I've been to many chick's, there is a certain standard and consistency that is expected which is reason enough to visit. sadly this particular location didn't get the memo. The cashier wasn't very good, took a long time to enter the order and struggled to answer general questions... It's very possible this was a newby, no a huge deal, but it did create unnecessary traffic. Anyway, long story short, fries tasted old and lukewarm, my ice coffee was MIA, had to drag down a manager, said they'd bring it right out, tasted like it was poorly done, felt like they rushed it and missed a step, took a couple sips and threw it out. Next up, I ordered two half gallons of lemonade and sweet tea which never came out, had to drag down the manager again, tells me they don't have any half gallons, since I was charged for it they will give me a full gallon instead, sounds great. Returns with a gallon of sweet tea, goes back and brings out an empty gallon which is then filled halfway with lemonade, after I was told I'd get a full gallon. No follow through, no apology for the wait and inconvenience. It truly felt out of sync, I expect more from Chick Fill-A. read more

Update to my review. It's been just over 2 months. I went in to claim the free meal that I was promised tonight while also picking up a large order for my kids and their friends. When I was promised this compensatory meal, I was not told that there was any strict time limit for redeeming it. However, upon speaking with the manager tonight in store, she told me that the original order was too long ago. The manager went back and forth among a week, 2 weeks, and 30 days, and couldn't really tell me what the policy WAS. However, this was clearly too long and outside the policy. She was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Her name is Charissa. The first customer service failure was leaving out my sandwich. The second was how I was treated when I called to complain. The third was offering me a paltry sub-$5 in compensation. The fourth was failing to tell me that there was a time limit on this. The fifth was not honoring their promise tonight. The sixth was treating me like garbage in front of other customers. 6 customer service failures! No successful business should be allowed to operate like this. I am banning them FOR LIFE and writing a letter to Corporate. This is not my first negative experience with Chick-Fil-A. This company has gotten big to the point that they (especially this location) feel they can treat their customers like garbage without any ramifications. read more

This location often gets the orders wrong. When they do the solution is to come back in to pick up your food, or get a 30 day credit to return. No empathy for the customers when they have already waited in line to order and pick up, only to drive home and find half of your items are missing. The situation took nearly an hour of my day to resolve, when a simple refund over the phone would have made my day. I also do not like being greeted in the drive through lane by a representative and not being able to look at a menu. Not everyone eats at this chain often enough to have the menu memorized and showing me the order screen does not help make a decision. Even with the AC units blasting on them outside you can tell they are hot and aggravated. When I went inside it felt like there were way too many people working, standing around, or bumping into each other. Not enough of the team members are given the agency or trust to make a quick and simple customer service request and they shouldn't have to take 5 minutes to hunt down a manager to help out. ChickFilA has always been my go to spot for quick meals with chicken. Always fresh and never have any issues. It's a little more expensive, but is good overall. This particular restaurant, I've never gone inside; only gone through the drive through. However, I can unequivocally say that they are organized. Two drive through lanes, order takers in each, payment takers in each, and food delivery make for stopping during the busiest lunch hour very easy. I always get intimidated when I pass by during lunch but the service is very quick. They even created double lanes for the drive through which includes double pick up windows so you won't get stuck trying to funnel into one Lane. The dining area inside is always very clean and the staff very attentive. Not even 5minutes after I was done with my food, someone came along to dispose of my garbage. This location was newly renovated and is the closest one in my neighborhood. Sadly it used to be my favorite one. Don't get me wrong the employees still in embody the the values of chick-fil-a but it seems like when it comes to ordering there are always a lot of errors or the food takes too long. I think we let the errors slide because everyone is just so polite and willing to make it right so you can never be mad! I was at the drive thru window today for over 10 minutes but because everyone is so delightful as long as I was in no rush I waited. Now if it was somewhere else and the cashier had an attitude it would have been totally unacceptable. Truly something that management needs to think about. This is our Chick fil A. My family and I love coming here. So much so that we are here at least 2-3 times a week. The customer service is good and the food is always so fresh. We can always be sure that we will get what we order and if not they will fix it for us. This restaurant has recently been renovated. It was always nice but small. The owner leveled the place and rebuilt it. It is much nicer and much bigger. There is enough parking and their drive thru is very roomy and the service is fast. Their drive they can get very backed up, so pack your patience. If you come during their peak hours, they have 2 people outside taking orders and your money. I like the new drive they, but if you go in the evening, they are not that fast. Again, their customer service is great. They tend to get meals incorrect, but they quickly fix it and are always apologetic about it. There is always a friendly manager on duty that is so pleasant and ready to make your visit great. I did curbside pick up. I got to the restaurant and parked, As prompted on the app. I parked and when I went to put the number of the spot it said could not check me in. There was an employee delivering to a car near by so I waved him down. I told him what was going on and little did I know there was someone talking to my mom on the other side. The manger quickly came out to see what was wrong. I explained to him, and just as the others he too said no problem they will get that out for me ASAP. I went in to make sure that they had the correct order as it deleted from my app. After a few minutes they realized that my card didn't go through. I have been to this location many times and will keep coming back. It is the model of what every location should be. The drive through is fast even though always crowded, and they have the trademark friendliest employees. In all my years as a customer they have never run out of anything, be it sauces or menu items. Whoever is in charge of ordering knows their job. In addition, as a returning customer the app surprised me every now and then with a freebie, which I really appreciate. I'm from Atlanta and not a newbie to Chick-fil-A by any means but have recently lived in locations where it takes 20 mins to get to the nearest location. I am so happy we are only 10 mins away now! We absolutely adore this location. Everyone is so friendly. We are asked multiple times if we need refills or if they can help with anything, which is so nice when you aren't able to get up and down with a toddler to watch. The food is up to the chick fil a standard as well. When we moved here we were so surprised to see the light display for Christmas. I've never seen a Chick-fil-A go all out like that! We also didn't know where we were going to see santa with our 11 mo, since we didn't want to battle mall lines. I found out this location has breakfast with santa and Mrs clause the day before the event. I reached out via Facebook message to see if they had any spots left, and they responded late in the evening to let me know they had a spot. We were so thrilled and will never forget his fist santa visit. In case you're wondering the play place is clean and fun for even small toddlers. Every time I come to this location, it never fails, I am always waiting. And it sucks because this is the closest one to me.
