This was our first time eating here and we weren't disappointed. There was a warm welcome as we immediately entered and the cashier patiently explained the menu. I had the lemon basil sandwich with grape salad and my son had (I believe it was called) the old-fashioned southern sandwich with pasta salad. There were so many options but we loved our choices. Everything was very flavorful and satisfying. It just gives me another reason to go back and try another flavored chicken salad! Yum!! read more

This is a good place to come for lunch. The cookies that come with The Chick are the bomb.com. I love that you can sample the flavors before deciding. My personal favorite is Old South (besides the tarragon one that was a limited time offer-bring it back please!) with the baked potato soup. (I find the pasta salad to be a little bland for my buds.) The one thing that makes it 4 instead of 5 stars is that there have been multiple times that they are out of several flavors when we come in. read more

Our first visit here, we ordered two sandwiches to go. We checked the order when we got home and to our dismay, one was just a scoop (no bread or topping). And the other one was a dry sandwich with skimpy chicken salad quantity, and the fruit mix in the chicken salad was uneven (supposed to have grapes and apples; literally had one apple piece in one bite, but there were plenty of grapes). It was fine overall. Not superb or worth the price. Will give it another chance probably but not anytime soon. read more

Place is very clean and well kept. I ordered the Egg Salad sandwich on toasted wheat with a Lauryn Lemon Basil scoop. It's part of a pick 2 combo, which I think is good for the price. The scoops come with crackers and the meal comes with a cookie. For the price I think you definitely get your money's worth! The egg salad could use some salt or a dip, it was pretty bland. I really enjoyed the taste of the Lauryn Lemon Basil. Had just the right amount of basil, not overwhelming at all. I would go back and get it as a sandwich. Walking in as a 6'6" big guy, felt a little out of place! But after 10 seconds, I got over it. Great environment, chairs and booths, nice decor, music in the background. Ordering was easy, not too expensive, about $8-9 each for sandwich and sides. Then the food came to the table...excellent! The people here are always friendly, and the food is great! I haven't had anything here that I don't like, but my favorites are Cranberry Kelli, Fancy Nancy, and Lauryn's Lemon Basil. The croissants are always fresh, and the sides are delicious. Soups, broccoli salad, and pasta salad are favorites, and the grape salad is more like a dessert. We tried a Melt today with Buffalo Barclay and it was a hit. Great place for lunch! read more

I ordered food through Uber Eats. I work off Southwest Fwy near Weslayan. I ordered the Cranberry Kelli chicken salad on croissant with a cup of soup (loaded baked potato). The cup size for soup is ridiculous. Ridiculously small. Smaller than a cup at Chick-Fil-A. OTHERWISE, the chicken salad was good. I like mine to be a little juicier - but it did have sliced walnuts (or almonds) and cranberries. Maybe they took the excess moisture from the chicken. But it tasted very good. The croissant survived the chicken salad - not too wet to make it all soggy which was great. The sandwich was tasty. The scoop of chicken salad was decent. I got a side of grapes and I love green grapes, so it was also good. I also requested an extra croissant - I love croissants. It was a nice size. The baked potato soup WAS delicious. SUPER delicious. Chunky potato. Chives. Melted cheese on top. Bacon bits on top the melted cheese. Delicious soup. Maybe that's why I'm upset the cup size wasn't bigger. I would give it 5 stars if they'd offer a bigger cup size for their soup. I also have not been to the location so I don't know how nice it is there (or not). Nor do I know if they have a baby changer available to parents (they should be in both restrooms, not just women's restrooms). Anyway, if I'm craving chicken salad I might order another type of sandwich from them. Price was okay. Not too crazy especially for the area. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the food! But it was packed well. The inside of the container wasn't all humid so the sandwich stayed mostly nice and dry (and not terrible and soggy). The grapes were big and juicy. The food overall, was tasty. I wouldn't reject it as a gifted meal :D read more
