There were lines in the parking lot and throughout the restaurant, however we were served in 10 minutes!! I ordered a side salad and chicken nuggets. They served my salad in a ceramic bowl. I ordered the grill chicken nuggets and the superfoods salad. The facility was clean and the staff was working the dining room the entire time I was there. There were a lot of people going through but the staff kept the flow of traffic moving. On a side note they gave me a real glass bowl and real fork for my salad (what can I say? I just want to start by saying i love the food here and considering how busy it is i've never had a wrong order, bad service, or slow service. overall it is a great place to eat! however, we need another one in elizabethtown desperately!!! the location is inconvenient and there is always a line out the parking lot. i gave 4 stars because i sat at a booth next to some people that were corporate chick fil a, im assuming, and they said some really rude things about one of the workers all because she forgot to wear a belt with her uniform! it ruined my meal and made me sad to support a business that would embarrassingly call an employee out like that in front of everyone. she at one point said something along the lines of "do not try to slip one past us again because we will always notice." i felt bad for the girl! she was very kind and understanding despite their rude comments in front of all the customers. read more

I love their spicy chicken biscuits, but it doesn't compare to the other CFA locations as far as service/peppiness of employees is concerned. They are one of the only local fast food locations with an indoor play place which is great for toddlers during unpleasant weather. read more

This location is the most dangerous parking lot in the entire city of elizabethtown. Already had one accident and just don't feel safe when went back. Strive is much slower, with lot of underage kids directing traffic to move forward. Matter of time before someone gets injured from this dangerous situation of an upgrade that was ill thought out and planned. read more

I love Chick-fil-a and I am a huge supporter of Chick-fil-a as a company. However, this location is not up to par with the 30+ I have visited all across the country multiple times. Egg white chicken grill this morning had a small slice of grilled chicken that was extremely chewy and cheese was not melted. Hasbrowns were cold, soggy, and seemed leftover at 8:15am on a Saturday morning. Lemonade was so bitter it took your breath away and did not seem to have ANY sugar (not the normal taste of chick-fil-a lemonade). When I went to counter to ask for a different drink than lemonade (that I paid more for) the employee was very snappy and argued with me that the chick-fil-a lemonade always tastes like that, even when I pointed out that I drink lots of Chick-fil-a lemonade. Poor customer service....to argue with a customer period, but especially to argue with a very frequent chick-fil-a supporter. Will not return to this location any time soon... read more

LOVE this place. Their staff is always so kind and helpful. The food is so good. If you're a good chicken lover, then this is the place for you! There is also a great play zone for the kids. My wife and I have always bought our gallon tea at this location. We like it better than any tea offered in local grocery stores. Today it ends. The people that work at this location have always kept the franchise standard, but not today. The price of tea was displayed as $4.50 on the drive through sign, which it has been for the past few years. The person taking the order said the price was over $6. When my wife questioned the total, the person taking the order gave attitude and asked if she would like to talk to the manager. So, my wife pulled up to the window and told the people that the drive through sign still says $4.50 for a gallon of tea. The manager barked "well thats the old price, the price has gone up and we're not doing anything for you." Well, it will be our pleasure to take our business elsewhere, and we will be sure to spread the word. read more
