Absolutely great branch. They have super speedy service and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here.

I live right in the alliance town center so this Chick Fil A is super convenient. But they always mess something up for me. I always call and they either want me to drive back or mail me a card. Well last time they said they would mail me a card, never did. Another time I drove back through and it took FOREVER. Today went through the drive through and specifically asked multiple times for a protein style grilled sandwich and she didn't understand. So I said can I have it rapped in lettuce with no bun at all please. And she said yes. We checked at the cashier caddy at the corner to double check and she said yes that is correct. We get to the window get our food and I check, IT HAS A BUN ON IT. I know its just a bun but it is frustrating there's no communication here. They just want to push you in and out. I will not be returning to this Chick Fil A. I will be going to the one across the highway, they are nicer anyways. read more

Chick-fil-A is my go to place. I could go eat there for the rest of my life. Chick-fil-A's service is always amazing. It could be rush hour and I would still be served fast. There food it always the best. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. The customer service we received was great BUT the kind lady that was taking our order was treated like she was a bother by a few of the younger employees. It was so disheartening. I was going to bring it to someones attention but people were running around due to the rush. I hope this was just a one time issue due to a bad day. If I see it again I will say something regardless of how busy it is. She was kind and thoughtful. She was taking our order and making our drinks just as fast as everyone else. Fast service! The drive thru is always packed so I always opted for other fast food choices in the area. In about 5 minutes I was in and out though. The food is fresh the employees are super friendly. I had the #8 which was pretty decent. The only thing is this place is like the In-N-Out for chicken sandwiches. The menu seems a bit plain and doesn't offer too much variety. But I love the waffle fries and the fact that they aren't stingy with the dipping sauces read more

The food is just as good as any other chick-fil-a but the service is horrible. I repeat. Horrible. This is the only location I've ever been to where they repeatedly mess up my order and then blame it on me as to why it's wrong. I know what I ordered. Employee was not nice to my daughter when she said she forgot to ask for a salad without blue cheese. She forgot the salads came with it. Basically belittled her because she should have know if it had blue cheese on it. I do not appreciate how she was treated. So, she paid for a salad she could not eat. read more

Love chick-fil-A but seems as if EVERYTIME I go to this location now something is missing from my order! When you have kids it's hard to turn around and go in without taking the kids out of the car! Or you have to get back in line and wait and let's be honest those lines are usually LONG! ...also the nuggets are starting to always taste like OLD BURNT OIL ...hopefully these issues are resolved. read more

This was my first time at this location. 2 drive ups it's nice but Darcy the cashier was not as friendly as what I have come to expect from this restaurant. The worst customer service. The guy who was a black dude took our order kept making my husband repeat our order. My husband was like "Bro can you hear me" when he did hear me say "sweet tea" when he asked us the drink with our meal. Never again coming here. And they don't honor military discount when clearly the other location at River Oaks does. Big time discrimination against military. Is that what we get for serving our country???? What a sad company. Will never eat here again. Just lost customers by this. I hope management fires their workers for this. read more

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Should totally be an option. I never have any complaints when I go to chick fil a but this location was the worst. Ordered a large drink extra ice, got a large drink halfway filled up, 2 pieces of ice. I cannot make this up. I repeated myself 3 times, not to the speaker but to an actual person, drove thru to get my food, order all jacked up. Had to get out and go in, which defeats the point of having a drive thru and an actual person outside to take your order but whatever. Will not be going back. read more

Recently stopped at this location for a quick bite & was very dissatisfied with the service. I understand that mistakes are made however, when I went to ask to have my order corrected to what I was ordered they we're not only rude about it but did not correctly fix my order. On my short lunch break I ordered two sandwiches but got all the way home to only have one. I got in the car to go back to get the other one because I was having lunch with my mom and they made me pay for the second one. My receipt shows that I originally only paid for one which I understand but I did order two and was inconvenienced by having to come back up there because they didn't take my order correctly. First time I've ever been to a chick-Fil-a and have had a poor experience. The female cashier eddie was rude and seemed like I was inconveniencing her by ordering.. not the upbeat attitude I've grown to love with most locations. Upon getting our food a fat younger kid.. not trying to be crass but didn't see his name tag slammed our tray onto our table and just took off. This was not a busy time. Oatmeal sat on back counter for near 10 mins before i had to step back up and ask how long moe will it be before its done. I ordered a medium nugget tray, online, April 29. I picked it up 45 minutes late, to give them plenty of time to have it ready. I waited inside for 10 minutes before being told it was prepared and waited another 10-15 for the tray. This was an inconvenience but I was understanding and wasn't in a hurry. When I got the nuggets home they were undercooked. The chicken was cooked through but the breading was a very light color and wasn't cooked through on about 1/2 of the nuggets. Luckily, I was able to put them back in the oven to finish cooking them but for $48 this is unacceptable! read more

I have been a loyal customer of Chick-fil-a since it opened I love coming her and I really enjoy the food. Yet the other day I experienced terrible customer service with one of y'alls employs Rachel I felt very un-welcomed and not wanted in the restaurant and this is the first time this has happened to me since it opened and I am a regular here. It saddens me to write a negative review for chick-Fil-a but this location has disappointed me the last 3 times I have visited, I tend to grab breakfast on my way to work and I get the chicken bagel, but on these past couple of visits I got my sandwich and my chicken was very soggy and not crispy like most other locations serve their chicken. I tried going a couple weeks later to see if I may have had bad luck the past two times and I managed to receive a soggy chicken patty on a cold un toasted bagel. I guess I hold high standards for chick Fil a because they always serve nothing but excellence but this location not so much. read more

The best! Great quality food and their sweet tea is amazing! Waffle fries are amazing. Go here all the time for breakfast and lunch.
