The girls here are RUDE and have no customer services skills in person and even WORST over the phone!!!!! Oh wait except when the BIG bosses are visiting. In which one time I heard a girl say "Oh take out the roses" as they are all frantically cleaning... So pathetic. They don't call you to let you know when your frames are ready for pick-up and clearly this staff doesn't communicate because you hear something different each time! It's like pulling teeth to get your order and when you do it's either not correct or scatched frames!!!! So annoying. I've worked in the corporate customer service industry for over 15 years and this place really needs to shape up or they're going to go out of business! Staff desperately needs customer service skills! They seem to be annoyed with any question, so don't even bother! Side note to the owner- Hire NEW professional ladies that are happy to have a job and don't look disgruntled all the time! The only good thing I can say is that the Doctors are AWESOME and they have a great selection in frames. Don't bother!! As many previous reviewers have stated, front staff is outright rude! I walked in about 15 minutes before they closed to pick up an order and it was very evident they wanted to get me out as soon as possible. Most of the lights were already off and staff members kept vacuuming around me. I asked for stickers for my contact boxes to distinguish between left and right eye and the staff member sighed very loudly, stomped off to get the stickers and made a big show of placing the stickers on the boxes. Geez sorry for asking for some customer service! Silly me, I thought that's actually what their job entailed - customer service! The doctors are okay. But the whole place smelled like old fish during my exam. I definitely will not be going back. read more

I have been a customer here for 18 years and never had a problem UNTIL recently and the problem is so bad that i WILL NEVER SET FOOT in this so called "business" ever again!!!!! They failed to let know that my insurance had changed and that i was eligible for new eyewear. They told me my prescription had changed and that I could bring in my unopened contact lens boxes to exchange for my new prescription, when I finally did they told me that I needed to pay a $40 fee just to exchange them, which I angrily refused because they are not offering me any service for this fee, also because I was never notified at my previous appointment that I owed such a fee. they just kept saying to me well it's in your chart, to which i even more angrily exclaimed means nothing to be as I do not get to see the chart. The girls that work there are clearly idiots and not college graduates and know nothing about business. the customer is always right!! and they did not act in such a way at all!!! read more

they ripped me off multiple times. the first time i went in, the took $150 off of my insurance and still charged me $200 for the lenses to have "blue light protection". then a few months later the glasses start falling apart and i'm within my one year warranty so i take them to get fixed. what's interesting is that those specific frames were "discontinued" and i had to trade them in for a pair of equal or lesser value. i can't find any glasses that look similar except a pair that are worth $150 even though the pair I owned were $300. when i explain that i don't want to lose value on my glasses, she had the audacity to say they're letting me switch the glasses out as a courtesy. they rip people off and you're better off getting your glasses else where. read more

like others have said, the receptionists are completely HORRIBLE. for people who are the "face" of the store, they should know how to treat people better. these receptionists are VERY, VERY, VERYYYYYYY RUDE and IMPATIENT. i cannot stress that enough. their attitudes are horrendous & i do NOT see why ANY of them are working at a job they seem to hate. i wish they would reconsider who they have at the front. i absolutely dread every time i have to walk through the doors and have to cross paths with them. read more

Dr Morris is attentive, informative and really takes his time with every patient. Staff here is friendly and the waiting time is pretty good. I make an appointment every time and my wait time is usually 10-15 minutes. They have a wide selection of lenses here but they can be a bit more pricey than other places. Place is clean but small. Office check up is $35 and good up to three months if follow ups are needed. read more

I went for my prescription, one of the girls was on the phone looked at me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Just kept on talking until someone else came up to the desk and helped me. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Morris for over 10 years. He is a great Doctor, however the front office staff is very unorganized and needs improvement in customer service. I have called on several different occasions and I'm placed on hold for long periods of time and have been told numerous times they can't find my chart. Isn't charting in some type of standard order? They may be losing 5 patients in the near future. read more

This place gets you in when your appointment time is scheduled but it is a zoo. They are highly unorganized when it comes to ordering glasses as well as picking up. THere is also no room in the display area. They have tons of CRAP everywhere!!! It makes it hard to shop around. read more

My husband daughter and I all had appointments. All went fine and we ordered 4 pair of glasses at the cost of over $450 dollars. Got our glasses about a week and half later. I wore my regular glasses that night and come to find out they did NOT add the anti reflective coating. I called and they said bring them in and leave them for a few days. So I drop them off today and the lady hands me a bill for $65 more dollars. I said that was crap and said I wouldn't be back even after being a customer for over 20 years. I just had a check up and only had to wait a total of 10 mins while they figured out my insurance. They took me in to do the exam which only takes 5 mins and I didn't even have to wait for the doctor! Dr. Morris was so friendly and helpful while figuring out my prescription and checking my eyes. It was close to closing time, and he even took the time to show me pictures, and explain everything he saw. I don't think any doctor has really done that for me, and it shows that he really enjoys his job and cares about his patients. Important: need to follow up with appointments. Thought I would try this local business and made an appointment and realized it conflicted with something I already had planned. I called the next day to rescheduled the appointments I had made for me and my son and was told a new time and date. I showed up for my rescheduled date and it seams that the person who rescheduled my appointment didn't update their books so they gave my appointment times to someone else. Had to leave work early to make this appointment and missed out pay but didn't mind since I really need my eyes checked. They have a big selection of glasses, I did not know where to start looking. The opticians came in to help me and were able to narrow down my search until I got my pair. Terrible customer service! This is the 2nd year my husband went to their office for his glasses but will never go back. Earlier today ( July 22) he went to their office to check if his glasses were ready and was informed that they had it since the 9th. My husband was upset because he was never informed. He was told that they called him on the 9th. My husband went through his voicemail and they never left him a message. I spoke with the manager and they insisted that they gave him a call and that could be true and my husband must have missed the call. The least that they cann do is leave a message or do a follow-up call. Manager informed me that they only call once a month..what????? can you imagine, you have to wait one month for a follow-up call? unless you are willing to wait 1 month...you should be the one calling them to follow up on your glasses. What kind of customer service is that though? and yet when it comes to billing, office like this do not need 1 month to call to you for payment. smh read more

The optometrists are awesome and they have a great selection of glasses- from very affordable ones to very high end designer frames. I have been getting my glasses here for years and every time I go everyone is always so helpful and nice. The front desk always greets me as soon as I walk in. Whenever they are busy they always let me go to the back and check out the glasses while I wait for the doctor. By the time the doctor calls me back I already have an idea of what glasses I am interested so it's much faster to be checked out. Jessica in the back is my "go to girl". She always assists me getting my glasses and tells me what glasses looks good or not. I appreciate it that because if I'm going to be stuck with some glasses for a year or so, I want them to look good! I always get compliments on my glasses! The young lady that has helped me today and two days ago has been phenomenal. I feel that this place really cares about what type of products that you get from them. I really like the array of glasses that you can pick from them. Overall, I have only had a good experience with them and I would recommend it if your insurance is covered as well. Anyway, this young lady took so much time in trying to adjust my glasses appropriately. She even voiced out that she did not mind taking more time and spending a good quality time with me in order to make sure that my glasses fit properly on my face. I really like her. The only reason why I put a four star is because it is tiny and it can get crowded if there are many people trying to pick out glasses. If you value your eyesight don't come here. I was a first time client and first time getting glasses. When I first received my glasses the prescription was way to strong. I came back for a second exam and when I got my new glasses the lens was damaged and they ordered new lenses. When those came in the lenses were to small for the frame. I now came back for a new set (frame and lenses) and they can't find them. HORRIBLE. DONT COME HERE. read more

Horrible experience! Took my daughters glasses to get fixed they told us it would take 7-10 business days. She starts school on the next week and we still haven't gotten a call from them so we decided to call them. They put us on hold but we waited for almost 20 minutes so we called again and they said it would take 7-10business days we go back on our calendar to find out we have been waiting for well over that time frame so we called again they put us on hold for the for the third time just so they can tell us that if it's going through the insurance it takes up to 4weeks! She never apologized for the inconvenience and sounded very rude about it all. After this experience we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. read more
