I love CFA. I eat it at least twice a week. However, I've never experienced such rude, "don't care about the customer" attitude here. BEWARE: stupid people work here. 1.) This place, 6 times out of 10 doesn't send you off with your complete order, or even the exact order for that matter. 2.) This place is very cheap, if you order any type of salad get ready to have chintzy portions. Cobb salad: barely any chicken Southwest salad: barely any chicken Fries: look like someone was already eating them before they got to your car. It doesn't matter if you paid 8.99 plus tax for your Cobb salad, you will get just enough to make you leave and go home until you open the container and see you were ripped off. 3.) Order a sausage English muffin breakfast sandwich, be careful, add any items like extra egg or sausage, you won't get it. Why you ask? It's because their order slip that they give to their food preps doesn't indicate that the items are additional, say by listing them as + egg +cheese + sausage Or Extra egg Extra sausage Extra cheese So to the food prep it looks like the regular ingredients are requested for the meal 4.) management is terrible 5.) they have someone literally standing outside the drive through window to hand you the meal that the drive through attendant inside could easily hand you. 6.) if they ask you to park your car and tell you they will bring your order to you. Be sure to check your order because they most likely forgot 1 or 4 items. 7.) mobile orders don't mean you'll get your order quicker and easier, it literally means nothing when you get there. 8.) order guacamole through the app? Don't, they don't have it, however, the app will still charge you and they won't even refund you unless you find out they don't serve guacamole. How you might find out? I don't know, maybe go all the way back to work and notice you didn't receive any. 9.) watch Chick fil a management say: We apologize that the customer service encountered during your recent visit was not up to our normal quality standards. Our goal is to always provide the freshest food in a clean restaurant and serve our customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous and professional manner each time they visit. I never post reviews, but I must say something about this Chik Fil A location. I don't know what's up with this location, but the drive thru Associates are just plain rude and lack customer service. The first time, we thought it was just a one-of experience, but after three times, definitely their standards. Their voices don't hide the fact that they really don't want to be there. This is a first. In all the years I've been going to Chik Fil A even on other states, I never had a bad experience. NEVER. The Associates are always nice and friendly. But not this one. I rarely eat fast food, but there's a special place in my heart for Chick-fil-A. This place opened last Thursday on 12/2, and I stopped by tonight to check it out. Be forewarned, this place gets busy! The drive-thru line moved quickly, though. They've seemed to copy In-N-Out's method of moving their cars through quickly, i.e. having one person stand outside to take the order to speed up the process. I've eaten here twice since they opened. Today I got breakfast at 7am. Got chicken minis and a chicken biscuit. The chicken on both seemed dry, tough and stale like it was yesterday's chicken. The chicken minis were way smaller than usual. A tiny chunk of chicken in each. Used to be almost the size of the nuggets or whatever they're called. No dine in which sucks but I'm not rating on that. The rating is for poor food quality. The main allure of chick fil a is how fresh and tasty the chicken ALWAYS is. Not a neighborhood where you would want to sit outside, behind the building. No indoor seating. I chose to use the drive through as they wish you would do. Food was soggy. Window employee back handed me by receipt and credit card while chatting with other employees who were in the opposite direction of me, the customer, the one that she should have been addressing. She didn't care about facing me and paying attention to her job. Food was not worth eating as it was tasteless and the breading was thick and soggy without enough seasoning nor crispness. Eating such junk can make you feel guilty. I will never return to this place and may not even return to any of their other locations. I can not stand the place, not even long enough to return the product for a refund. It is too bad that this place is no longer the Del Taco that it was before Chick Fil A took over. read more

I gave this locations many opportunities to get it right and the just seem to fail every time. The first thing is there's hardly any parking, then after you stand in line and order throughout a small window the only place to eat your food is by the long line of cars in the drive thru. Mmm carbon monoxide. So last time I sat in the long line of cars and ordered two combos, I get home and my fries are half full... this literally has happened every time I go there. I will never go to this location again. Is stiffing people on their waffle fries how you make your profit margin. Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food chain. I typically go to the Chick-Fil-A located by USC @ 3758 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90007 (My favorite one). I've also been to the Chick-Fil-A @ 18200 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504. This one located at 4050 Lincoln Blvd, Venice, CA 90292 is Drive-Thru Only with a walk-up window. It's weird but not really much of an irritant for me. Just odd. I love Chick-Fil-A breakfast. The biscuits @ 3758 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90007 are very doughy. They are not cooked well which makes the bread very pasty-like. The first time this happened, I gagged the bacon egg & cheese biscuit down with an attitude and a Simply Orange Juice. On my four subsequent visits, I took the biscuit. It should be noted that I work RIGHT across the street so it's nothing for me to walk back and have it out with management (that doesn't happen tho, because they are very apologetic and nice about giving me something else) but that doesn't change the fact that their biscuits here don't live up to the Chick-Fil-A standard. Interestingly enough tho, the chicken minis are just fine. Let's move on to their lunch/dinner menu. I don't usually order the sandwiches. As a fried chicken nugget & strip connoisseur, i KNOW when chicken has been fried in old (or non-fresh) grease. That is my main issue with the fries, the chicken nuggets, and the chicken strips. You taste the difference. In addition, I've found that the nuggets are very thinly breaded and don't taste anything at all like the other Chick-Fil-A franchises that I frequent. On to the staff. They are nice and friendly when they are actually working instead of talking. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for people having fun at work, but I don't believe that that should stop you from actually working. When customers are present, take the orders, dispense food, and handle business FIRST before you start chatting on the sidelines. The only reason I've noticed this is because I frequently use the Chick-Fil-A app to order my food. They usually get my order wrong. I don't like cherries on my milkshakes, I often ask for light ice in my drinks, and there have been many times when I've gotten the wrong food altogether (ie. ordered a chick-fil-a bacon egg & cheese biscuit and get a chicken biscuit). I could tolerate this more if these issues were a one off type of deal, but again, I work RIGHT across the street, so I've visited this place MANY times over the course of about 3 or 4 months. Remember I mentioned that I use the app to order my food? Well, there have been many instances where I've been waiting (in the parking lot) for my name to be called and to be given my food cuz... that's how other chick-fil-a's do it and I've watched them chit-chat, giggle, and goof off, before finally asking them, "Do you have an order for Matthew?". "Oh, yes! It's right here!" ... meanwhile, I'm thinking to myself, I just saw you guys talking and joking around so you mean to tell me my food has been ready this whole time and nobody called me? This has happened multiple times. This isn't the type of service that I receive at other Chick-Fil-A's so this location is the bottom of the barrel of the Chick-Fil-A's to me. I'm now at a point where I don't even like to go there anymore, at least not as often as I would if the service and the food were much better. The last straw is when I ordered Chicken Minis on 2018-07-03 at around 7AM. I've always had fresh food from Chick-Fil-A. My chicken minis tasted old if not warmed up. They were definitely not fresh. I stopped here today for lunch. Although there was a line in the drive thru, it moved quickly enough. I noticed that there is no indoor seating at this location. However, there is outdoor seating with a walk-up window and restroom. This doesn't bother me, as I usually never eat inside fast food restaurants. I come to Chick-fil-A because I usually get good service and they provide gluten free options which I really appreciate. I stopped by this location because it was on my way home from work. I ordered a gluten free bun with no cheese on my sandwich. When I was waiting in the drive through I could hear their staff swearing, constantly using the N word over and over and they talked about me and what I ordered. I heard the girl standing next to the drive thru window yell to another coworker, "Why did this stupid b*tch order gluten free and no cheese!" And she continued to make fun of me. I even heard her say to just leave the cheese on because I was being picky. Sure enough when I got my food I had a big piece of cheese on it and I am horribly allergic. I work in customer service so I know that some things are out of the employees hands. I rarely ever complain because usually it has to do with the company or corporate, but the attitude the employees have is something they can control. I went on 2/28/20, my order was very simple and I was smiling at the employees and both the girl that was taking my order and the girl who was giving the orders out had a terrible attitude. I've done everything I can to like this Chick-Fil-a and give them a chance, but after being open for more than a year now, they just cant seem to get things figured out!! This is a fast food restaurant but the delivery of food to the customer once and order has been placed is any BUT fast!!!! The people cooking the food need to learn how to anticipate business volumes and already be making the food before it is even ordered. It's possible to do this and STILL serve completely fresh food!!! I've never had any interactions with any crew members that have been less than friendly and the food has always been delicious, but long wait times will kill your business as your customers will go someplace else that will serve them quicker!!! They will be annoyed with you if you check your order in the drive through and then they can't refund you for the missing item, should you be missing one, over the phone. You have to drive back from wherever it is that you came from. I'm sure it is something the POS system requires..but if that is the case...offer to refund the whole order for the inconvenience of having to waste the gas to come back and then back home again. read more
