Disappointing is honestly an understatement. Out if all the chick fil a places I have visited, this location is by far the WORST!!! There is no kindness from the staff, smile is forced and tons of sarcasm and weird looks is given to the customers. I went and did a carry out order on September 25th and had the worst experience ever. I ordered 3 kids meal for my children and 2 out of the 3 order I specifically requested that the toys be traded for Ice Cream Cone. Now when I arrived to the Pick Up area, no one acknowledged me until 5 minute after. After I mentioned I was picking up and told the staff my name, they proceed on getting my order. Now a gentleman handed me my order in a large white bag and he informed me that the ice cream cones are being prepared. A young lady by the name Tabitha had 3 ice cream cones in her hand and as she was ready to hand it to me I mentioned to her in a kind way that I only requested 2 not 3 Ice Cream cones. Now her reaction is what got me so upset. She gave me the worst look possible, and said in a rude manner: oh.. you did!!. I said yes I did, and she rolled her eyes and said: well here is 2 and hand me the 2 cones, walked away and let out a big sigh, is as if she was not pleased by what I said. The way she threw away the other cone in the trash confirmed to me how angry she seemed of this mistake that I my self did not do. Than she came back and hand me the Kid Surprise item. Now I as a customer felt that she was not sincere at all that she made the mistake, and her demeanor was definitely NOT what chick fil a stands by and known for. She proceed on giving me a very sinister look and that made me felt uncomfortable as a customer. Another incident that happen again at this location was on Thursday evening at around 9ish. The same employee "Tabitha" seemed to have done something that created an extremely loud noise, almost like a gunshot sound that startled me as I was passing the front counter from the bathroom. It also caught the attention of other customers in the dining room and drive thru. I am not sure where the professionalism is when they proceeded to laugh and thought it was humorous that they did something out of ethics. I also noticed that the manager thought it is humorous also because he was laughing along after this incident. I am so sorry to have brought this up and wrote this review. However I am extremely disappointed with this particular location on how unprofessional some of the staff can be and if they are trying to be kind it is Forced and not sincere. Not like the other location which is just across 35W (Presidio) which is always welcoming, wonderful staff, caring, attentive and sincere, and it is original not forced. Presidio staff are very attentive, they will always check on your table as they pass by to see if you need refills, etc. But at the Alliance location I can stand on the side of the counter and wait a while for a refill until someone notice you. I am open on explaining my experience with Store Owners/Operator if needed. I am so sorry to have to write this review, but one of your employee is not representing Chick Fil A in a good way. read more

Worst location I have been gone to. Gabrielle Nord should not be working in food service. Perhaps training would help however you have grace when dealing with a situation that your systems are working and your team does not know how to use. Even then everyone was nice however she was not. I got to chick fil a andOrder the same thing every time I asked my fries well well well done because if you don't they're basically dip in oil and taken out. I order the same thing every time and each time I have to ask for the fries to be done again. I know they have timer set up for fries and this makes it difficult to get the orders through fast. But I literally order it every time and 9out 10 times they won't do it. So I just stop coming. I tried again today after months of not coming. When I checked out the fries the lady that gave them to me was completely irritated that I asked for well done fries I put it all over my order so that it was able to be read clearly. This lady is an older lady and while I feel bad for making her do extra steps in the request is all over the receipt. Yet I get the The attitude. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I do our orders in the drive thru and it always seems like their speaker isn't working because I have to always repeat my order. Almost every time my order gets messed up on their end and they usually try to compensate but it makes it take longer. I will say they try to be very helpful! First, I have to say, it's got to be tough being Chick-fil-A. You set the bar high. You're held to a higher standard that you've trained us to expect. That being said, my worst CFA experience would be completely acceptable at say, a place with golden arches. Today I ran through the drive-thru for a quick lunch on the go. My sandwich was okay. It wasn't amazing, which is how I usually feel about hot, fresh CFA. The spicy chicken on my sandwich was warm, but the bun was cold and close to stale. Yes, close to stale is nit-picky, but CfA has spoiled me. Usually, the sandwich has a warm, soft bun. The cheese I added to the sandwich was not melted but they did double the cheese. Btdubs, their cheese is so creamy, adding it on a sandwich is like having a delicious grilled cheese but you added some epic, crispy spicy chicken to it, usually. Today, unfortunately, was not that day. The wait wasn't bad, a few minutes, but both lines were open. No one took the time to give me a "my pleasure" or any other warm fuzzy inducing customer service schmutz but what was an underwhelming $5 sandwich experience at CfA would have been a success had I visited the king or another competitor. Nothing was forgotten, I had my Chick/fil-A sauce and ample napkins in the bag. I just know you could do better CfA and like a loving parent, I want to see you live up to your potential. Always busy, man Texans love their Chik-fil-A! Arrived on a busy weekend, at lunch time, with a hungry 5-year old. We only waited a few minutes- they had at least 4 folks on the registers taking orders. One thing is for sure, this place knows how to maximize efficiencies (drive-thru service also applies)! I was bummed to learn that they've removed cole slaw from their menu- I've never been a huge fan of their waffle fries. But fries it is! The kiddo always goes for the mini nuggets- I'm a classic sandwich guy (meal #1) and I like the honey roasted BBQ sauce on mine, with extra pickles. We elected to eat in, so we found the least dirty tables there was to pop a squat. And yes, with as much traffic that runs through that place the tables were horrifyingly dirty and messy. I still had to use some napkins to wipe down crumbs and some spilled soda from our table. We ended up seated near the kids "playland" in the rear of the restaurant. Looking around, I saw a lot of parents with kids, going through the motions to open ketchup packets, poke straws through juice boxes, and generally look un-amused. It was like parent zombieland, ha! Since I'm not a huge fan of this place, I'll keep the 3-star review and most of you know what you're getting. Yes, the food is always pretty fresh, and the service is great for a fast food spot. My family and I went through the drive through at this particular Chick-Fil-A last night and over all we were severely disappointed, the only reason it was given 3 stars because Chick-Fil-A has always done us right in the past. Last night at the drive through we had to repeat our order multiple times, it was still incorrect when we got our food. The fries were brunt, as in black not slightly brown. The chicken in one of our sandwiches was under cooked as well as the chicken in our strips, our drive home is so long that it wasn't worth it to drive all the way back up to get them to correct his. We haven't eaten Chick-Fil-A the last couple of years because we were out of state but I don't think we will be going back to eating Chick-Fil-Aat all. Went for cowappreciationday yesterday. The place was packed and the line was long and going around but the service was fast. Despite this every employee showed a smile and willingness to help. I stood on the side with a good view of the counter, and everyone was doing something but one still managed to ask if we needed help and if our food was taken cared of. we have been going to this chick fil a very often lately and we always get good service!! The past 3 times we have gone we haven't gotten that great service we are used to and also our meals were very bad. Our fries tasted like they had been sitting there for a little bit, soggy and just not good. The container was half full, didn't even get my full size large i ordered and payed for. The 4 count strips were tiny and it seemed like it was the bottom of the batch. The people at the window were kinda rude they just put the bucket in my face and didn't say anything.
