Had dinner there Friday night with my family. It was busy. Don't have to wait too long. Ordered wings, pizza, garlic bread, bruschetta, salad. I have had wings at many restaurants in town. These are by far the best. That came out hot, not dry, properly seasoned. The pizza was hot and made exactly how we wanted. The wait staff did an excellent job. Very satisfying visit. The wait to get in was 50 mins when they said 30 mins, then when the girl took as to our table she saw that it was dirty but left and we had to ask someone to wipe it. After all that we had to wait for an hour to get our pizza, which the barbecue sauce was pure sugar. Would not recommend to anyone read more

I was going to give the restaurant 24 hours to respond to two messages I left for the manager and now three days later, this review. I ordered take out from the bar counter, an order of "hot" wings with bleu cheese and celery, and a small mushroom flat pizza. Twenty five minutes after ordering, I finally get my take out. The wings were bready, and the dressing container for the celery sticks were ranch, not bleu cheese. The pizza was barely warm and the crust was about as bland as a pizza crust can get. Not a pizza to write home about. I called the next day around 11 am asking for Natasha the manager. I was put on hold twice and after ten minutes I hung up. I left a message at the end of the evening on the "manager line" and no one has returned my call two days later. While I was waiting on my order I saw only two couples at the bar and maybe three small groups at tables. That was it. There were easily twice as many employees as customers but they were rarely out an about. I had to walk into the kitchen area to find out where my order was. Sorry, but there is no way I could recommend this place. Average food, lousy customer service, and no one who was interested in my concerns. read more

Our experience at, Chicago Fire in Folsom, was exceptional thanks to a manager called, Mike. We had a large group of 15 on a Sunday for lunch. There were two separate tables set for us. We asked could the tables be arranged that everyone could sit together, Mike came to assist. He was so friendly and welcomed us like we were family. We appreciate his kindness. All the food was delicious and our server, Dillon, went all out for us, making sure we had everything needed. We had such a nice time and will be going back. read more

Thin crust pizza just ok. Chicken pesto with raw garlic aftertaste. Raw tomatoes on top with bland taste and texture of overripe mushy watermelon...you know what I'm referring to. Overall, tasted like a "Take and Bake" variety. I do not recommend nor will we go back. Prefer Selland's pizza. So much fresher and better tasting. Service was just OK. I thought the atmosphere was great. We had a nice booth that was private. Our waitress was really good. The wedge salad was perfect. We had a thin crust combo pizza that was a really good flavored pizza. Not too many toppings which made it nicely balanced. Definitely will make another trip here. read more

Ordered to be delivery to our hotel. Pizza while it tasted good it was under cooked. Ordered deep dish delight dessert and it came with just the cookie no whip cream no ice cream no sauce. Ordered an antipasto salad no onions it had onions and was a sad looking messy little salad. Wouldn't order from here again! Our group ordered a deep dish, a chicken salad and a pasta. To our surprise, the pizza came out relatively quickly, however the pasta and chicken salad took forever. The waiter never came by with any updates on the chicken salad until we called on him. He then said that orders are prepared at different areas of the kitchen??! When the salad finally arrived, it was extremely soggy and unappetizing. We also had to ask (!) for plates, none were provided for the pizza and appetizers. Quite a disappointing outing. read more

Chicago Fire used to be my go to pizza place in Folsom! There thin crust pizza was always amazing and solid drinks... however, I would avoid their happy hour... I went last week and the pizza was so disappointing. The cheese slice was Burt to a crisp and clearly had been sitting under a heading lamp for an hour that my daughter couldn't even eat it. the combo was so undercooked that you could taste the dough.. :(. I will give them one more chance for the regular menu but I think I learned my lesson on Happy Hour read more

Ok I admit it, I really like Chicago Fire and go to them all over Sacramento. Love the pizza and love the wings. Overall, it's one of my favorite spots in Sacramento. We had a great experience at CF. Our server Tim was very attentive and provided us with great service.

This is the third and last time we will eat here. My husband and I and our teen daughter eat there on Sunday for dinner around 4:00pm. Service was terrible we waited a really long time for a refill on our drinks and our check. The deep dish pesto pizza was terrible the crust was hard as a rock. The chicken appetizer however was pretty good. We had mild and the sweet BBQ one. We also had the artichoke hearts. Every time we have gone here the pizza has been terrible. We don't mind waiting for the deep dish as long as it's worth the wait. We will not be returning to this restaurant in Folsom. How can a pizza place mess up pizza? read more

chicago fire is not your norma pizza and bar joint. It was actually a place where i saw some people who came even with their kids as it was actually pretty quiet inside , atleast on the day i went. It has a sophisticated yet casual environment and feels like a place where you can not just chill and hangout with your friends but also have a date-night. The service is quick and professional and food especially their chicago style thin crust pizza is a must try. I have seen pizza joints that normally have chicken wings but i was pleasently surprised to see that this pizza joint actually also serves a vegetarian version of wings that are basically battered and fried artichokes with buffalo sauce and this could be an interesting try for all the vegetarian lovers out there. The only downside is pizza is a bit expensive and hence maybe not your everyday pizza joint but definitely worth the occasional try whenever you are near the malls at palladio. All in all a 4 star for me due to its chill nature, good food and quick service and definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in folsom. Gracias!! read more

We came her for a quick lunch on the way back from Tahoe to visit a friend for lunch. The gal we were meeting wanted to go to Lazy dog - but there was a 1/2 hour wait (which was fine with me as I was very unimpressed with the location in San Jose.) We ended here across the street. A friend and I split the Chicago beef sandwich with Jus on the side (very Salty!) and french fries (quite good). We also split the roasted artichoke - I liked it! Boneless buffalo garlic wings are bomb, Greek fries are bomb but their deep dish pizzas are a no go! We went to three different chains and they are all alike with their deep dish pizzas. Soggy! I recommend taking it back home, slap it on a cast iron skillet and bake at 350F. The crust will be nice and crisp! You're able to hold it and it won't fall apart! No fork or knife needed. Awful, awful service. Completely unprofessional and they don't give a damn about their customers. Walked in to pick up an online to go order and was told they couldn't find it. Tried to show them the email confirmation/receipt and they weren't really interested. The person helping me and the manager (Cordell) went off to check on it and simply never came back. Saw the manager and tried to wave him down, even making direct eye contact, and he simply walked away. Had to ask the hostess wth was going on. They finally came back to the counter and the food was in the warmer the whole time! Soggy wings it would be. They started to sheepishly pack it up as if nothing had happened and I hadn't been waiting for a half hour for an order that had been ready the whole time. Couldn't believe they were going to just pack it up and hand it to me without explanation or apology. They only apologized and took responsibility after being pressed. Then the only thing they offered to "make it right" was the same BS move most restaurants do, knowing they'll likely never have to follow through: a discount or something for the next visit.
