The service is always friendly but the food quality has gone downhill. Last night, there was no mac n cheese. We got the pasta. My son said it tasted funny so we sent it back. The fries were good. I refuse to pay $20 for fajitas that aren't authentic Mexican. I normally get guacamole but I decided to use my bday dessert reward & call it a night. They are known for their margaritas. (Margs of the month) but don't have margarita salt or kosher salt. They use table salt, no good. The drink specials are the only reason I still patron Chilli's.

The 'bowl' I ordered for delivery from the Viera Chili's. HORRIBLE. CLUMPS of stuck together rice, two tiny pieces of avocado, no dressing, NO salsa, handful of lettuce and it was cold! I'll never order from Chili's again. clearly you think if the customer isn't in your restaurant to send it back, you'll just throw a bunch of crap Ian a plastic container and charge $18 for it. CHILIS IS SLIPPING. Shame on you. SMattes

Chili's Grill & Bar, 955 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, Florida 32935- 2-Stars (Chain Restaurant Rating) There is nothing worse than arrogance in the restaurant business. Chili's used to be a decent chain. I remember back in the 1980s looking forward to Chili's fajitas and burgers. As a teenager, it was worth the drive down to the Palm Bay location for some decent grub. What happened here? The day I went into the Melbourne Chili's, it had an abundance of disinterested miserable employees who apparently hate their manager. The restaurant was virtually empty. Only two tables were occupied in the bar. One waitstaff, Jennifer, was so contemptible I even felt sorry for her. I figure someone this glowering had bigger issues than I do. When I go to a restaurant I want to sit where I want to sit. Unless the table is reserved, where that is shouldn't matter. Occasionally I hear, "Well, that's someone else's section." So, adapt for feck's sake. Life is about change and adaptation. Eventually you've got to move out of mom's basement and head out into that big scary world. I ordered the 6oz Classic Sirloin cooked to temp, served with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. This should have been a solid satisfying meat-and-potatoes meal. It wasn't. The broccoli was stale, and the mashed potatoes were wallpaper paste. Quite frankly, I was shocked it was so bad. If the memory of this meal could be bottled up and used as Antabuse, I would never drink again. As I said, there was a time maybe 30 or 40 years ago, when a Chili's burger was worth traveling for, but I would make no such effort today. From the Big Mouth Burger's section of the menu, I ordered the Chili's Secret Sauce Burger. This burger was fine. Though it was composed of low-grade meat, someone in the kitchen knows how to cook burgers and saved this review from being a one star. As for the sauce, I'm pretty sure it is a secret because it is so disgusting. Chili's is embarrassed to tell you what's in it. The Big Boy says, "There is much better chain restaurant food and service out there than at this hash house."

Stopped in for a quick lunch and it was. The server was polite but we needed to ask for refills. Had tacos, burger, and fajitas. All came out hot and fresh. The chili side was more like a sloppy joe without the bun. The tacos were good and flavorful, burger serviceable and the fajitas pretty tasty. Not a bad deal for lunch during the week. In and out pretty quick. Give it a try. #kodiak_kuisine @kodiak_kuisine @yelpmiami @yelp #yelpmiami #yelpbrevard @yelpbrevard

Great local chain that I can always count in for good food. Great curbside for on the go as well.

I only used the drive thru and the order board had a lot of selections, and some prettt good descriptions of what was in/on the food items. Service: Was pretty disappointed with the service. After the girl took my order and I drove up, she literally opened the window and handed me the bag of food. She didn't say anything. I asked her if it was everything, and she said yes. Where is the customer service... how about "here you go" or "thank you, come again", or something. It's so rude to just hand the food and not say anything at all. Food: we got a few things to try: Burro Loco Dry Burrito - 3/5 This was ok ... I wouldn't run right back for this, but I still ate it. It was a good sized burrito. Had ground beef and chicken, rice, beans and queso. Carnitas - 3/5 These were just ok too ... the meat was on the dry side and the plate was full of more "filler food" than anything else. There were literally 3 types of onions on the plate... white slivers, red pickled, and chopped onions as a garnish with tomato and lettuce. I don't even really like onions. LOL! The plate also had rice and beans, a dollop of guacamole, a couple radishes, lime slices, and came with 3 corn tortillas on the side. Queso and chips - 5/5 loved the queso and chips, but it was a pretty small serving. Also, we tried to order tamales but they were out of them. Overall: I would come back with other people if they were coming and try some other menu items, but not sure if I'll be back for take out again.

Tijuana Flats falls into an interesting category of not fast food and not sit down. In 1995, Brian Wheeler--at the time, just a taco-loving college student--borrowed some money from his dad to open the first Tijuana Flats in Winter Park, Florida. It has since grown to 123 locations in four states, three of them in the Melbourne area. In addition to their quick casual food, they have a large assortment of fun hot sauces of varying intensities you can sample at the hot sauce bar. Find one you can't live without? You can purchase one or more bottles to bring home some heat and spice up your life. Jovi is our food facilitator, and she is wonderfully charming and helpful. If you are tired of burgers and want some exciting great tasting food, I'd advise you to try the following: Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl with well-seasoned sauteed shrimp, cilantro lime rice (cooked correctly), black beans, poblano peppers and onions, corn salsa, garlic lime sauce, guac, queso fresco, cilantro cabbage and pickled red onions. A truly delightful offering. Cheesy Steak Flautas, two lightly fried tortillas with marinated steak, fajita pepper and onions, garlic lime sauce and cheese. Served with queso, pico, guac, sour cream, and jalapeños. A dish that was prepared quickly and tasted great. The Big Boy says, "Craving fast Mexican? Forget Taco Bell, run to Tijuana!"

Overall the experience was stellar. Service is fast. Prices are very fair. We would come back anytime.
