This chipolte is a mile from my home. I have been there atleast 3 times to where they didnt even have pico de gallo. Today i went (saturday 630pm) and they didnt not have any protein except dry lookimg pork, and regular chicken. Ordered chicken (its cold) very disappointed! This location has lost my respect and has put a bad taste of chipolte in my mouth. Questionable whether i still support this chain anymore. I've never visited a bad Chipotle in the USA, until now. This place is filthy, tables are left covered in trash, food smears, and you have to clear off the last customer's food bits yourself. Garbage overflowing, and we're 2 of only 5 customers when we walked in around 4pm. By the time we noticed the tables, we had already ordered. I wish we hadn't. The rice was so dry it was crispy. The al pastor was (really) the scrapings from the bottom, and also dry as wood splinters. Realistically, I had 4 bites and was done, and slightly terrified I was going to be sick in an hour or two (still waiting). I wish I wasn't so polite, I would have returned after 2 bites and gotten a refund. Avoid this at all costs, there are much better options on the same road. I've been eating at this Chipotle for nearly five years, against my better judgment. My poor experiences have been consistent with those of other reviewers. This location is consistently messy in the dining room and often lacking basic food options. I can understand occasionally falling behind during a rush of customers, but most of the time I go in, it's not even busy. Ordered online for pickup. The service was good. I had forgotten that the food is very spicy and I'm unable to eat it. This is the 2nd time eating here. This review is based on today's visit. HORRIBLE!!!!! When walking in no one was at the counter, a girl comes walking over and said "Were only taking online orders only" and walked away. So as with a bunch of other people we decided to do a online order 2 girls made the salads. When done she hands the bag over and when asked for the salad dressing the one young girl said rudely " we don't have any" When asked if they would have any soon she said she didn't know and said " we have no way to make any" I'd give one star but I love chipotle, have to say the employee are not friendly at all. If I was manager and heard the way this girl spoke to a customer I would have fired her on the spot. I can't believe they can run a place that sells tons of salad to have no dressing at all. I have been a huge chipotle fan for a while which is why writing this review is so sad. This is my second time visiting this location and my second time leaving disappointed. When I entered the store the first thing I noticed was that the restaurant was FILTHY. There was not a single clean table. The floors were COVERED in food. It made me uncomfortable just to walk in. After waiting in line I went to order and was informed they were out of chicken and rice. I was told it would take 15 minutes to get more chicken so I decided to wait. However after waiting 15 minutes the chicken was still not ready. After them waiting another 10 minutes and it still not being ready I decided to leave. Despite me being very kind to the employees the customer service I recover was subpar to say the least. A few other things to note. This location was all out of napkins and ice. The bathroom was also a mess with toilet paper EVERYWHERE. This is a really sad review to right because chipotle is usually one of my favorite places to get food. But after this encounter I think I'll be staying away from chipotles for a bit. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this and they are able to change some things about this store. read more

Just had the worst experience at this Chipotle. I ordered pick up. When we walked up the doors were locked. Standing there were people doing door dash .... So we knocked. The manager, Allie who was prepping to go orders, turned around gave us a nasty look and stuck her finger in the air. Shortly after, Kasey, who was courteous came and asked what orders we were there for and grabbed them quickly. We walked out to the car and I opened my salad to see a pile of burnt nasty steak. The person I was with had 3 chicken tacos that had been wrapped into a ball of aluminum foil about the size of a child's fist. This is the food Allie was sending out the door! So back up to the store we went. Kasey helped me right away, apologizing and making me a new lunch. All the while Allie was mean mugging everyone that was coming to pick up their food. Kasey was a total rock star. I have no idea how Allie is the manager, she seems horrible to work with. I was shocked at the chaos inside the store and surprised that this is the situation at our favorite Chipotle. Is it the ridiculous working conditions, crappy pay & benefits that are stressing workers out to the point of acting like this manager did today? I wonder. Is it the never ending greed of the corporations that think all that matter is their profit? I wonder. Hopefully Allie can regain her professionalism. However with experiences like this I also wonder how much longer this Chipotle's will have customers. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but with the lack of customer service and empathy I see today in the restaurants maybe I need to more. So I stopped in at Chipotle to get a burrito bowl. The guy preparing the meal did just fine. As they got to putting on the toppings there was no pico de gallo and no cheese. WTF? So I was ok can I sub the nacho cheese. He said ok. I got to the register and the girl said there was an extra charge for the nacho cheese. Really? You are out of pico and cheese and you are charging me extra? Guac is already steep at $2.25 and she had the audacity to put not even half a scoop on the bowl. I sat there in disbelief at this. I asked her for more and she chose to be hesitant. I wait 20 minutes and go up they say it's just about done they have to 'stir it'. I wait another 25 minutes (45 minutes total) and it's still not done. Consistently messy floors and rude, immature staff. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but it's silly how much these guys routinely ignore customers, leave out drinks, CRAZY wait times. But it's the impolite staff that moved me to review, and it is ongoing. Interestingly, the folks at the Taco Bell across the street are nearly always reasonably friendly and polite. Nothing against the folks working at this place as it's not like they are awful. It's more like a lack of management (stretched too thin?) The main reason I am leaving a two-star rating is because during one of my visits, the iceberg lettuce they had on the line was brown/inedible and not the level of quality that should be served to customers. When I asked for fresh lettuce, I was told that was all they had. However, when I first started my order, someone who i assumed was a manager came up and asked the girls if they had everything they needed. I don't understand why they couldn't of asked for lettuce. I was informed they only had brown rice. I was kinda bummed but whatever. I ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl. With an order of chips and guacamole. The meat was ice cold! And the chips were great until I got past the top layer...then they were super stale and some were so thick and soaked in grease they tasted like pita chips. COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHITE RICE BECAUSE THE WATER IN ASHEVILLE HAS BEEN REALLY BROWN!!! So instead of not serving rice at all, like they should have, they still served brown rice! Hands down the worst chipotle location I've ever been to. They are ALWAYS only taking online orders. The staff looks miserable. The chips are stale and the tables are dirty & sticky. The drink station is disgusting and has not been stocked (napkins, utensils, straws) on any of my 3 visits. This is the third time in the last 6 months I've visited this location. I always hope it's better than my previous visit - but I'm wrong. I will no longer be visiting this location due to the lack of management and overall dissatisfaction of the entire experience.
