The sandwich was great, very well crafted and delicious even with the mix up below. I ordered The Kind online and it was very easy and (what I thought) would be convenient. Unfortunately the crew had a bit of a mishap, and tried to play it off Tl;dr: sandwich was already done by the time I got there, but staff told me it wasn't and forgot about the order. When I asked, they said it "just got done" which wasn't true because it was a bag I noticed was already sitting on above the oven when I got there. Postmates messed up my order and the wonderful manager and employees at this location (I forget their names sorry guys) personally delivered a corrected order to me at work. Won't be returning. Service alone was so terrible haven't even gotten my food yet but this will already be a last visit for me. I called before I came to see if they were still open, they said yes. Great food. Nice addition to the neighborhood. Food is always consistent. This location has a full bar with excellent daily drink specials. Bartender James was very friendly and knowledgeable on all of the tap beers and cocktails. This is the best place to grab a sandwich in the valley of the sun. I wish they were on the East coast. Everyone here is way chill and nice. All the food is amazing. The sandwiches are a little on the pricier side, so I usually get the blunt size and make 2 meals out of it. They're always promoting new specials and some sandwiches may vary by the location. 3 flavors Kool-aid on tap, great bread, fun staff and great food. The only knock is that they occasionally miss when you ask for something to be added or removed from your order. They'll gladly take care of it however. read more

Crazy that i even have to write a review for this place ....but i will no longer be going to this specific location. Went in at 7pm(dinner time) not really busy about three different groups ordered a few sandwiches....ordered them to go....waited for about 45 minutes. While i waited i got my drink and sat down and observed customers coming in and ordering after me, they all got there orders before me....usually it goes in order...but i let it go thinking it'd be only a few more minutes.....the manager wasn't anywhere to be found and had exited the store for apx 10 mins...she finally came back into the store i went to the counter to ask where my order was and it was just sitting on the "app orders to go"....i told her I've been waiting for near an hour they forgot about us ..she replied "we just made it"....the sandwiches were not hot or fresh.i left with my sandwich's and went home to my air fryer!enjoyed them after that!love Cheba hut just not this location! read more

I LOVE Cheba Hut! However, I work downtown Phoenix and the one located next to me has ZERO room for parking. There's been a few times now that I've attempted to come by for lunch, and gave up and instead went back to campus for Subway. Bread is ok. Veggies...claim to be fresh...hmmm on further inspection (visually and physically tasting)...no way, Jose! And I asked Jose if it was fresh...he said yes. Tomatoes soggy and not ripe. Cucumber soggy. Lettuce wilty and not from the toasted bread. I also was supposed to get avocado. It was a smear but in one spot on the bread and I got the large sandwich.
