I don't really like eating at Chili's but I like coming here for their drinks. They have a nice bar in the middle of the restaurant and the bartenders are always nice and make a good drink. Cocktails costs around $8 while a tall glass of beer is $6. Overall, not too bad. read more

I am not a big fan of Chili's due to previous experiences with salty food. This time I had no choice but to give it another try since I received $40 in gift cards from Budget truck rental for simply using a MasterCard during my move. Once again Chili's did not fail to disappoint with its mediocre food. We ordered the trio fajitas, the steak and shrimp at the bottom of the fajitas were extremely salty along with the vegetables. I like Chili's and chains in general- I travel a lot so it's nice to know what you'll get. So when I saw some of the low ratings, I was surprised. Now I know why. Mediocre service, long wait times. The hostess ended up taking my food and drink order- no idea where my server was. When my food did come, I thought a runner brought it out. Turns out that was my server, he never introduced himself. I was dining alone hoping for a peaceful lunch but was sat across from a both with two adults and 5 small children-- ugh what a nightmare. One kid kept shrieking, another kept getting loudly reprimanded for turning around. I came in for a late lunch there where plenty of empty booths I could have been sat in. We order half order wings, egg rolls (my favorite), and nachos with steak. The nachos came out differently than I thought it would look. They were chips were topped individually with steak, cheese, and jalapeno (like 8 chips). I opted for the guac (additional 99¢) with the nachos, and it was worth it. Good bar food. We always have a good meal here. We usually get the 2 for $20 special and we get an appetizer, and two meals from the "lighter side" 2 for $20 menu for less than a burger, coke and large fries. My family and I were trying to figure out our orders when one of the girls from the kitchen brought us our food. We asked which burger was well done she grabbed my burger bun and flipped it and had a little bit of attitude with her response. We went for a birthday. Had 15 people. They don't take reservations, but they take call aheads. We had called earlier that day, so when I for there they put our name down. We only had to wait 20 mins for them to clear a table. We had probably 4 servers, and all were great. They were very fast and efficient. We all had separate checks, and the checks were all correct! I was very impressed with the kids menu. Everything was just under 5 bucks, including drinks... My nieces eat a ton and they both had left overs because there was so much food. I come here almost every weekend during football season and at least 2x a month off season. The servers are always great, especially Heather, Josh and Nicole. The consistency of food has been going downhill for a while now. The past 2 times I have had to return something to the kitchen because it tasted bad or wasn't cooked properly. Haven't been to Chili's in a while decided to try it out big mistake. It took an hr to be seated the wait was all due the tables being dirty. Due to the pandemic staff is understandably reduced but they have 1 staff member doing it all. The hostess was in charge of seating guest cleaning the tables cleaning the menus organizing the areas after guests. The hostess also was cleaning the bar area tables. The whole time I waited to be seated I seen servers walking around the bartender was cleaning the bar top multiple times in the same spot trying to look busy. I asked to speak to the manager Karen to inform her she is failing her employee as a manager. She went to the wrong table and finally made it to my table and so I was able to see where root of the problem was poor leadership. The manager does not even know her seating arrangements she is allowing her employee to drown. The server wasn't that good either I was brought my entree before my soup and she asked me if I received my soup yet. That made no sense do the servers have help and not the 1 hostess doing it all?? Went there for my birthday on December 22 2016. I forgot our servers name but he was not friendly at all. I know it's the holidays and people might be tired or annoyed, but he seemed like he was in a really bad mood. Only came to our table a total of 3 times and seemed like such an inconvenience when I asked him to bring me a part of my meal that he forgot to initially bring. My sister asked him if they do anything for birthdays and he said yes we'll do that at the end and then never did anything. I hated the service so much that I didn't want to ask again for the birthday special and force them to do it, I just wanted to leave. I get it's a chain restaurant and you shouldn't expect much but come on, don't just reheat and serve the food (which I think they were doing since our food came out super fast). The waitress we had was super nice and friendly, but it took her forever to get me something I requested (like water or hot sauce). I really like Chillis but was appalled at our most recent visit. The head honcho yahoos have come up with the most ridiculous campaign. They have 2 new add-ons to their menu. You can now pay extra for "natural" beef OR cage free eggs, which in most cases is all hype. First off let me just start with wow i have bin going to this chilli's for years and have never had a bad experience like i did today first they said the wait was 30 min waited a hour with my 5 year old being hungry...and im not one to complain but i want to share this cause i am upset...after being seated for 15 min plus we saw no service for our table so i got up to ask if we can be helped...as soon as our server got their we ordered drinks and our food after that waited another 40 to 50 min to get our food with our waiter not even coming up to us to see if we are ok...when we finally got our food it tasted all rushed and it was cold plus my meal was wrong....i think it was the manager that brought our food some guy with glasses i told him it was wrong he said he would fix it after waiting i just ate my food and later told the server it took so long to fix it that when it was fixed i just took it home cause everyone in my party was done eating...it was just a horrible experience i am very upset ...i dont want this to happen to anyone else...and the hole time i was their was never rude to any employee even though i was very upset read more
