Lately, I've been trying to cutback from eating out as much, as well as eating unhealthy. Sometimes, the cravings get the better us, and tonight I decided to treat my sister to dinner at Chili's! Going inside, the restaurant was packed with vibing tunes, people drinking at the bar, and fajita scents across the dining room. Tonight, we ordered 1x triple dipper with burger sliders, chicken crispies, and mozzarella sticks, and 1x grill house combo with ribs, chicken n bacon quesdillas, street corn, fries, and garlic bread. Moving on with my review, let me be clear, Chili's isn't the finest dining establishment (especially with the all salt and sugars packed in their food), but tonight was GOOOOOD! The triple dipper was great; moist bacon cheesey sliders, best mozz sticks of all time (cheese pull was unreal), and crispy/tender strips chicken crispies! The smokehouse combo was such a treat; ribs were nicely spiced, tender, and had a sticky slightly heat bbq sauce, bacon quesdillas with ranch (don't skimp out) were addictively delicious, and street corn had an awesome tangy and creamy combination of flavors! Moreover, our server was extremely attentive and friendly. Overall, if you're looking to treat yourself for something a little more indulgent than your typical dinner flare; we recommend giving this Chili's in Boca a shot! Final verdict 5/5! read more

Despite having a tiring day at work. I mustered up the energy to meet my family at Chili's for dinner and drinks. Located in West Boca Square, this Chili's was packed with people causing a 15 minute wait for our party of three. Once seated, out server handed all of us a menu and gave us some time to make our decision. When she came back we put in our drink order which was sprite, Don Julio Margarita, and Captain's castaway. Next was our food order...I wanted something light so I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad. One family member ordered a bacon quac crispy chicken sandwich served with fries, while the other family member ordered bone-in wings and Texas cheese fries. I thoroughly enjoyed the salad. It was packed with greens, corn salsa, diced tomatoes, tortilla strips, cilantro, and cheese quesadillas. Dressing was served on the side. My drink was refreshing though that Captain Morgan's dark rum was slowly creeping up on me. I can't speak for my family members who were talking so much and picking at their food like a bird, but they ate their full. One thing about me...when I come me out to eat, I'm gonna eat. This last week on Tuesday we went about 3:30. Seated in the bar area where us and only one other table had people. At the other table which had 3 guys, 2 Kids and 1 lady, one of the guys was screaming loud and cussing. I had to ask him to hold down his voice and the language. No one from the restaurant even approached him. On top of that experience, we ordered Chicken Crispers, they and the soggy fries were cold and we couldn't enjoy them. We have been Chili's customers for 30 years, but it will be a long time before we will go back..So sad! read more

We went to chili's for the chips and salas. To be honest we haven't been to chilis in years. Well we won't be going back. The server was very nice but the restaurant was empty. Kinda dark and dingy. My biggest complaint is that they have a computer on the table to order. Pay etc. there is also games. Very easy to use. But the one thing g you do not realize is that you will be charged $2.99. For playing. I asked the server why it does not tell you about the charge and his response was "that's how they get you" I called the manager and he could not come to the phone because he was cooking. We don't get here often however, this is one of the most consistent restaurant in the area. Christian the GM runs a tight ship. Our server Becky was great. One point of contention is corporate eliminated chili from the menu ! WTF isn't the name Chili's. This is like Mac D's removing the big mac. It's sad to say, but this restaurant needs better management as well as waitresses. Our waitress would leave us without checking in for a long period of time, so much so we arrived at 8:40pm and left around 10:30pm. The ambiance was OK, but only because it is rushed and fast paced. Service rude, always missing items ordering Uber Eats or to-go. Chili's employees don't pay attention to the orders. When dining in it is to not be a problem 10 yrs ago b/c we could just say, 'Ahhhh... we're missing this, we don't have that". When ordering online to-go or Uber, you're gonna have missing items every timtime. Odd, because I never get extra items, yet always being ripped off. Huh. Chili's is one of those restaurants that you can never go wrong with going to. They have one of my favorite restaurant food items the Triple Dipper. If your the type of person that loves variety you need to go to Chilis and pick your triple dipper out!! Another thing I love about Chilis is the chips and salsa, it seems like the chips always come out perfectly soft and crunchy. One of the things in my triple dipper was wrong but our waitress was very polite and got me the right choice instantly. I guess I got an quadruple dipper if you will haha!! From the big mouth bites, to the southwest egg rolls, and even the honey chipotle chicken crispers it is an amazing delicious meal. The southwest egg rolls with ranch on the side is something I would recommend if you have never gotten them before. I took my boys here to eat and it was a pleasure. Our server was very attentive and present. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very prompt. My boys got a cheese pizza with fries and the other got mac and cheese with mandarin oranges and broccoli. I got a lunch special that included loaded baked potato soup and a grilled chicken bacon and avocado sandwich Everything came out hot and fresh. The first bite was just as good as the last. My boys ate all their food faster than I have ever seen. The music was a perfect volume and the restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were well kept and stocked. We stopped by Chili's for Happy Hour. Clyde and I sat at a booth in the bar. It was pretty busy when we got there, but it thinned out while we were there. Chili's has a separate Happy Hour menu for food and specially priced drinks, including Margaritas. We ordered boneless wings and white spinach queso which came with chips and salsa. The food was very good. The tortilla chips were perfect for scooping up the cheesy queso. I ordered the presidente margarita, which came with a carafe of margaritas. The presentation was attractive. Our server was friendly and went out of his way to describe several items on the Happy Hour menu. read more

Food took very long. We did not see any managers just one lady that appeared to be very miserable and talking down to all staff members. When our waitress came back over she was clearly distraught and so were we. This should not be tolerated. Sage, our waitress, managed to not mess up a single thing in our order for our family of 12. She was always ready to help us at all times, and was the nicest waitress I have ever encountered. Boycott them please! I spoke to the manager 3 weeks ago about having my women's social group there for Nov. 12 at 6 pm. I spoke with the manager who assured me that he would arrange it and that I should call back the day before with an exact count. So at 3:30 pm today I called and the manager on call said sorry we don't do reservations and we have a major event happening tomorrow 11/12 so you would have to wait about 45 minutes or more to come in. How can they treat people like this? I had given them my phone number and they could have called to inform me weeks ago so that I could find another restaurant. The manager was rude to me . I am a good customer and my group of Lovely Ladies go out at least once a month for the last 8 years and we have never been treated so poorly as Chili's has currently treated us. So I know Chili's is a chain but we've been coming to this particular location for many years now because we live very close by. It was always a good standard and then for a few years it was not so hot. However, we gave it another try about a year ago and we're so pleased that we became regulars. We always sit at the bar and Ashley takes great care of us every time. I think my husband and I have tried just about everything on the menu now. Of course you can't go wrong with the burgers, my husband loves the sirloin and believe it or not the salmon is really good (the sauce is yummy). Ashley explained to us that a new manager took over and since then everything has been on point. We go a couple times a month since it's right across the street and we've never been disappointed. Chili's isn't a bad place to go for lunch. I enjoyed their 2 for one beers (Bud Light) even though they are only about 10 oz each. They bring the 2 for 1 out together. It works. I had the chili, a little heavy on the chili powder, but good nonetheless. It was topped with cheddar cheese and crispy noodles. I also had the boneless wings, quite delicious with house barbecue sauce, but you only get about 4 or 5 wings for lunch. Chili's is sort of a middle-of-the-road nice restaurant for a quick bite. Worst meal we have had in a long time. Mozz bites not cooked through properly, mozz was actually chunky instead of melted. Chicken crispers were half sauced, and the other half of the sauce was on the container, more than half of them still had zero sauce on them. Also no ranch to dip with, so the person making this clearly just did not care. The seafood alfredo was dry. Actually dry.....and gross. We asked for extra alfredo, and also were charged for extra, and there was next to ZERO ALFREDO on an ALFREDO PASTA DISH, I almost wanted to vomit, but instead I just threw it in the garbage disposal. Waste of money and time. They actually took the ice cream for the molten cake dessert and put it on the side of the bag so it leaked. They put the little ice cream container sideways, instead of just setting it on the top like a halfway normal person. What type of schmuck would do that? The big mouth bites were actually tasty. Pathetic. Everyone should be fired. They should burn this place down, and put a park there on the corner. Clearly they do not train people, and will hire any idiot that applies, and management doesn't monitor anything that it going on.
