My daughters were craving for Chili's today so I ordered the Triple Dipper® meal for them. The Triple Dipper® had the following: 1 x NEW! Nashville Hot Mozz 1 x Big Mouth® Bites 1 x Ranch 1 x Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers® 1 x Ranch $18.39 1x Chips & Salsa 1 x Fresh Salsa $7.29 I ordered through their website so there's a rewards for free chips & salsa for new account. Their Fried mozzarella tossed in the Nashville Hot sauce were so addictive and delicious!! It also served with house-made ranch dressing. The Big Mouth Bites are mini cheeseburger sliders that featured bacon, American cheese, sauteed onions, and house-made ranch dressing on toasted buns. The beef patties and sliders were a bit dry but they were flavorful. The Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers were Hand-Battered chicken strips. They were tender and juicy with crispy exterior. The taste was so flavorful and appealing with a balance of sweet honey glaze and chipotle spice. It was a satisfying meal.

Not sure why others leave negative reviews, because every time I've dined at this location the food and service have been top notch! Today we had Taylor as our server and he was amazing from the moment we walked in. Super attentive, friendly, and really made our experience enjoyable. He even went above and beyond by giving me chips and salsa to take home, along with a drink. Definitely one of my favorite spots, and Taylor made it even better!

Went to Chili's for dinner with friends and had a fun time. I ordered the Old Timer burger with corn on the side--it was tasty and satisfying, though a bit on the oily side. Still hit the spot! The staff were super nice and accommodating, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was pretty loud, but it added to the lively, upbeat vibe. Great spot for a casual night out with friends, though maybe not ideal if you're looking for a quiet meal.

I ordered the BBQ ribs online and paid a pretty high price, only to receive what were essentially sauced bones. There was almost no meat on them at all. I understand that ribs naturally have bones, but this felt excessive -- it honestly looked like the meat had already been taken off. For the price, this was really disappointing. With a clear conscience, this shouldn't have been served or sent out to a customer. I've attached photos so others can judge for themselves. Would not order from here again.

Chili's doesn't take reservations but has a waitlist, so be prepared for a wait during peak hours. Make sure to check the current wait time on yelp. My group of six came in after work around 7:30 PM on a weekday, and we were pleasantly surprised--our wait wasn't too long at all! Once seated, our server was super attentive and took the time to explain the popular dishes and how the combo meals worked. I went with the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo, and honestly, it was the best decision. Perfect if you're coming in hungry--especially after a workout. I only made it through half and saved the rest for lunch the next day. I loved being able to mix and match; it's like a little BBQ sampler platter. If you're in the mood for a drink, do yourself a favor and try the Blackberry Presidente Margarita. It came in a glass with a mini shaker, and it felt like I got two servings in one--great flavor and value. The only downside (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was that service was a bit on the slow side, likely due to a few other large parties being seated at the same time. Overall, a solid spot for a casual group dinner. I'd definitely come back!

I ordered the triple dippers and the chicken tender combo. For the triple dipper I order hot boneless chicken wings, sliders, and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella was hot and had a nice cheese pull. The service was good tonight.

A few years back I used to come here on the regular. My daughter asked me to come with her so gave it a try. I tried a margarita, which back prior they used to have the best mango Margaritas, the one I got this time was too sweet and tasted like a non alcoholic beverage. I ordered the triple dipper with three different style chicken strips. They no longer have the original chicken crispers I used to get. The ones I received did not taste good at all, I actually took food home, which I normally always eat my food. We sat in the bar area, some customers just don't have any courtesy for other people or the staff.

I love eating here and usually come here to eat with my friends and family occasionally. The servers are generally very efficient and kind when taking orders from us. The inside is usually kept clean, and the decor is the same as always but still great. My go-to is the triple dipper, with buffalo boneless wings, big mouth bites, and honey chipotle crispers with all ranch. I love eating it every time and hope they never take it off the menu!

Came by for some lunch on a Sunday afternoon. There's plenty of parking so we found a spot right up front. When we arrived, we are seated right away for a table of two and then we took a look at the menus. We ended up getting a shareable fried mozzarella appetizer and the fajita tray. It looked really tasty and we loved sharing it. Staff was friendly and food service was relatively quick. Food itself was really tasty and hot when it came out.

There were some bites that were creamy and some bites that weren't. I honestly thought it could use more cream or butter to add some more richness. The pasta itself was al dente. There wasn't much flavor overall with the dish, and the mala was very mild (for reference, I can handle medium spice levels at other restaurants). The seafood quality was okay for the price. I got the Boba Bear Set $8.50, which comes with a drink and two house-made cookies, and my mom got their Tiramisu Latte $7.00, which is heavy on the coffee liquor, to be honest, but we had fun with it. The drinks are crafted beautifully, and with the open cafe concept, you can see they pay attention to the small details of their crafted drink menu. The house-made cookies that were a part of my Boba Bear Set are not to be forgotten. The cookies are buttery, decadent, and delicious; they are the perfect tea cookies to pair with! I can't wait to go back and try more of their fun drinks and maybe bring a study book the next time. For our main dishes, we shared the Chimi Wagyu & Frites $35.00, and the Fresh Avocado Toast $19.00. We both love eggs so of course we had to get something with eggs in our dish. My mom loved her avocado toast, and they were very generous with the avocado as well on there. The salad is a definite hit with us and included a great dressing on the side. The eggs were cooked perfectly on top of our toast and steak. The frites with my steak were crispy and seasoned well. I also loved the chimi sauce with my steak as well. The portion was huge so we were able to take some back home to enjoy another day. Mother's Day Dining Experience To the Management Team,…read moreI am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment this past Mother's Day. As a long-time fan of your restaurant, this was one of my favorite places to dine; however, my experience during this visit was deeply disappointing due to a lack of communication and poor service standards. My primary concerns are as follows: Limited Menu Communication: Upon arriving, I was disappointed to find a restricted holiday menu that did not include the dishes I had specifically come for. While I understand the need for a limited menu on busy holidays, this should have been communicated to guests waiting outside. Waiting an hour to be seated only to realize the items I craved were unavailable was a significant letdown. Inattentive Service: Despite the restaurant not appearing to be at full capacity, the service was lacking. My father's meal arrived significantly later than the rest of the table's, and basic needs--such as coffee refills for my mother and water for the table--were never addressed. No one checked in to see if we were satisfied with our meal at any point. Gratuity Policy: Regarding the 18% gratuity for parties of six or more, I completely respect the policy in principle. However, when the service does not meet basic expectations, being told I must pay a specific dollar amount--in this case, $40--feels intrusive. I am someone who genuinely enjoys leaving generous tips in cash to reward good service; being forced to pay a set amount for a subpar experience felt less like a gratuity and more like an unjustified surcharge. I believe your establishment is capable of much better. I hope you take this feedback into account to ensure future holiday guests receive the transparency and quality of service that originally made me a loyal customer.

Next time, I am definitely sticking to my favorite, the Home Style Stir-Fried Silver Pin Noodles, since it is way better. We both liked the Satay Beef Instant Noodle.
