I drove through on March 12th. I ordered a Market salad, a Chick Fil A sandwich, chicken tortilla soup and a granola parfait. Not a difficult order right? I have found that you have to always CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Because there is always a long line, when I was handed my order, I drove up so the car behind me could get to the window. I looked in my bag and saw I was missing salad dressing. REALLY???? I was right outside the walk in door so I rolled down my window to talk to a worker. I told her I was missing my salad dressing. She told me to go park in a space and she would bring it out to me. I parked and she brought out my salad dressing. When I got home, there was only one spoon. So I guess I'm supposed to use the same spoon for the soup and for the parfait??? Maybe that might be okay, but the soup and the parfait are for two different people! Pathetic. My husband made a comment that Chick Fil A used to be really good about accuracy and customer service. NOT ANYMORE!!!! And to top it all off, I was not given a receipt. Sad! read more

This location gets really crowded at peak meal times. I love to go through drive thru's whenever possible and this one gets horribly crowded. I go inside unless it's an off time. It's chick fil a, the quality is pretty standard. The employees are nice. Food is expensive for what you get- a barely full medium fry. 90% of the time the orders are right. My mom gets the grilled chicken sandwich and a gluten free bun usually and it's correct. I don't eat meat so I get the southwest salad, minus the chicken and it's always correct. The last time we went they let us customise the chicken on the salad subbing the breaded chicken for the grilled for it to be gluten free. Just an FYI for food allergies: the chicken(breaded) is fried in peanut oil and fries are fried in a vegetable oil (or canola). So if you have peanut allergies stay away from the breaded chicken! read more

The service here is the best and every person who works here is so nice and friendly. They're really efficient when you go through the drive-thru (I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about) and I'm glad there is someone actually out there taking your order like In-n-out. Thank God they don't use those stupid machines where they can't hear you at all. The food was delicious here- I ordered the Chick-fil-A sandwich, the nuggets, and a huge box of waffles fries. Worst drive thru experience from any place I have ever been to. This location has a two lane drive thru used to help with the flow of traffic. I pulled in to the left lane and it was not moving that fast but somehow the right lane was moving much faster. 5 cars that came after me managed the place their orders before me. Once I got to the window, 20min later, they never acknowledged the wait or thanked me for my patience. I got my meal but no napkins inside. At the window there were 6 people all laughing and talking about something on TV, clearly not focusing enough to worry about the guests and making sure we were properly being served. Beware of the drive-thru! The line moves incredibly slow and the line also completely blocks certain sections of the parking lot, so you'll be stuck. There's only one other location that I've been to that has a very slow drive-thru line, and that's the location near the traffic circle in Long Beach. Literally every time I go through the drive-thru in Brea, it takes at least 15 minutes and I can't really understand why. Every. Single. Time. I always order ahead on the app and I find that when I go into the store to pick it up, I'm waiting for a super long time as well. You'd think your order would be ready when you place it 10 minutes in advance, but I end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes when I go up to the counter. Something has to be done about this location's lack of speed both inside at the counter and going through the drive-thru. Of course the food is great but omg the amount of time it takes to get in and out of this location is just crazy and it's hard to understand what takes so long when other locations are much faster and more efficient. read more

I freaking love Chick-fil-A!!!!! This is the place that introduced me to the grilled cheese sandwich long ago. Not that I've never had a grilled cheese sandwich but I never knew that Chick-fil-A actually served it. This location specifically is very friendly and welcoming. I've never had a problem with them. I've been to other Chick-fil-A locations where they never get my grill cheese sandwich order correct and they make me feel crazy for ordering it! When I asked this location to make it they just say yes with a smile on their face. There are two lanes for drive-through to make things faster and there are also employees standing outside waiting to help you. For the most part, they stand outside so you can pay it and make it easier to pick up your food and go. It's very clean inside and bathrooms are always nice and tidy. Watch out for the receipts-sometimes there are free chicken sandwiches on the receipts but they don't tell you about that you just have to look at it yourself. read more

This is the second time within a month that I came to this location w my kids. This experience SUCKED!!! Talk about a big difference. First off the guy couldn't even get our order correct. I guess he was operation on the assumption is the mother of all F'ups. He simply assumed everything and had to redo our order. He couldn't even put the order under the right name. Service is top notch. However, its never a good feeling knowing you got the wrong item. After sitting in the drive thru, which I believe was 15 minutes of my life, I am disappointed yet again. I am looking forward to a certain item and then I recieve something completely different. I was contacted by their manager for my last review to fix and make things right, but it doesn't make sense to get free stuff for ONE experience IF they are just going to keep messing up the orders in the future.
