requested certain cuts, we waited long stretches of time before they came around. My memory was that as long as your card was green, the meat just kept coming. This time, I didn't even need to flip my card to red because we were served so infrequently. The cheese bread on the other hand kept getting refilled without our asking, even though we already had multiple baskets on the table. And this is relatively minor, but when you sit down, they ask whether you want still or sparkling water. If you don't want to be charged for every round, you have to proactively ask for tap. On its own, it's not a big deal and it's certainly not unique to this restaurant, but combined with everything else, it contributed to the overall feeling that the business model is a bit of a scam.
