    Chili's - Boca Raton
    Jo H.

Despite having a tiring day at work. I mustered up the energy to meet my family at Chili's for dinner and drinks. Located in West Boca Square, this Chili's was packed with people causing a 15 minute wait for our party of three. Once seated, out server handed all of us a menu and gave us some time to make our decision. When she came back we put in our drink order which was sprite, Don Julio Margarita, and Captain's castaway. Next was our food order...I wanted something light so I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad. One family member ordered a bacon quac crispy chicken sandwich served with fries, while the other family member ordered bone-in wings and Texas cheese fries. I thoroughly enjoyed the salad. It was packed with greens, corn salsa, diced tomatoes, tortilla strips, cilantro, and cheese quesadillas. Dressing was served on the side. My drink was refreshing though that Captain Morgan's dark rum was slowly creeping up on me. I can't speak for my family members who were talking so much and picking at their food like a bird, but they ate their full. One thing about me...when I come me out to eat, I'm gonna eat. It was an enjoyable evening with the family. Due to work and other responsibilities I don't get together with them often. Chili's was the place for a quiet vibe, good food & conversation, and refreshing drinks.

Loved this place growing up. But either I changed or the food did. It's a nice environment and great to meet friends to hang out a bit. But the food quality isn't really something to keep you coming back. The service of the staff was ok. We hung out and enjoyed talking.

It's sad to say, but this restaurant needs better management as well as waitresses. Our waitress would leave us without checking in for a long period of time, so much so we arrived at 8:40pm and left around 10:30pm. The ambiance was OK, but only because it is rushed and fast paced. I feel like I cannot enjoy my meal appropriately.

Chili's is one of those restaurants that you can never go wrong with going to. They have one of my favorite restaurant food items the Triple Dipper. If your the type of person that loves variety you need to go to Chilis and pick your triple dipper out!! Another thing I love about Chilis is the chips and salsa, it seems like the chips always come out perfectly soft and crunchy. One of the things in my triple dipper was wrong but our waitress was very polite and got me the right choice instantly. I guess I got an quadruple dipper if you will haha!! From the big mouth bites, to the southwest egg rolls, and even the honey chipotle chicken crispers it is an amazing delicious meal. The southwest egg rolls with ranch on the side is something I would recommend if you have never gotten them before. All-around Chili's is an amazing place, with good food, and a very comfortable restaurant environment.

There is plenty of parking in a charming plaza, and the restaurant sits right on the lake with beautiful fountain and water views. The restaurant itself is very nice, with great lighting, cute tables that each include their own personal TV, a stylish bar area, and plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Our server was great. I believe his name was Felipe or Philip. The food was also very good. Chips and Guac: Thin, crispy chips that were not overly salted. The guacamole was fantastic, with fresh pico mixed in and a true guacamole taste, not just mashed avocado. Pomegranate Chicken: My friend ordered this and loved it. It was served over couscous with a dipping sauce on the side. All of the flavors worked really well together. Steak Tips: Cooked perfectly and served with a salad. My other friend really enjoyed this dish. The meat was tender and flavorful. Kids Meal: Not pictured, but the chicken tenders came with fries. The chicken was grilled, which I thought was a great option. The fries were a hit with both the toddler and mom, who happily snacked on them too. I had a glass of Pessimist wine after asking for a recommendation for something slightly sweeter. It was the bartender's suggestion. It was just okay for me. I did not find it sweet, but compared to a drier red, it was definitely smoother and softer in taste. We really enjoyed our visit and spent some time walking around outside afterward. Such a cute spot, and we would definitely return.

Usually a restaurant like this would be packed. Once we got to our table there were flys everywhere. I think we saw about 5 of them on the table or against the window. The staff was actually nice and they did move us to another seat that had less flys, but I still saw one or two after eating. The food itself was ok. I got the fried chicken spicy sandwich and the chicken was not crispy and the fries were a little soggy. My wife got the terriaki tocos which were decent but the side salad was a little underwheling being that is was just pure lettuce. While the staff was very friendly, I can't recommend this place. The price was a little more than I would expect for the caliber of food and the flys are a big turn off. I saw bluelights throught the resturaunt, so I it seems like they are aware of the issue.

Keke's is a chain of breakfast and lunch restaurants that opened in 2006 and is based out of Orlando. They have grown to locations all over Florida. I have dined at their Boca and Winter Park locations before. In July 2022, they were purchased by the Denny's Corporation, but Keke's continues to operate separately from Denny's. According to their website, "Keke's Breakfast Cafe is dedicated to providing an outstanding breakfast; a meal where everything is handmade, using the best ingredients available, with fresh fruits and vegetables delivered daily, and using the highest quality bread and dairy products." They pride themselves on service, cleanliness, and quality, and that is what keeps bringing me back. This Keke's location is really bright and colorful. I love the pastel color scheme and Florida-centric theme. The Parkland mural is an especially nice touch. They have a large dining room and a few seats on the patio out back overlooking the waterway. Sierra was my server, and she was so sweet and attentive. I started off with some much needed coffee, which is great here. Bad coffee is a pet peeve of mine. Keke's has the sort of indulgent breakfast menu I love, with stuffed French toast and fruit-topped waffles and pancakes. If you are not into sweet, dessert like breakfasts, they also have a savory lunch menu with sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The entire menu makes my mouth water, especially the decadent stuffed French toast options. I ended up choosing the cinnamon apple French toast and made it a combo with home fries and bacon. Everything was perfection, but my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I ended up needing a take-home box. While I was dining, Sierra kept the coffee flowing and checked in often. If you are looking for both great food and great service, give Keke's a try. I am so glad to have a location closer to home.

The space is larger than it initially appears, and the wait ended up going by quickly before we were seated. Our server, Brittany, was excellent--she brought us water right away and took our orders in a timely and attentive manner. I ordered the chicken Italian panini and asked to substitute the kettle chips for a salad, but was informed there would be an additional charge of nearly $3. Other members of our party also looked into substituting sides (kettle chips for onion rings) and were told it would be a $4 upcharge--almost the same cost as simply ordering the onion rings separately. As a result, none of us made substitutions, which was disappointing given that the menu indicates side substitutions are available. Our food arrived promptly and was overall very good. That said, my sandwich was missing the pickle, and the kettle chips were a bit greasier than expected. Overall, this is a solid brunch spot, but be aware of the relatively high upcharges for side substitutions if that's something you're considering.

When you walk in, there is absolutely no explanation of how to order. No host, no greeting, no signage, no "order here" instructions. Nothing. The ordering kiosk is literally behind you. It's mounted along the window and wall on the same side as the entrance door, tucked back in the corner and completely out of plain sight. You don't face it when you walk in, nothing points to it, and there's no indication that it even exists unless someone else tells you or you randomly turn around and spot it. There is no human interaction at all. You eventually realize you're supposed to order from a computer kiosk you weren't meant to notice, and that's the entire process. Once you place your order, the service somehow gets worse. The food comes out very slowly, and not together. It arrives one item at a time, spaced out randomly. There are no napkins and no utensils available, so you're forced to keep asking just to be able to eat. Drinks are served in cans, and even then, I had to ask multiple times to actually get them.
