I love this place. Their food is so fresh. I love their burrito bowl. My favorite is Barbacoa bowl with rice, black been, Mild salsa, Corn, Cheese, little sour cream, and lettuce. They make their burritos just like every other Chipotle so the food is wonderful! However, I ordered my meal on line and the confirmation said it would take 35 minutes. I absolutely LOVE Chipotle so I was extremely excited to learn that there was one right by my new office. Parking was free since I was just running in and out but I was lucky to get a spot in the first place. When I walked into the place, there was a decent line but they kept it going pretty fast. So far so good! Yet I was to be completely let down the moment I stepped up to order. The lady, upon giving me a judgmental once over asked what I wanted. She made it clear that she did not enjoy her job and was just doing time before she could bolt out of there. She barely warmed the tortilla, sprinkled a pathetic helping of rice and beans, then quickly shoved the work onto the next guy in line. This next guy was awful. He measured out every little sliver of meat and slowly placed it on top. I thought he would go back to put more on but he thought that 3 little bits of carnitas would be just fine for a burrito. I should have gotten double meat just so I could get a standard amount! The rest of the people in line were the same. They barely put any ingredients on and they did it with a bad attitude. The burrito I was given was so small and sad, it made me realize I will never spend money at that place again. read more

This location is probably the worst one you could go to. The man at the register saw my juul (electric cigarette) and said "you better not smoke that in here" and the lady taking my order had her head down so i couldn't hear her, so i said what and she raised her voice so loud at me practically yelling and repeated herself. Later on, my friend asked for a cup for water, and the man who make a comment about the juul, told them they can't have a cup for water because he's assuming they're going to put in soda into the water cup. Reviewing Chipotle seems like a silly task, as it's one of the most popular restaurant chains in the country with no shortage of locations. New Chipotles are spreading faster than Starbucks in the 90's, or a flu during the winter months. But this Chipotle is MY Chipotle. I've been to many a Chipotle on my travels, but this one is my home base location. Located in Beverly Hills, near my writing partner (and former roommate's) apartment, we are at this Chipotle once or twice a week working on our scripts. The service and portions are always good, and the friendly staff always does a good job refilling the ingredients with fresh and tasty burrito fillings. I've even ordered the Quesarito a few times, which is clearly a thing that takes them extra work and can back up the line, but the servers made this unholy mashup of a Quesadilla and a Burrito with a smile on their face. While the food quality is pretty much the same as it is at every other Chipotle and the Burrito engineering is slightly above average (a skill I do take very seriously as a burrito with no structural integrity can be infuriating), the real reason I'm giving this particular Chipotle some love is the fact that the staff lets us work for hours at a time. They're always nice, clear our tables, and even offer to bring us drink refills while we type away and try to turn our Hollywood dreams into a reality. This is the WORST Chipotle I have been to, service wise. The line moved super slowly because the first person to take your order did not seem to know what he was doing. When he FINALLY got to me and I was ordering, something happened and the manager allowed 3 people to go ahead of me despite me being in the middle of my order. They were out of two items I usually like in my burrito bowl. I was told I could wait an additional 8 minutes for them. I decided not to. Then I was overcharged when I checked out. It is a very busy busy store in Beverly Hills. But definitely still with the same food. And love. We ate there during our trip to Cali. Managed to find two stools to eat. My Fiance wasnt to thrilled with it, but I was. She thought it was too spicy(then again she is preggo ). The bathroom is next door. The funny part was the key. It was attached to a big cooking spoon. I have been to many Chipotles over the years and this location BY far has to be the most stingiest when it comes to their meat portions!!! Absolutely ridiculous how little they give you. I've never been more upset. If I'm ordering a chicken bowl and you only give me about 6-7 little pieces of chicken, how is that proportioned right? CHIPOTLE is my favorite lunch spot on Beverly Drive. I love this location. My buddy and I have lunch here at least once a week. We love their barbacoa burritos. The marinade on the meat is so unbelievably good. I frequent this place so much for lunch that the staff all know me now. We love coming here to people watch & to have good cheap lunch. I mean... Where else can you see prada goggled starlets, metro-sexual dudes and botox babes chomp down on a burrito bowl? Beverly Hills Chipotle. You gotta love being amidst the gaudy glammed folk that work the sidewalk like a catwalk. The Beverly Hills folk love their image and style. I stop by after work sometimes to grab something to eat on my way home. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Service is quick. The first time I went when I got home my food was really cold already. It was kind of late so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but still. The next time I went was much improved. The carnitas is definitely the way to go. I never eat the steak or chicken as it seems to have a lot of fat and gristle. Maybe it's just me, but I highly dislike that. read more

This Chipotle location consistently has a dirty counter and very slow staff. They don't keep the line moving fast enough and even when there is no line, they move slowly. Additionally, the food often doesn't seem fresh or is over cooked. The rice is always dried out and the lettuce is always soggy. read more

I'm never one to review places like these because COME ON its Chipotle! However, this was my choice for lunch today and I visit this location often. I love Chipotle! I think it's full of flavor and the ingredients always taste fresh. They try to use meat from animals raised without the use of antibiotics or added hormones, organic and local produce, dairy from cows raised without the use of synthetic hormones. I think that is wonderful! Like most other places in this area, parking is terrible- but in comparison to other places, they have a good size parking lot in the back of the building. The staff is always friendly. The lady at the cash register offered me a cup of water for my ride back to work (got my burrito bowl to go) after I told her it was super hot outside. Yes the line is a bit long during lunch, but that's to be expected anywhere. They usually keep it moving quickly. The restrooms are always clean- that's a big plus! Overall, one of my favorite spots for lunch! read more

Absolutely terrible service. I got served by the manager of the store and she refused to give me enough chicken in my salad. I have been to chipotle numerous times and I can't believe that she didn't realize she was giving me too little chicken. Will be making a complaint to the general manager and getting my money back for this. She could have just been kind and delivered good customer service and adding some more chicken to my plate yet she wanted to fight me. I generally love eating at Chipotle and usually have a fine experience. I have been to this location twice and have left frustrated both times. The customer service is lacking to say the least. I order a salad bowl with only steak, pico, and add guac. Each time I have been I have been given a minuscule amount of lettuce, steak, and guac- which I pay extra for! I don't get sour cream, beans, rice, or cheese- and yet when I ask for a little more of the item I am being charged extra for I am given literally a teaspoon extra and an excuse. I have been to many other chipotles that give plentiful servings of lettuce, steak, and the guacamole. I don't understand the inconsistency shown at this location. I highly suggest driving just a few miles farther to the location on the corner of Santa Monica and Beverly. Better service and better servings. read more

Chipotle has nailed its niche and the niche is smoking a cigarette. Their small menu is a thing of sleek, economical beauty. The meat choices are good across the board (and, in the case of the carnitas, great) and, as you've probably been notified per their persistent bragging, some of it is free-range. Don't be afraid of ordering the salad; it's perfectly capable of filling you up. Service is fast and intelligent but beware the occasional meat miser behind the counter. Cheap vis a vis quality. The music selection is interesting; less can be said for the odd decor: it looks like the future of ugly in there. read more

What happened, Chipotle? I've tried this location 3x. As many people have pointed out, they're sooooo stingy with the meat. It's not like other Chipotle's I've been to where they give you a full scoop of the chicken. The chicken I did get? Every bite was fatty and gristly and I had to spit parts of it out. Very bad experience. Ordered kids meal, which I always order. Which includes 1 taco, 2 sides, small drink. I've ordered that same meal on 2 previous occasions with no issues at this beverly hills location, as well as other locations in southern california. Today was different...I was told only 2.sides comes with the meal. Which means after ordering brown rice & black beans...adding lettuce, salsa, corn or any other side on top of my taco is extra. I told them this is what I always order. The employees didn't care that I was surprised, and were not accommodating...I will never return to this location. I do really like this Chipotle location. If you order the vegetarian burrito, then you can add guacamole for free, which is nice.
