Came here tonight and did the three for me deal I had the blackberry tea. This was super refreshing light and had a subtle berry flavor. I got the house salad with ranch absolutely love Chili's ranch- my favorite. For the table my friend also got the three for me deal and got the chips and salsa ( bottomless and so tasty) . I got the chicken crispers they were crispy and delicious. The staff here was very quick attentive filled our drinks multiple times. Overall really yummy experience and a great price to match. My family loves Chili's. We went here for my birthday dinner a couple years ago and had a great time. What did we do this year for my birthday? Head to Chili's. We arrived around 4:45 on a Friday evening and there was already a good amount of people there. The bar was completely full. Luckily, we were able to be seated in a booth immediately. One of the best things about this meal was the quick service. Everything came out quickly. Our server was prompt and attentive. We ordered our drinks quickly--they came out quickly. We didn't hesitate ordering our food--those came out super quickly. Before I get to the food, I want to mention the negative of this experience. Our server asked us (this was before we even ordered our drinks) if we wanted chips and salsa. Normally, the bread and butter or chips and salsa at restaurants is complimentary, and it's automatically brought out to you; you're not asked if you want it. However, when our server asked us if we wanted it, I knew something was up. I even said this to my family; don't be surprised if you see chips and salsa on the bill. And I was correct. It was around $6-$7 for it! The fact that the chips were too salty and the salsa had no flavor or substance adds insult to injury. Unless you're absolutely starving, decline the not-free chips and salsa when asked. This negative honestly didn't do much to bring down this entire review because the quick service and delicious food made up for it! I've been seeing so much about the Triple Dipper everywhere on social media, so TRUST I had to try it for myself. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, bbq boneless wings, and chicken crispers (chicken tenders) for my three options. Excellent choices if I do say so myself! Everything was just like how you'd expect. The cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was just like how you see on social media--there was a LOT of cheese lol. The chicken on the inside of the crispers and wings was juicy, and the bbq sauce had a little tang to it that I enjoyed. My mom ordered the Santa Fe burger and she really enjoyed it. I can't remember the exact name of my dad's burger, but his had two patties on it. He's not one to not finish his meal but even he said he was getting full when he still had a couple bites of his burger left! My brother also opted to get some chicken crispers and he got a combo with sauces and a side of Mac and cheese. He loved everything as well. One of the things we kept saying was that our plates looked exactly like what was shown on the menu. It's not every day where that happens--especially at a chain restaurant like this one. My mom and I also ordered their $6 lemon drop cocktails and those were a great drink for the price! You can't get many drinks for $6 anymore, so I highly recommend ordering one if you like lemon drops. Last night was our first visit to a Chill's restaurant and we were underwhelmed. I ordered the Original Trio, my husband ordered the prime rib steak. Mine was spitting grease all over my bare legs as it arrived to the table and very over cooked. My husband's steak was thin (advertised as thick) and again over cooked (medium rare was requested) services with soggy broccoli and mashed potatoes. If you like greasy over cooked fried foods this is the place to go but not for us. We would never go back. read more

Went here for a 2nd visit in 2 days. Ordered a steak medium and a bacon cheeseburger well done. The steak was rare and had to be sent back. My burger was pink not well well done liked I asked. Had to send it back. The loaded potato soup was so thick the spoon stood straight up. Got my redone burger and was pink. Management can over and asked if we wanted a dessert on them. We said no thank you. Got the bill and was over. Charged for 2 steaks. I won't be back anytime soon. The manager said sorry because they had new peoples in the kitchen. My lady and I decided to try Chili's 3 for me deal for $10.99. We both had the Old Timer's Burger, unseasoned fries (we asked for them specifically), she had the side salad, I had the chips and salsa and our soft drinks. My lady's side salad was meh, nothing special, however, the chips and salsa were great. Both of our Old Timer's w/cheese were outstanding, they were juicy, and I would guess about a half pound of meat. They came with the standard lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mustard and mayo. The mountain of fries were hot and crispy. Note: I ate approximately half of my fries before I realized, I'd better get a pic before they were all gone! The service was great and our server, a young kid (sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember his name) was awesome and attentive. Overall, the bill was $22 + tax and then we left a generous tip for our wonderful server. My lady and I discussed that when we do this again (and we will for sure!), we'll order just one meal and spilt it as we both ate only half our burgers while we were there at Chili's and took the rest home with us. Great job Chili's! One quick note, we stopped in about 11:30 AM and it was only approximately half full which is amazing given that it's the peak of Snowbird Season. read more

The food was good, but the service really missed the mark. Our server barely checked on us--we didn't even catch her name because she spoke to us so little. We ordered chips and salsa, and she let the basket sit completely empty. She clearly saw it was empty but never offered a refill. When our food arrived, she checked in maybe three times, but only to quickly ask how everything was--she didn't really wait to hear our responses. I needed a box and wanted to ask for some chips to go since we never got a refill, but she just dropped off the box and walked away before I could even say thank you--and then never returned. After waiting about 10 minutes with no sign of her, we finally went up to the hostess stand to ask for the to-go chips ourselves. That's when our server suddenly looked concerned and asked if everything was okay, like she realized she hadn't been doing her job and was only worried now that we were talking to someone else. I said yes and asked for the chips, but it was pretty obvious from my face that we weren't happy. Despite the lack of service, I still left a generous $5 tip for the minimal attention we received--but honestly, it wasn't deserved. I love this Chili's location. I come here regularly while my child is in gymnastics practice down the street. I always sit in the bar area. The bartenders recognize me and always treat me great. It's obviously a chain restaurant so nothing I can say about the food that you probably don't already know. The inside is always clean and the people who work here seem to care about the patrons. Parking is easy. There's a large lot. I just wish there was some shade and maybe some EV chargers. If you're looking for a good chain restaurant meal or bar you won't be disappointed here. read more

For being severely understaffed, they are doing a great job! Everyone is very friendly and the chaos doesn't phase them! We went in to try the new Mac and cheese and that was the most disappointing part of our lunch :/ Sadly, it was left over and reheated. I went to this Chili's to enjoy wicked margaritas with friends. The hostess added us to the waitlist and let us know it would be a 20 minute wait and they would send us a text when the table was ready. I revived a text saying we were on the wait list. Since we had a group of 7 we stood outside as to not block the doorway, but close enough to the window so they could see we were still there. We waited 20 minutes and I went inside to check on the waitlist. The hostess said "oh we texted you and you never came up so we gave your table away." She then went on to gossip with her coworker and ignore me. I stood there confused and showed her my phone didn't get a text message at all. She said "yeah we already gave your table away so it's gonna be another 30 minute wait." She then proceeded to gossip with the other hostess again. I was pretty upset, the manager came over and apologized but those hostesses need some customer service practice. Absolutely embarrassing. We ending up having to go to a different restaurant so we would be able to make our movie. I wouldn't have left this review if those girls weren't so ignorant. DO BETTER! read more

We kept it simple for date night and stopped in here on our way home from the movies. We love Chili's, but hadn't been to this location since we moved to the area. There was a monsoon storm rolling through with wind and rain, we were able to watch the storm through the large windows we were seated near. I ordered my favorite dish, Chicken Rancheros Tacos, they did not disappoint, everything tasted so good. I can't remember the name of the drink I had, but it was very satisfying. I forgot our server's name, as this visit was almost two weeks ago. She was pretty attentive, walking by regularly. My husband had his usual Fajitas and really enjoyed them as well. He enjoyed his beer too. My favorite part of the visit was being able to watch people and traffic go by, with the storm in the background. It was super relaxing, almost mesmerizing. We go to Chili's all the time and have been to most of the locations around the valley and this one is hands-down, the best location. They really have a great staff with Lexi, Rick and Kyle being our favorite servers. The manager David is awesome. Very friendly atmosphere and while the restaurant is older, it still looks pretty good. My only gripe isn't just for this location but all Chili's in general. It is really frustrating not having the salt and pepper on the tables. It wastes so much time having to ask for it and wait to eat your meal. Our favorite servers remember to bring it when we come in but if we have to get a new server who doesn't know us, it sucks to have to ask for them. Oh yeah and the margarita grilled chicken sucks now with your new protocol on making it. Other than those things, we just love Chili's. It's been my favorite restaurant since I was a child. read more

Patti, at the Stapley & Baseline location, is by far the best waitress with the best positive attitude, attentiveness, friendly, fun spirited, knows her stuff, gets best deals and is just a joy! No matter what she's going through she still shows up with a smile. We have come back repeatedly the last 2 years since we first came in and have chosen to dine there at times just because of Ms. Patty. We absolutely love her. Ms. Yolanda is also our favorite hostess who also has a great positive attitude, friendly, attentive and always remembers us and our favorite waitress. Literally everyone there is great, but these 2 ladies are awesome individuals who deserve recognition, praise and raises! I am completely serious. The food was amazing, and the restaurant was well cleaned. However a worker named "Lanette" or "lennete" was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, and acted entitled towards my family. Every other worker in the restaurant was super professional, smiling, and had a great tone of voice, anytime we heard from them. Let's just say after going to Chili's over 10 years I have the most unpleasant experience ever at the Chili's restaurant on Signal Butte and baseline in East Mesa Arizona 85212. After having two young men constantly swearing since my wife and son and I sat down and then not only did they have their radio playing with some stupid music they were sitting there vaping as well. I asked the manager to please resolve this and she was being so nice to these gentlemen saying you know gently you probably can't do this you shouldn't do this you shouldn't do this and I asked him nicely to quit in the next thing I know they're threatening me to knock my teeth down my throat and I said are you kidding me I'm a United States Marine corps veteran the man next to me should leave. I'm filing a formal complaint against Chili's for this actions tonight. I almost couldn't believe the manager was siding with the two 25-year-old young men cussing at me and my wife and the bartender when I was trying to be cordial to both of them twice. read more

The fries also were good (though at Red Robin you get endless fries...here it was just one serving). My wife got fajitas and insisted I try one. I must say that I didn't really like it. Not sure why. I do like fajitas, but something about these just seemed flat. Almost stale. Lifeless. I was a bit surprised, actually. After being a fan of Chili's for years now this location was one of the better locations. We came in for a late lunch / early dinner. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos that were excellent the shrimp were grilled just perfect and the rice and beans were really good also. I kind of wish the shrimp were a little spicer but I guess that's the latina in me. We also ordered the steak and chicken fajitas the strips of steak were very tender and flavorful to wash all that yummy goodness down a margarita that was chilled to perfection. We frequent this Chili's for easy, good tasting food. But I have never written a review for it. Most of the time the food is good & sometimes it's made super quick & it tastes like it. The service is always good especially when provided by Dylan. Not every one of their waitstaff is great but Dylan is wonderful.
