This location has raised the bar over some other locations as far as I'm concerned. My son and I ate there on a Thursday evening slightly before the 6:30-7 pm dinner service. I was very pleased. The hostess was very pleasant and seated us immediately. Almost immediately, the waiter came along and took our drink and appetizer orders. he was very professional, pleasant and knew what he was doing. The appetizers were brought to us within 5 minutes and seemed freshly made. It was the usual chips n salsa but to our delight was seasoned perfectly and the salsa seemed quite fresh. Our food order was brought to us within 12 minutes and was cooked to order. The ingredients seemed fresh and our meals were quite tasty. I ordered a salad with chicken, the salad was crisp , fresh and the chicken was perfectly cooked, moist and tender. The waiter was attentive during the course of our meal checking on food quality and refreshing drinks ( if I could recall his name, I'd give him a shout out). Their new system of paying at the table using a modern point of sale combination entertainment/card swipe system is very convenient and easy to use. In the past at another location, I noted an additional charge for use of the console (apparently due to one of my kids playing some games) which to me was a negative up-sell. When i complained, the charge was immediately removed so the problem was very well taken care of. In this location, while my son did mess around with the console a bit, there was no such charge on the bill. I did notice that on our way to our table, a couple sections appeared closed as it was not very busy yet. When we left, the sections still appeared but closed but there was a number of people waiting to be seated. I think the front managers can improve their service in this area. Overall, I much prefer this location to the locations in Round Rock and Hutto. Very well done. read more

Time and time AGAIN this is the easiest location for us to go to, but the service is HORRIBLE- We thought it got better when the old GM left ..... but no- there is a female bartender that works days that is AWESOME -and 1 or 2 regular servers that are great - sadly over all its a FRUSTRATING experience to say the least 9 out of 10 times that we go here as a family our service is beyond FRUSTRATING - we are OFTEN left sitting with empty glasses, request for extra salsa aren't acknowledged, ...... food comes out incomplete or wrong, ...... we drive further to the Hutto or Round Rock locations just to get better service- it shouldn't have to be this way - we were told by some of the staff that things would be improving when the old general manager left and they got a new one - by the way WHY did y'all stop serving butter with the baked potato soup? - isn't BUTTER something u put on a baked potato? YES then WHY did it go away???? also - butter goes on CORN and Broccoli ....... but sadly ....not at Chilis anymore - THANK God there is a Panera Bread and Target next door so that WHEN we DO want butter we just go get it - but what a HUGE pain in the BUTT read more

The reviews of slow service or lack of staff were correct. We did come at linch time on the weekday, but it was surprisingly empty compared to other Chilis we go to. My wife mentioned the low average review score, I figured it can't be all that bad. We ordered Southwest egg rolls and turkey sandwich. Took an hour and a half to get our food. Food was delicious and hot/fresh, so it wasn't sitting under a heat lamp dying, just took the cooks that long to fry three egg rolls and assemble a sandwich. It's not the first, second, third time, this happens every single time I go there. Every time after 2-3 months without go because always is a bad experience. When you arrive there that takes at least 10 minutes for someone order a drink for you, than 10 more minutes to bring the drinks (from the bar), if you order appetizers that always arrives with the food, if you re order a drink that will show up after you already left the restaurant. I'm just writing this add because my last visit was a surprise, the waiter brought me some chips and red sauce, I didn't ask or eat, when the check came, they charged $3.49 for that. Ordered the onion blossom app. It was undercooked could taste and see the raw flour still on it. And worst of all it was literally 10 slices of onion and cost $7. Probably the equivalent of 1/6 of a whole onion. Ordered the burger to go and asked for medium. Clarified it multiple times. The burger was hammered beyond well done. And flat. Basically burnt. Ok maybe it is not fair to judge a place just after they opened. We went by on Sunday hoping they were open only to see a sign saying that employee training was in progress and they would open the following day. Let me backtrack a little. This has always been a very small town and only recently have we started to get upscale sitdown restaurants. This chili's is our first national franchise so expectations were high. Well maybe they should have spent a tad more time training the employees. Our service was so bad we could not get mad. It was so bad it was laughable! Seriously! I felt sorry for them. This had to have been the singular worst restaurant service I have experienced. For appetizers we chose the combo. Pick three of about nine different options. Then the manager appeared at our table to tell us - oops. They were sold out of one of the items. Would we like to choose another? So we did. Only to have her again show up and say that they were out of that also. At this point I was ready to just ask exactly which appetizers they did have available. So we waited. And waited. About this time my drink finally shows up. We get our appetizers order straightened out. Finally. Just in time for our entrees to hit the table. Then one by one the appetizers started to appear. Yes after the entree. My dinner salad also showed up. Should I say my additional dinner salad showed up? My friend ordered a tea for his drink. Pretty simple. Then he was given a second. Not a refill. His original order a second time. He decides to switch to a mango iced tea. Naturally what is brought to our table is a regular lemonade and a mango lemonade as they couldn't remember which he ordered. Correct answer, none of the above. He ordered a blackberry iced tea. By this time he had five different soft drinks in front of him. I guess they thought they would just keep bringing out one of everything until they got it right. The entrees were good when they arrived except for I had barely touched my salad and the remainder of our appetizers still hadn't arrived. I also guess they urge their servers to rotate customers as fast as possible. This is understandable. But when it is 9:30 at night and the restaurant will be closing soon is the right time to ask a customer if they want a to go box only minutes after they got their entree? Before we placed our orders we informed the server we had a coupon for a free dessert. She looked at it and made note on the order pad. While we were being rushed out the door after dinner I made a bet with my friend to see if she remembered the dessert. I bet no. He bet yes. He lost by asking her if she remembered we had a free dessert. She responded of course she didn't forget. She returned shortly asking to see the coupon and again asking what we wanted. I win!!! When service is impossibly bad you can't get mad. All you can do is laugh and feel bad for them. I hope they iron out all their mistakes. read more

The bathrooms here are disgusting! Don't risk it! Never paid much attention to the floor but the booth felt grimy and the window was covered in finger prints as well as the little Ziosk (device with games/menu/etc) I enjoy the chilis points quite a bit but I went today and was never offered napkins, to go box, or a refill. We gave them the benefit of the doubt while new, but we'll never go back. Our server must have forgotten to put our order in because we waited 45 minutes for our food before the manager showed up to say it had to be recooked. Our waitress never returned after taking our order. We had to beg another server for drink refills. I know this is a fast food place but the terrible service inexcusable. It's right around the corner from my house, but I won't go to this one anymore. Staff gets a drink and something 'to do' and takes over the booth by the bathrooms. It takes an extraordinary amount of time to even get drinks. Food consistently takes 30-40 minutes to come out. That's for 3 adults and 1 kid, Not even a big party. The kitchen has never run right at this location. Management is non existent. Frustrating experiences. Won't be back to this one. read more

Love My Chili's restaurant in Pville- Me and my boyfriend eat here regularly- like 1-2 times a month and me and my galpals like to come here for a happy hour beer on the weekdays occasionally. Have never had any real complaints recently- only when they 1st opened.. the service was SO SLOW then- but things have gotten WAY better! My most recent experience was this week, went with my Bestie during the week around 6:30pm to have a Large Draft Beer in the bar area. It's seat yourself in that area, so we found a tabletop and sat down. Thirsty and craving that cold refreshment, we unfortunately weren't attended to for about 5-10 minutes when FINALLY a waitress came and took our drink orders. Their drink specials during the week for Happy hour are pretty awesome- It was $3.25 for a LARGE mug of domestic draft beer or they also have $1.99 margaritas. We both ordered a large draft beer and I always ask for limes. The beers came right out and the waitress did me a HUGE favor by cutting up about 10 limes and bringing a bowl of them to the table- SWEETNESS (b/c I go through the limes..)! My friend had the Coors on tap and she said the beer could've been colder.. my budlight was just fine. I would suggest Colder mugs- don't know if they have a system where they can freeze the mugs so they are cold when they come out? Also, they have appetizers on special until 6pm for weekday happy hour but we barely missed that- we did, however,have a coupon for a free Appetizer if you purchase an adult entree- so she ordered her an entree for lunch the next day so we could take advantage of some Chicken & Beef Nachos while toasting our beers. We love the payment kiosk at each booth/table and you can split the bill 2 ways on those things! All-in-all, it took 5-10 mins to get our drink order in,but after that service ROCKED! read more

I've been a huge Chili's fan for well over a decade. Having a Chili's so close to the house I got excited as this used to be my all time favorite restaurant. Sadly, this establishment is a train wreck. The food comes to you late...sometimes cold and the drinks can take the server forever to refill. The food itself seems to have lost a step in quality. We've ordered appetizers before to never have them show up. We've had servers completely ignore our table...ordered beers and not have them show up. I hope upper management sees how horrible the reviews have been on multiple sites and take action. I've been there a total of 8 times and will not be coming back anytime soon. Sorry, chili's...you've lost this once long time fan to whataburger. Wow, I was really surprised to see such a low rating for Chili's. We've enjoyed it every time we've been. Sometimes the service is a little slow and tonight the server never brought our appetizer order of chips and salsa which turned out to be a good thing because we were stuffed! We ordered a beer and that's probably what helped fill us up so fast. We gave up eating meat last year so we're always on the look out for restaurants that have vegan or vegetarian offerings and we have found several at Chili's. I always search the various restaurant reviews for vegan mentions. We have found their Vegetarian Fajitas to be delicious and enough for the two of us especially when we order 2 extra sides, usually the steamed broccoli and the roasted corn. The fajitas have the usual grilled onions and peppers with the addition of cherry tomatoes, garlic slices and asparagus spears. So good! It also comes with a black bean burger and wedges of avocado. We also order the warm Paradise Cake for dessert to share and it was heaven!! read more

This location is really nice and new. Booths in good condition, nice lighting and tons of tvs! I had the nicest waitress I've had at any chilis. Their chips and salsa are so good and they even have a small selection of local beers at this location! Firemans 4 and 512 Pale Ale are what I remember. The kitchen needs to be inspected regularly. Two times and both bad. First time there was multiple dishes being served cold -- like a Klingon proverb about revenge. We stopped in here for dinner tonight. From the get go the serving teamwork was excellent with Amanda our server at the lead!! The only downfall was how long it took for the food to come out of the kitchen!! The servers kept apologizing for the delay and made sure the drinks were refilled. Just got done having a meal at the new chilis in pf. Its a beautiful restaurant, smaller than the tech ridge chilis & it has that new restaurant smell. We ordered the 2 for 20 meal and recd our app which was good (chipotle chicken flatbread), then we recd out entrees. Hubby ordered crispy chicken tenders and it was dismal. The chicken was way old and leathery, I couldn't even bite through a piece. His blue cheese dressing was not blue cheesey at all like it had been mixed with mayo or something. I ordered the sirloin steak light plate and it was good except it was a tad salty. If you can eat somewhere else, please do or go to the tech ridge location.hopefully this location gets it together soon. read more

I am giving this place one star because there is not a 0 star option. I live in the area and was excited ot see the place open. I have tried to dine or meet there 4 times now. The first time the bartender licked her fingers after cutting limes. Gross. She did it twice. And she and the other bartender were simply rude. Not unattentive but, rude. I tried it again and saw another bartender taking her bandaid off and sucking on her finger and then reaching for the food to hand to a customer. Arrgh. I took my Mother back one day and the service is just terrible. And the food was not very good at all. I was so disappointed. I spoke to the manager when they "forgot" our order and the manager did not really seem to care. I will not go back in this Chili's. I opt for the one at 35 & Parmer. Ok, this IS Chili's, so I'm not expecting a lot, but this place takes the cake. My husband and I went there a few weeks ago, and we were attended by so many servers we lost count, yet we could never find anyone to flag down. I know they're training, but the flocks of trainees hovering around was stifling. When we asked our first server how his day was going, his response was "meh." We didn't see him again. The steak was the most bland and soft I've ever had in my life, and our dessert came out no fewer than 30 minutes after we ordered it. One of our servers explained that the cook botched our dessert and she made him make it again after he tried to send it out to us. I appreciate her honesty, but we could stand to be comped for a cake that was still overcooked and bland after we waited half an hour. I also stopped by for lunch takeout the other day, as the burger that I'd had at another Chili's location was really good, but again, the burger was so bland I threw much of it away. (!!! I never throw food away!) If not the worst burger I've ever had, it was pretty close. The so-called "pepper gravy" provided for the mashed potatoes was reminiscent of... well... something I'd rather not think about while eating white gravy. D: Threw that out too. Bottom line: don't order any beef, or you will be disappointed. read more

Lots of problems here. First off, watch your step walking in. The floors are slippery. Second the bar area stinks like it was "cleaned" with a dirty towel and mop. The service was not great. It took 10 mins before our waitress arrived to see if we wanted anything to drink. Then once we ordered drinks we ordered an appetizer, which then came 5 mins before our meal. Some of the food that came out was cold and whatever you do don't get the top shelf enchiladas. Horrible! Our waitress disappeared often enough for our drinks to go empty on multiple occasions. On top of that, we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Oh, and be careful when u order as well; the menus were so dirty it's like some child ate all over the menu. I think its funny that when you read the comments on Chilli's, almost all of them start with...Gotta give them a second chance, maybe a third, maybe a fourth... I dont know... I haven't been to a chilli's in over a decade, no joke. IT has to do with.... well everything, food not cooked right, cold fries, bad service, long wait times for easy items.... anyway... I dont know why I agreed to go with Joy C. when she suggested a quick bite, moment of weakness I guess.... I wish I was still one of those people that had really low standards and didnt give two shakes of a lambs tail about pesky details like quality and follow thru with service. Some things at chilli's has changed, the decor is a little updated from the late 90's vibe, there are ipads at the tables to close out your tab or order more drinks, desserts or simply be online.... I guess they needed something to distract you from how bad they are doing.... This particular visit was a fast one, we were in there for less than 30 minutes, but in that time, I got cold fries, a no follow thru on a request of Mustard, from a manager mind you, and a over sized-should have been sliced up piece of chicken in a pretzel bun that fell apart as soon as I bit in to it.
