    Crispy Chicken Crispers Combo
    Chrissi A.

My fiancé and I visited last Wednesday night for dinner and everything was perfect. We sat at the bar, and even though there was only one bartender, she was super fast and friendly. I don't think I ever had an empty drink and our chips and salsa truly were bottomless. I ordered the chicken crispers with broccoli and macaroni and cheese, while my fiancé ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was perfectly hot and crispy. Hot tip: put your broccoli into your macaroni and cheese. It's divine. The atmosphere was exactly as you'd expect: not quiet, but not overwhelmingly loud. Everything was clean, and we left with happy bellies!

Took the kids here tonight before we're going to see a movie. We were seated promptly, and the drink orders were taken really quickly. I haven't been to chili in several years, so I went to my go to item of the Cajun chicken pasta. It was good just as I remembered it. The endless chips and sauce were good. The chips seemed really fresh and warm. The kids like their food one chicken strip meal the other got some of the boneless wings. We also got a half rack of ribs meal they were decent The server was decent. The waiter didn't come around much to check on us. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms both the men's and the women's were really not kept well. Definitely could use some attention in this area.

I returned to Chili's for the first time in over 15 years after meeting up with some friends for a snack and catchup. We visited between 7:45 PM and 9:30 PM on a Monday and went with the "Pick 3" combo with ribs, jalapeno cheese sausage, and chicken crispers. The crispers were good, though not quite as airy and crisp as I remembered. However, the sausage portion was disappointing, it seemed to be just half a link cut into small pieces. (see my photo). The ribs were a bit dry and overcooked, though the BBQ sauce helped. The fries were just as I remembered but a tad on the salty side. We also ordered the bottomless chips and salsa. Our first basket, after the top layer of chips was mostly crumbs, and while the second basket was much better with intact chips, it took 10 minutes to arrive. We had a hard time flagging down our waiter. As for drinks, the dragonfruit and blackberry margaritas were extremely sweet; I'd recommend asking for half the syrup. Service was mediocre at best; it was quite slow, and we struggled to get our server's attention for basic water and drink refills. When it's time to pay, they place a payment machine on your table where you self-pay with a credit card. There is also an option to join their Chilis rewards program. The restaurant definitely showed its age. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to Chili's in the future.

Positing an updated happy hour menu. Mon to Fri 3 to 6pm The drinks are discounted but no happy hour food.

My mom and I came here at 8:30ish on a Thursday. The restaurant had several people and a server greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were seated immediately and the table was clean. Our server, a man about fifty, welcomed us and asked if we wanted water or chips. The restaurant's bathroom was clean and it had an open kitchen where you could see staff was moving quickly and it was clean. We ordered a triple dipper with the sliders, chipotle mozzarella sticks, and egg rolls, and the fajitas. The sliders were good, a toasted bun, melty cheese, grilled onions. Eggrolls were also flaky and hot. The mozzarella sticks did not live up to the hype though. I didn't like the chipotle flavor and they were not spicy at all. They also got gummy after a couple minutes. The fajitas were very basic, nothing special not really worth the money imo. Overall, the food is basic but good, service was excellent, restaurant was clean

Honestly not too bad food and the service was good for me. I had low expectations and it was slightly better than I expected it to be. Not sure if it's worth the price though. The little devices at every table with the games and bill paying option are really cool. I guess it was on the salty side but I expected that so I was not surprised.

If I'm not looking for anything fancy, but want a meal that is fast and hearty, Chili's is my go to place! I usually sit it the bar section. Service is typically great! Food is consistently good. Most recently I got the deluxe chicken sandwich (with bacon and honey mustard) with fries and a side of chips and salsa. Exactly what I wanted! More than enough food (I went home with leftovers). I can't ask for much else than good food, convenient location, and great service!

Food was nice and a great price. However a LARGE but. I used my AI on my smartwatch to see if Chilis played football games. Therefore I eagerly went for the Thursday night football game. I even told the front person I needed a TV viewing screen seat. I said I'll be right back. Then lost my table to another guest. Finally I sit and order the $10.99 burger special. I told my server i was there for the game mainly. And gave her a 40% tip. I even offered to make her a $2 rose (origami style) I asked for a receipt twice. Then she asked me to vacate my tiny 2 seat table as they were busy and sit at the bar. I can't drink booze as I recently had a stroke so the bar was an UNcomfortable choice. So I left. As I left I looked inside and saw about 10 empty tables. No receipt! The only saving grace was the game was the lowly Falcons vs Tampa Bay and the food as always was delicious.

Had a really good experience here! The food came out fresh and tasted great. We got the quesadillas, loaded nachos, and wings with fries, and everything was really good. The service was friendly, and our food came out pretty quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely one of the better Chili's visits I've had. I'll definitely be coming back!

Delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger - cooked perfectly

It's been awhile since I've dined at any Chili's with no particular reason. Met up with a friend for a weekday lunch and had a wonderful dining experience from the friendly and attentive staff to delicious food. My friend ordered the lunch combo so it came with a burger and fries, chips and salsa and a beverage. The chips have changed (in a good way) since I last visited and addictive! Light, thin, airy and not greasy. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger and I have to say it was nicely prepared like a smash burger...crispy edges, nice char, yet juicy with great flavor. We were both pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the burger and lightly-seasoned, crispy fries. Service was excellent. Luis, our server was friendly, efficient, with plenty of follow up which is a rarity these days. The day manager, Roxanne even stopped by to make sure everything was okay. Really appreciate the customer service! No complaints and look forward to a future visit. Plenty of lot parking. Pricing for lunch with drink, tip/tax: $20/person

They gave us two cups of free tortillas, a self-serve, generously stocked salsa bar. The food came out pretty quickly, and that's when we realized just how much we ordered! Plates were huge and both the dishes came with beans and rice. The fajitas plate was $20.88 and could easily serve two people, it came with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomato slice, meat and veggies, and beans and rice. The chile relleno wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped, since it was drenched in sauce, but it did have a nice cheese pull. I noticed a lot of people getting takeout, and next time, I think I will do the same.

We came here before a concert because he recommended it, & was meeting him for dinner with friend's & couldn't get out of it. I'll give credit where it's due. The staff was amazing. Super attentive, friendly, and the ambiance was great. Easily a 10 out of 10 for service and vibe. Another clue the food was going to be awful was when I asked the waiter for recommendations and he just gave me a blank stare, like even he was trying to say, "don't eat here, no flavor." I should have known. But the food was a huge miss. Everything is overpriced, and they nickel and dime you for everything, even sauces. I ordered fajitas, and they came with broccoli, zucchini, and squash. That is not a fajita mix. Where are the onions and bell peppers? I don't know what the owner is going for here, but this isn't Mexican food. On top of that, 18 dollars for guacamole and chips? For what? I honestly don't understand how people hype this place up. If you've had real Mexican food, you're not coming back. Save your money. Save your time. And to the owner, what are you thinking? Broccoli and zucchini in fajitas? Those your recipes? 1 star I hardly take…read morethe time to write bad reviews. However the service here was so terrible. We started at the farmers market then three of us stopped in afterward and ordered the large fajita upgrade platter to share, plus drinks. We ended up boxing most of it to take home since we weren't very hungry, just enjoying the day and exploring local businesses. From the start, the tone with our server Felipe, felt off. We spoke to him in Spanish, and although he responded in English (which was completely fine) his demeanor was consistently unfriendly and dismissive. When we asked something simple "Do you have another spicy sauce?" his response was short and irritated: "It's already in the table." It set the tone for the rest of the experience but we never said a thing and continued our own convo. At one point, he came back when we had barely touched our food and asked if we wanted to order more food. The way it was said didn't feel like a genuine check-in; it came across as judgmental, as if we weren't ordering enough. It made the experience uncomfortable. That kind of pressure doesn't match how we were approaching the day. Toward the end, he dropped the check and came back almost immediately, asking if we could pay now because he needed to close us out before leaving. We understand that sometimes staff need to close out tables quickly when they're leaving. I got up, paid with Apple Pay, and he printed the receipt in front of me. I told him I would bring the pen back to the table. I returned to the table (because I don't like signing tips in front of a server), and the only thing left was adding a tip. We were still talking when he came back literally a minute after I said, "I'll bring your pen back," and interrupted again asking, "Did you sign it already?" I said no and asked for a minute. He responded, "I need it already, I'm leaving." At that point I asked why I was being rushed. He then said, "Well if you want to put zero, then just put a zero on the tip. I need the receipt," in a very aggressive tone. Right after that, he went to another table and was noticeably warm and apologetic with them. We experienced a completely different version of him. Another server later mentioned this wasn't the first complaint about him and agreed there was no reason to rush us -- the tip would have come regardless. I still tipped 20%. Not because it was earned, but because that's the standard I personally follow. Food was also not authentic so if you want great service and even better food, this isn't the place.
