I come here about once every two weeks and it's amazing their previous night manager was super helpful and one time they got my order wrong and he completely fixed everything, brought me the food himself to go over it and apologized, amazing customer service from him and this last time was just a bad experience, I ordered to go the male worker was extremely nice, acknowledged us and helped us but I unfortunately needed a remake on my bacon quesadilla because I didnt know it had chicken and wanted no chicken, he took it back and had it remade but everyone else, useless, I believe one was even a new female manager, I got my food waited because they took my sauce and she came out with another worker doing something on the register we were waiting at and completely ignored us, didnt ask if we needed help, didn't even look at us,, HORRIBLE SERVICE ESPECIALLY BY A MANAGER! I arrived at this location around 4 pm on Labor Day, it was not busy and we waited maybe 10 minutes. After being seated and placing our order the waitress visited every table but ours. we had to have another waitress find our waitress to order chips and salsa. There were at least 4 other families that arrived after us and were seated and had their food before we got ours and all we ordered were hamburgers. Finally, I had enough and decided to leave and all of a sudden our food was ready after about approximately an hour. I spoke with the manager about how I did not understand how all of the individuals that arrived after us had been seated and received their food before we received ours. He had the nerves to ask how long did we have to wait everyone knows that they log in your name and party size so they knew what time I got there. I have never received such poor service and is seemed as if the really did not care if I stayed of left the facility. I have never walked out of a restaurant before and will not go back to this location again to be treated so poorly and disrespectful. Maybe they should take notes from Starbucks and teach their employees race biased training on how to treat individuals of different races. I truly believe that I was treated bad because of my skin color, I truly do not want to believe that in 2018 people will treat you bad because the color of your skin. Where do I even start. Myself, my boyfriend, our one month old son and our 2 friends came to eat around 8pm. We were seated and our waiter came to get our drink order. When he brought our drinks he asked if we were ready, which we weren't, and we asked him to come back in 3 minutes. Needless to say we waited another 20 minutes for him to come back. We ordered the 2 for $35 that comes with the 2 margaritas, appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. We ordered the 2 salads for our appetizer and we waited another 20 minutes for those. Our margaritas, which were full of melted ice, came after that. We commented on the time it took for the margaritas to come and the waiter never commented. We waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for our entrees. We then told the server that we were not happy with the time management of our visit and he gave us a couple of excuses (he had to come back to get our order, there were only 2 servers) and said he would get the manager. LOL! That was a joke! After almost finishing our cold food, the manager came and asked what we wanted him to do. While we express our dissatisfaction and he was not willing to do anything for us...not even give us an apology! And his employee was behind him talking crap to us and the manager let him. We then declined our desserts and told him to take them off of our bills because both servers kept coming in and out of the kitchen with different people, looking at us and laughing amongst each other...we weren't going to eat another thing out of that kitchen. The manager was completely disrespectful and unhelpful...and his employees followed suit. We then waited another 40 minutes for our check because they were all too busy pointing and laughing at our table. We all left angry with our blood boiling....not because of the time management of the food anymore...but by the complete disrespect and unprofessionalism by EVERYONE in the restaurant. Ive been coming to this chilis for as long as i can remember. Today i made a mobile order roughly around 4:30 and ordered crispy chicken tenders, and sadly, its not what i got. I got soggy chicken tenders. i find this to be an issue because i got it while they were only allowing take out orders, meaning nobody else was at this chili's except for the employees. i arrived 15 minutes before my chilis app said my order would be ready for pickup understanding that i would have to wait, yet the nice lady at the counter was already there with my order. i find this to be an issue because if they were not busy at all, why did i receive soggy chicken that was supposed to be crispy? almost as if i was given a previous customers order that had been canceled. the reason i did not return was because i had already gotten home which was a 10 minute drive away and did not have time to drive back and forth. am not sure if i'll return to this chilis. would rather drive longer to the chilis a bit further away as long and they correctly prepare my order. read more

Every time I have ever been to chills the service has always been different . There is no consistency with the quality of service this restaurant provides. Although there have been occasions where I have gotten good to great service at this restaurant this last time I was here the service was mediocre at best. If it wasn't for them having a really good buffalo chicken salad I would consider not visiting as often. read more

My family and I love Chili's and have always gone there and have found that they are uniform in taste, quality, and service in almost every location. Except in MoVal. The last two times we went, we have received poor service at the MoVal location and the last one pushed it over the edge. The waitress dropped the food, and then they double billed us and then comped us but included the double billed burger. The food was overdone and all the old flavors were cut out. It's turned into some type of recessionary nightmare. I think Chili's has lost their quality of food, prices, and service (at least in MoVal) and has lost a whole family of customers. read more

Went there for dinner with my family. My husband got up to use the restroom and then decided to step outside for a bit. Then in the middle of the meal the waiter walks up to us and rudely asks if we were paying cash or credit. I said cash and he came back and dropped off the check without saying much. We finished eating and I started worrying about my husband not being back yet. 30 mins passed and I decided to pay and wait for him outside. To my surprise when I walk out, there he is. He's said that since it was pass business hours they wouldn't allow him back in. I asked the manager and she said according to policy "for security purposes" they can't let no one in after 10. I understand doing that to a new costumer but my husband had his family inside and half his meal waiting. What was he going to do? Steal a steak?! They ruined our family night out. On top of that the manager was very rude and unapologetic. There isn't a sign anywhere where it states that if a paying costumer steps out "after business hours" he won't be let back in they should make some of those if they're trying to continue to reinforce this rule. I honestly felt discriminates against, we were not the last table there, they had more costumers coming in even 30 mins after we arrived. They were certainly not rushing them. I was so angry because I sat there waiting for my husband for 30 mins all while he was locked out waiting for us. Luckily I had money so I decided to pay or else I would have waited longer for him. Worst first impression of this place. First I show up with waiting about 5 mins or more with no host. Eventually a woman showed up and was nice and sat us down. Waiter Daniel comes by grabs our drinks and appetizer order. A few mins later my husband orders his meal with the steak medium. We finished our chips and guacamole with watered down salsa and still no entrees. Our food doesn't show up for about 35 mins with his food cold and steak completely well done. My food was good and semi warm. He sends his steak back, the waiter never asked to take his plate back but asked him what he wanted to do with it. We asked for a manager and she was nice and apologized, she did not inform us about the food being comped off the bill, she just asked if she could get any more food for us which at that point was useless. So our AAA experience came when we ordered 2 hamburgers to go, Eric's favorite menu item. First thing I noticed pulling into the parking lot, we got a special parking space.
