I've had the spicy beef, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, regular tuna, spicy crab, and spam. You can order in person or at the kiosk and customize each gimbap with sauces, cheese, kimchi, etc. My husband likes their bulgogi rice bowl, it's a big portion and you can also get a sauce with it. As for their milk tea, I've had the taro and honeydew (my go-to flavors) with regular tapioca pearls and it's perfectly sweet, cold and delicious. Their dalgona latte has good coffee and honeycomb flavor. The couple that manages K-Town are so pleasant and polite. They are very patient and explain what you can get with each item. The wait time is about 10 minutes depending on how much you order (it's stated on the menu) because everything is made fresh. It's located in a mall food court so there are a lot of places to sit. I'm definitely going back and I may try their ramen or tteokbokki (and definitely at least two gimbap). I'm so happy there is a local Korean street food spot at Broward Mall. Our server was friendly, attentive, and efficient. We ordered a fresh roll and two different pho dishes. The food came out quicker than other spots that we usually go to. Even though they close at 9pm, they seated us at 830pm and didn't give us a sense of urgency to leave or rush us. The whole dining experience took 30 minutes. We didn't want to stay too long but we appreciated them letting us order our food and let us eat at our own pace. We left around 905pm. Next time if we are in the area and craving pho, we will definitely come back. The food was good but we got the impression that the flavor base leaned more toward Americanized than authentic.
