I called 11 plumbers and only made deals with 3 to come by my house. Of the three, Michael was the only one that could not only diagnose the problem; but investigate a solution, solve it, AND explain/visually show me his specific reasoning(toilet paper sticking to the jagged edges of a rusted cleanout) which allows me to temporarily stop this issue in the near future with the equipment he mentioned until I can afford to replace the rusted clean out altogether which he quoted me appearingly fair for. The speed at which he developed this level of reasoning was impressive and he was out of my house in 15-20 minutes TOPS! Still be cautious hiring anybody based off a yelp review; however, I am as skeptical as they come, and this guy checks out. read more

Incredibly fast for backed up over flowing toilet UGH! I called Cheapo's at 7:00 AM and It was fixed and good as new within an hour. I refuse to call Napa County plumbers now that I found Cheapo's. I can't recommend Mike enough. He provided me excellent service!! I recently installed new floors in my home as as a result I decided to remodel my half bathroom. I called Mike to install a new vanity, toilet and reattach a water line on my refrigerator. Also, my HOA mailed a letter suggesting that all residents install a water pressure reducer valve. Mike gave me a reasonable estimate for the work and completed it all in the same day, which is saying something since the job had a number of problems. The toilet I purchased was broken when I opened it but Mike saved the day by telling me he had a good quality toilet in stock that he could install. The faucet I purchased was defective and leaked when it was installed. Mike came back later in the evening to install a new one (after I returned the defective one to Lowe's). I recently had a massive water leak with my kitchen sink in my condo. I was referred to Mike by a co-worker and I got to say Mike and his son Domingo came through big time. Mike found the problem, was thorough in explaining the issue, and even helped me to find an emergency restoration company to help me dry out the water damage to my floors.
